One of the most popular services of Telematics is a shortest path finding from a starting point to a destination. In this paper, a dynamic shortest path finding system with forecasting result of traffic flow in the future was developed and various experiments to verify the performance of our system using real-time traffic information has been conducted. Traffic forecasting has been done by a prediction system using Bayesian network. It searched a dynamic shortest path, a static shortest path and an accumulated shortest path for the same starting point and destination and calculated their travel time to compare with one of its real shortest path. From the experiment, over 75%, the travel time of dynamic shortest paths is the closest to one of their real shortest paths than one of static shortest paths and accumulated shortest paths. Therefore, it is proved that finding a dynamic shortest path by applying traffic flows in the future for intermediated intersections can give more accurate traffic information and improve the quality of services of Telematics than finding a static shortest path applying by traffic flows of the starting time for intermediated intersections.

Real-time traffic information disseminated through VMS is known to have effects not only on driver to plan a route choice, detour the congestion, and cope with incident, but also on VMS operator to manage the traffic volume indirectly. But, the dissemination of traffic information is operated in the side of provider, not of user. Importance-Performance analysis (IPA) offers a simple, useful method for simultaneously considering both the importance and performance dimensions when evaluating or improving strategy. This technique has been successfully used in a variety of settings to define priorities and guide resource optimization decisions. This study uses IPA to evaluate traffic information strategies through VMS to make resource improvement recommendations. It gained 760 samples by field surveys, which are conducted in Korean Thanksgiving Day, weekday and weekend at the service areas of expressways. The results indicate that the motivations in quadrant I (concentrate here) are dissemination of exactly information and quick transmission, while distance of VMS, most drivers are not satisfied with that is located in quadrant III (low priority).

ITS를 구성하는 서비스나 기능이 대부분 동적인 특성을 지니고 있어, 앞으로는 이를 효율적으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 공간데이터(Spatial Data)가 필요하다. 특히, 대부분의 ITS서비스와 기능이 정보의 신속한 전달을 위해서 유무선통신을 사용할 것이다. 또한, 최정 사용자서비스와 응용분야가 공간데이터라는 기본적인 정보를 공유하므로써 위치에 대한 정적·동적교통정보를 제공받게 된다. 정보사용자가 사용하는 공간데이터가 상이하다면, 정보의 공유가 이루어지지 않거나 정확하게 제공되지 않는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 이러한 이유는 정보사용자가 자신들의 정보수집, 정보전달, 정보분석 등의 목적에 적합한 공간데이터를 제작하여 유지하기 때문이다. 결과적으로 정보의 공유를 위해서는 상이한 공간데이터들 간에 동일한 교통정보를 공유하도록 하는 조작이나 방법이 필요하다. 서로 다른 원본으로 구성된 데이터를 통합하고 이를 ITS서비스와 기능을 위한 각 시스템에 적용하기 위해서는 서로 다른 수준을 가지고 있는 공간데이터(수치지도 데이터)의 해상도, 위치정확도, 속성정확도, 정밀도, 범위 등과 같은 문제들이 최종 응용시스템에 적용되어져야 하고, 이를 통해 공간적인 위치와 수치지도를 구성하는 각종 엔터티가 참조되어야 할 것이다. 이뿐 아니라, 향후 데이터 공유의 방법에 있어서도, 각종 무선통신의 발달과 인터넷과 같은 정보전달매체의 대중화가 이루어짐에 따라, 정보의 공유가 동시적으로 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구에서는 공공기관주도로 제작된 전국범위의 수치지도를 하여, ITS용 네트워크데이터구성을 위한 기능분석과 사양을 제시를 함으로써, 이에 대한 프로파일 개발한다. 정보공유를 위한 위치참조모델(LRM)과 프로파일을 ITS데이터에 적용함으로써, 위치참조모델의 기능과 적용성을 평가한다.키기 위한 향후의 연구과제를 제시한다.Si결정의 크기를 비교하였을 때 45$\mu\textrm{m}$ 이하의 분말을 섞어 압출하였을 때 가장 작은 초정 Si입자 크기를 얻음 을 볼 수 있었다. 주의 Fairfax County에 소재한 주간 고속도로 66번(I-66)과 인접 교통망의 교통자료를 사용하여 각종 돌발교통 혼잡 상황을 전제로 한 Traffic Simulation과 정보제공시나\리오를 INTEGRATION Model을 이용해 실행하였다. 그 결과 적응형 알고리즘이 개개인의 최단시간 경로를 제공하는 사용자 평형 경로안내전략에 비해 교통혼잡도와 정체시간의 체류정도에 따라 3%에서 10%까지 전체통행시간을 절약할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.출발참, 구성대외개방선면축심, 실현국제항선적함접화국내항반적전항, 형성다축심복사식항선망; 가강기장건설, 개피포동제이국제기장건설, 괄응포동개발경제발전적수요. 부화개시일은 각 5월 26일과 5월 22일이었다. 11. 6월 중순에 애벌레를 대상으로 처리한 Phenthoate EC가 96.38%의 방제가로 약효가 가장 우수하였고 3월중순 및 4월중순 월동후 암컷을 대상으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. 지능형교통시스템(ITS) 구축 사업을 통해 수집된 소통정보, 대중교통정보 등의 교통관련 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)를 적용하여 도로 이용자에게 교통정보를 제공하고 있다. 도로 이용자에게 보다 편리한 교통정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 일환으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)에 음성인식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 초기 ARS에 음성인식을 적용한 결과 음성인식 성공률은 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 이용자가 증가하여 샘플링 수가 증가함에 따라 음성 인식 성공률은 점차 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 충분한 샘플링을 확보하여 주기적이고 지속적인 음성인식에 대한 튜닝을 실시하여 음성인식에 대한 성공률을 향상 시킬 필요가 있다.

This paper suggests new route plan cost calculation and cost-effective route plan algorithm and architecture for the new city traffic information system when it is operated nationwide. New algorithm and architecture estimates cost with traffic speeds which is supported for all different lanes, stratifies logical layer which process different levels' traffic information with diverse traffic patterns and provides different traffic information in the few levels. Also suggested new algorithm supports drivers' customized traffic information through both-way communications and plans routes effectively based on the distance between drivers' start position and destination and different levels which start and end position located. It proposes additional research items and requirement for integration between different cities' traffic information system which the national police agency invested and led.

최근 차량 네트워크를 통한 각종 서비스가 주목 받고 있으며 그 중 안전 서비스나 안전 서비스 어플리케이션 등의 테스트와 테스트를 위한 테스트베드에 대한 필요성이 생기고 있다. 본 논문은 네트워크 시뮬레이터와 교통 시뮬레이터 간의 연동을 통하여 실제 차량 통신 환경과 유사한 시나리오를 시뮬레이션 할 수 있도록 구현 하였다. 네트워크 시뮬레이터에서는 실제 차량의 이동성을 충분히 반영하기가 어렵고 대단위의 시나리오를 생성하기 어렵기 때문에 네트워크 시뮬레이터에 차량 이동성 정보 생성을 위하여 교통 시뮬레이터에서 생성 된 정보를 사용 할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 서로 다른 시뮬레이터간의 연동은 동기화의 문제가 존재하게 되는데 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 각기 다른 세 가지의 동기화 방식을 연구 하였다.

There is a need to provide appropriate transportation safety services to foreigners residing in Korea. The main purpose of this study is to enhance transportation safety services for foreigners. In order to identify the risk of traffic accidents, analysis of traffic accidents was conducted using a survey of foreigner travel behavior. According to the results of this model, the study suggests directions to achieve improvement of traffic safety services for foreigners who are unfamiliar with the transportation systems. The study results show that the risk of traffic accidents is influenced by two factors: comprehension of transport geography and of traffic laws. Necessity of policy is influenced by two factors: comprehension of transportation system and the risk of traffic accidents. Intention of using policy is influenced by two factors: the risk of traffic accidents and necessity of policy. Effect of policy is affected by the intention of using policy. The results also demonstrate that the traffic safety services for foreigner can be described as endogenous variables which are approximately 88% of the traffic safety education, 85% of the demanded multicultural district, and 75% of the portal traffic information. Compared with existing research, this study provides a systematic methodology to evaluate effects and the order of priority in establishing traffic safety policies for foreigners.

국내 유시티 개발에 있어서는 다양한 교통정보서비스들을 계획하고 구축하고 있다. 그러나 표준화된 서비스 모델이 제시되어 있지 않아서 서비스 내용이 중복되거나 각 서비스간 연계에 있어서 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 유시티 구축사례들을 중심으로 실시간 교통서비스들을 조사 분석하여 효과적인 실시간교통서비스 통합모델을 제시하였다. 아울러 그에 따른 장비선정 및 구축 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 이에 따라 추후 유시티를 구축할 때 표준화된 서비스 모델에 따라 비용효과 및 연계의 효율성을 기대할 수 있다.

텔레매틱스는 자동차에서 교통정보 및 여행자정보를 비롯하여 멀티미디어, 인터넷, 이-메 일송수신과 차량원격진단과 사고 시 센터로의 자동통보 서비스 등 자동차 운전자 및 이용자를 위한 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 혹자는 텔레매틱스를 새로운 기술로 분류하기도 하나 엄격히 말하면 텔레매틱스 자체는 기술이 아니고 ITS, 통신, 방송, 인터넷, 멀티미디어 등 각종 요소기술을 활용하는 자동차 중심의 새로운 서비스 영역인 것이다. (중략)

개방형 LBS 플랫폼의 등장은 다양한 플랫폼을 가진 이동 통신 업체들 사이의 위치정보 연동을 용이하게 할뿐만 아니라, 위치정보를 이용하는 다양한 LBS 응용 솔루션 개발을 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 개방형 LBS 플랫폼과 연동하여 대중교통정보를 모바일 클라이언트에 제공하는 웹 서비스 솔루견을 제안 구현한다.
