For that reason, more and more growing of the internet speed, many kind of the multimedia as if the voice, a letter, a photograph, a moving picture are appearance and integration of the internet as if the wireless internet, the CATV, a satellite is forming. Today, many changes in the communication environment are occurrence. therefore a demands of the user keep up increase. so, in this paper, we developed the SOHO IP-PBX embedded which can automatically exchange the call. the developed IP-PBX have many functions as if the exchange call function, the gateway function, the PSTN backup function, the FAX function, the VPN function, etc. and verified it by an experiment on the rules in KT.

스테레오 음향 반향 제거기는 입력 신호로 사용되는 두 채널간의 강한 상관관계로 인하여 수렴특성이 악화되는 문제점을 갖는다. 따라서 수렴속도를 향상시키기 위해 RLS또는 Affine Projection(AP) 알고리즘 같은 Least Square (LS)계 열의적응 알고리즘을 사용하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나, 이러한 알고리즘은 LMS 알고리즘과 같은 통계적 미분계열 알고리 즘에 비하여 과도한 계산량을 요구하므로 고속 알고리즘에 대한 연구가 진행되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 스테레오 환경에서 Gram-Schmidt(GS) 직교화를 이용하여 LMS 알고리즘 수준의 계산량을 갖는 근사화된 AP 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 AP 알고리즘의 후행오차 성질을 이용하여 GS 직교화 구조로 구성되며, 계산량 감소를 위해 샘플단위의 재귀적 GS 직교화를 사용하였다. 또한 GS직교화를 스테레오 채널에 적용함으로써 적은 계산량으로 AS 알고리즘과 대등한 수렴 성능을 갖는다.

With increasing of computer use, a least squares method is now widely used in the regression analysis of various data. Unreliable results of regression coefficients due to the floating point of computer and problems of ordinary least squares method are described in detail. To improve these problems, a least squares method using orthogonal function is developed. Also, Comparison and analysis are performed through an example of numerical test, and re-orthogonalization method is used to increase the accuracy. As an example of application, the optimum order of AR process for the time series of monthly flow at the Pyungchang station is determined using Akaike's FPE(Final Prediction Error) which decides optimum degree of AR process. The result shows the AR(2) process is optimum to the series at the station.

온라인상에서 발생하는 혐오 표현은 사회가 직면한 주요 문제 중 하나이다. 이러한 필요성에 입각해, 최근 인공지능을 활용하여 발화에 대한 교화 목적을 가진 대응 발화 쌍을 통해 혐오 표현에 대한 실질적인 완화를 진행하는 연구들이 생겨나고 있다. 그러나 각 혐오 표현에 적합한 대응 발화의 구축은 다수의 전문 인력이 요구되므로 데이터를 구축함에 있어 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되며 대응 발화 생성 또한 어려운 문제로 여겨진다. 해당 문제를 완화하기위해, 본 논문은 사전에 기 구축되어 있는 혐오 표현 데이터를 기반으로 의미 기반 검색을 적용하여 자동으로 데이터를 증강할 수 있는 쉽고 빠른 데이터 증강 방법론을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로세스의 타당성과 증강된 문장의 효과를 검증하기 위해 사전학습 모델을 기반으로 비교 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 제안하는 프로세스를 적용하였을 시, 그렇지 않은 모델 대비 높은 폭의 성능 향상을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the logical bases and the real situation of the CSR(corporate social responsibility) execution in the context of local governance. Basically, some management necessities to establish a strategic relationship between a firm and its regional community, is the main reason of CSR execution in the region or in general. Although some costs in forms of money or manpower or resources, should be paid to execute the CSR in a short term, there are so many advantages resulting from it in terms of long time periods. Corporate social responsibility seeks to induce a sustainable harmony or interdependent relationship between the firm and its regional community. In case of POSCO Gwangyang works, so much various forms of community contributions are promoted as a part of CSR executions from the passive reaction for civil petitions to the good corporate citizenship activities. In spite of such an active CSR execution in Gwangyang works, there seems to be required that another way within the works should be explored in order to make it much more effective. Optimal distribution of various resources which are called out for the CSR, is one of the key factors that can affect the strategic result of CSR.

운송에 필요한 각종 서류와 정보의 효율적 교환은 국제물류시스템의 중요한 일부분이 되었다. 또한 EDI(전자문서교환)는 수출입에 필요한 각종 상거래 서식을 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 표준화된 전자문서의 형태로 바꾸어 교환함으로써 무역절차의 간소화와 운송서류의 신속한 교환을 가능하게 하여 물류 효율성을 증대시키는 것으로 알려져있다. 이러한 맥락에서 세계각국의 항만당국은 자국의 물류혁신을 도모하기 위하여 경쟁력으로 EDI의 도입을 추진해왔다. 그러나 90년대에 들어 EDI의 발전은 처음의 기대와는 달리 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 크게 두가지로 설명된다. 첫째는 EDI 문서의 국제표준을 제정하는 UN/ECE 산하 WP4의 표준제정 미 공표의 비효율성으로 인해 실제 상거래에서 필요한 문서들의 EDI 표준화가 제때에 이루어지지 않았다는 점이다. 두 번째 이유는 대부분의 EDI 사용자가 전자문서의 교환통로로 이용해 왔던 부가가치통신망(VAN)서비스의 고비용적인 구조로 인하여 비용에 민감한 중소규모 화주들의 폭넓은 이용을 저해왔다는 점이다. 따라서 본고에서는 EDI의 확산을 저해했던 두가지 문제점에 입각하여 먼저 효율적 EDI 표준 제공을 위한 국제적 노력의 산물인 CEFACT(Center for Facilitation of Procedures and practices for Administration Commerce and Transport))와 보다 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 전자상거래 솔류션의 마련을 위해 이루어진 각종 국제기구들의 활동 및 결과물들을 소개하고 다음으로 인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 새롭게 개발되고 있는 Web-based EDI, XML/EDI, Simpl-EDI, Form-based EDI 그리고 Lite-EDI의 저비용적 구조 측면을 분석하여 중소규모화주들의 EDI에 대한 인식을 제고시킴으로써 EDI의 전반적인 확산을 도모하고 있다.

As a method of providing lifelong educational opportunities to working professionals, some legal provisions allowing for the establishment and management of an entrusted education system linked with college and corporation was duly approved in 1994. According to the recent trend in the military organization, to provide higher educational opportunities to noncommissioned officers and warrant officers with the purpose of inspiring their spirit and improving military capabilities has been much increased. Professional soldiers such as noncommissioned officers and warrant officers have a lot of problems to continue their attendance at school because of regular military maneuvers, constant alert status and long-term outdoor military training. Even more serious problem is that the current curriculums and some departments in college are not concurrent with the present job specifications and the military specialties of the individual soldier as well. The purpose of this paper is, therefore, to introduce a newly revised educational model that provides more viable academic courses and curriculums to military professionals along with a proposal for the establishment and management of long distance educational system within barracks, utilizing the latest information and telecommunication technology.

As a pioneer study to figure out the compilation of Uepji(town chronicles) of Chunnam region in the Chosun Dynasty, it is analyzed the Uepji of Jangheung. It could help systemize the study of the compilation of Uepji about other town in Chunnam region. Through the examination of exisisting Uepji of Jangheung and actual reviewing of books, characteristics of them were explored systematically. As the result, there were 10 kinds of Uepji which were compiled from the period of King Youngjo to 1910. The system of Uepji was based upon "the new version of Dongkukyeochiseungram" and was added up new items. Characteristics of Uepji of Jangheung are : 1) There were 3 titles of Uepji which were described by focusing on each county(坊), specially 'Inmul(personage)' shows their strong community spirit and enlightening by neo-Confucianism. 2) There were 2 titles of Uepji which were described by focusing on the military, we can understand the importance of military and circumstantial intelligence. 3) There were 4 titles of Uepji which were compiled by government, they reflect the spirit of age. Also the result of comparison with other town chronicles like "Hamju-Chi", "Kimhae-Uepji", it shows Jangheung was the one of major military town.

실행(practice)를 위주로 하는 전문직 교육은 실지 실습이나 임상교육등이 필수적이며 중요한 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그러나 전통적으로 대부분의 간호학교가 병원에 소속되어 있어서 간호 임상교육은 그 본 목적인 학생들의 학습보다는 오히려 병원 업무를 돕는 방향으로 잘못 전개되어왔다. 간호교육이 병원에 소속된 간호학교로 부터 학문의 전당인 대학안으로 옮겨지면서 많은 뜻있는 간호교육자들의 노력과 시도로 학생들이 고용인으로 이용되는 상황에서 탈피하여 임상교육이 학생들에게 이론적인 지식을 실지로 응용할 수 있는 복합적이고 통합적인 배움의 경험이 되도록 조금씩 발전해 가고는 있지만 아직도 바라는 만큼 이루어지지는 못하는 실정이다. 현재는 임상실습에 임하는 학생들이 기능적인 일을 반복하며 주어진 시간만을 채우는 경향이 많고 배운 이론을 대학 실습실에서 응용해 보지 못한채 직접 환자 간호에 적응하려면 지나친 불안과 긴장으로 오히려 학습에 장애가 오기도 한다. 또한 환자의 입장을 고려해 보면 그들은 안전하고 완벽한 간호를 받을 권리가 있음에도 불구하고 때로 서투른 학생들의 실습의 대상으로 노출되어 불안을 느끼고 바람직한 간호를 받지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 몇 뜻있는 간호 교육자들은 임상들의 실습장소로 택하는 것은 학생에게는 부적절한 학습 환경이 될 뿐 아니라 환자에게는 도덕적, 윤리적으로 부당하다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 좀 더 잘 설비된 대학의 실습실이 급선무이고 또한 교화적이고 창의적인 실습실의 이용으로 반복적인 임상 실습의 양은 줄이는 한편 학생들의 실력이나 적용 능력의 토대를 탄탄히 하는 몇가지 교육방법을 제시하였다. 물론 제시된 시법이나 작은 그룹별 학습등은 기초 간호학실에서 많이 이용된 방법이기는 하지만 더욱 잘 응용되어야하겠고 역할 재현(role play)이나 유사 상황(simulation) 조성등의 학습 방법으로 기술적인면 뿐만 아니라 대인 관계나 면담기술 및 창의적이며 논리적인 사고의 발달등도 이루어 지리라 기대된다.학생들이 적정량의 기술과 지식을 익힌 후에 좀 더 복합적이고 통괄적인 지식의 응용 및 평가가 필요할 때 실지 임상 실습을 시도하는 것이 바람직한 것이다.
