공로수송통계의 문제점과 개선방안에 관한 연구

  • This study is to review the road traffics and its process by the type of business in annual Statistical Yearbook of Transportation published under the supervision of Ministry of Transport, and the main purpose of this study is to find out an recommendations for the result of the review. For this purpose, this study surveyed and analyzed actual results and its output process in Statistical Yearbook by vehicle and business types. The local survey is performed for the nationwide 23 cities to produce passenger (ton) number and passenger (ton)-㎞ number by vehicle and business types. The result of the local survey is compared with the road traffics in Statistical Yearbook of Transpotation. The result of the survey analysis reveals that road traffic in Statistical Yearbook is produced formally and there is remarkable differences between road traffic in Statistical Yearbook and local survey output. Conclusively, statistical output process of road traffics must be improved to solve th se problems mentioned above in respect to system and technic. Also it is recommended to publish its own road traffic statistics (tentatively named Statistical Yearbook of Road Transportation) just like Statistical Yearbook of Railroad for user's expediency and practicality.

  • The transport a administration in Korea is meeting demands of developing international multimodal transport system. In the past, as Korea transport policy has been emphasizing on the passenger traffic, the physical distribution sector is far behind international trend. Regarding the urging necessities of reducting costs in transport in order to upgrade the competitive edge of industries, Korea has to develop the most efficient transport system so called international multimodal transport system. The existing transport system is inefficient because each transport mode is separate, so this system is aiming at reducing cost and time and developing freight transport. The scope and scheme of this thesis should be as following. Chapter 2. Multiobjective Transportation Infrastructure Development Problems on Dynamic Transportation Networks (화물수송체계의 평가와 개선을 위한 다목적 Programming모델)

  • A commodity distribution problem with intertemporal storage facilities and dynamic transportation networks is proposed. mathematical integer programming methods and multiobjective programming techniques are used in the model formulation. Dynamic characteristics of commodity distribution problems are taken into account in the model formulation. storage facility location problems and transportation link addition problems are incorporated into the intertemporal multicommodity distribution problem. The model is capable of generating the most efficient and rational commodity distribution system. Therefore it can be utilized to provided the most effective investment plan for the transportation infrastructure development as well as to evaluate the existing commodity distribution system. The model determines simultaneously the most efficient locations, sizes, and activity levels of storage facilities as well as new highway links. It is extended to multiobjective planning situations for the purpose of generating alternative investment plans in accordance to planning situations. sine the investment in transportation network improvement yields w\several external benefits for a regional economy, the induced benefit maximization objective is incorporated into the cost minimization objective. The multiobjective model generates explicitly the trade-off between cost savings and induced benefits of the investment in transportation network improvement.

Application of a Linear Programming in a Taxi Dispatching System (수송문제 선형계획기법을 응용한 모범택시의 배차시스템 개발)

  • Many taxis called "Mobum" in Seoul are empty and waiting along the curb during the day time. However, it is almost impossible for elderly and handicapped people, and women carrying babies to use them .It is because they can not serve passengers who request services by phone. If taxis, expecially "Mobum" taxis which offer high quality services, can be dispatched based on requests by phone, not only elderly and handicapped people but also auto commuters will easily call and use them. This paper shows a taxi dispatching system. The system minimizes the total empty vehicle hours under given number of empty vehicles and passengers and their locations. As a result, the system maximizes number of services and revenue under given number of taxis. The system adopts a well -known linear programming model and the model can fast and easily be solved by PC level linear programming packages. Also, practical solutions of the system's constraints such as size and travel time forecast are discussed.ecast are discussed.

The Measurement of Development Benefits for the Restoration in Urban Railway Projects (도시철도건설에 따른 편익계측과 개발이익환수)

  • 본 연구에서는, 기존의 악세스빌리티지표가 다양한 효과를 고려하지 못한다는 점에 착안하여, 새로운 악세스빌리티지표를 개발하였다. 노드의 중심성을 나타내는 중심도함수에 근거해, 네트워크 악세스빌리티지표(Netword Accessibility Index)와 철도이용자의 효용최적화의 관점으로부터 유틸리티 악세스빌리지표(Utility Accessibility Index)를 제안하였다. 그리고, 본 연구에서 제안한 지표가 종래의 지표보다 철도건설에 따른 편익치를 보다 정확하게 나타내는지를, 서울시지하철5호선과 오사카JR동서선의 개업효과를 계측함으로써 검증하였다. JR동서선의 경우, 중심지까지의 기존노선이 기설되어 있어 소요시간 단축효과보다 수송력증강과 철도네트워크의 확충에 의한 효과가 보다 크게 반영되었다. 또한, 위에서 산출한 편익치를 환수하기위한 기초데이타로 활용해, 고정자산세와 토지양도 소득세를 적용해 환원액을 산출하였다. 그리고, 이렇게 구한 환원액을 특정재원화시켜, 지하철5호선과 JR동서선의 사업주체에 보조해, 사업자의 채산성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 신선건설비를 부담하는 해당 지자체의 비용부담을 어느정도 경감시킬 수 있는지를 정량적으로 밝혔다.

  • Although the amount of travel demand is a critical factor in a benefit-cost (B/C) analysis of railway investment, the travel demand changes especially for induced demand have not been considered. Therefore, the basic study of how to estimate travel demand changes after railway investment is worth investigating. This study reviews the methodologies for estimating diverted and induced demand generated after railway investment, and proposes appropriate approaches that will help railway planners to practically apply them in a case study. Further, the research stimulates the needs of consideration of the travel demand changes in the feasibility studies of railway planning.

  • ㆍ수도권 철도는 우리나라의 경제성장과 함께 증가하는 교통처리 대책으로 1974년 8월 15일 서울지하철 1호선과 함께 경인선 서울∼인천간, 경부선 서울∼수원간, 경원선 용산∼청량리∼성북간을 복선 전철화 하여 도시철도로 전환, 이에 따라 수도권 위성도시의 발전과 인구 폭증으로 안산, 산본, 평촌, 분당, 일산 등 신도시를 개발하고 교통난 해소를 위해 서울지하철은 1호선에서 9호선가지 건설중이며, 수도권 철도는 경부선 영등포∼천안간 2복선전철과 안산선, 분당선, 일산선, 경의선, 경원선, 중앙선, 경춘선, 용산선, 신공항선 등 복선전철화와 경부고속철도 등 수송능력 증강을 위해 건설하고 있다. Key Issues of Honam High Speed Railway Planning (호남고속철도 계획의 주요 쟁점)

  • 본 연구는 호남고속철도 계획에서 검토되어야 할 쟁점들을 다룬다. 이 연구에서는 프랑스의 TGV 노선망을 검토하고, 호남고속철도 기점 역으로서 청주역과 천안역을 비교·평가하며, 그밖에 계획의 주요 쟁점을 정리하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 프랑스의 TGV 경험과 IMF 체제라는 상황에 비추어 호남고속철도 계획은 경부고속철도와 기존 철도의 활용이라는 관점에서 출발해야 한다. 둘째, 노선대안을 비교·분석한 결과 대안 I (청주기점역)이 대안 II(천안기점역)에 비해 모든 평가항목에서 바람직한 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 노선대안 외의 쟁점으로는 계획과정의 투명성 확보, 21세기 고속철도의 위상정립, 기존철도의 개량계획과의 조화, 수송의 효율성과 지역개발 간의 갈등 등이 있으며, 이에 대한 지속적인 논의가 필요하다.

  • The successful management of logistics in an organization requires the careful coordination and manipulation of both movement and storage. In this study, we can show what is the most efficient and the cheapest method to transport the petroleum products under a few constraints with the model of linear programming. And also, the model can give some important informations so as what is the best coverages of each terminals by types, how many products should be exchanged among each companies and which terminals or complexes are economically prior to the others. Even we can understand that the duality is one of the useful measures to evaluate the economical efficiencies of transportation and storage related elements such as complex and terminal location, transport mode, storage tankage capacity and in/outflow facilities of terminals etc.

  • 최근 전 세계적으로 온실가스에 의한 환경 문제가 심각해짐에 따라 수송 분야에서 친환경 에너지를 사용하는 요구가 확대되고 있다. 철도분야에서도 이산화탄소 배출 통제와 더불어 추진에너지로서의 배터리의 사용을 검토하고 있고 관련된 연구가 증가하고 있다. 전기자동차에 비해 철도차량의 배터리는 대용량이 필요하며 철도운영 특성상 초기 도입 비용은 물론 유지관리 비용도 발생된다는 한계점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 배터리를 적용한 철도차량의 경제성을 높이기 위해 철도차량용 폐배터리의 재활용 방안에 대해서 연구해 보겠다. 이를 위해 현재 전기자동차분야의 폐배터리 재활용 동향에 대해 알아보고 철도차량용 배터리의 재활용 가능성을 검토해보겠다.
