This study is supposed to institutionalization's strategies of information literacy instruction(LAI) and library assited instruction considering national level curriculum. The national level curriculum is composed five elements with subjects matter's goal, objects, instructional contents, teaching & learning method, evaluation. Supposed curriculum added cooperative system 'library and information use' subject between other subject, it composed of total 6 elements.

하드웨어와 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어 교수-학습환경은 점차로 멀티미디어화 되어가고 있으며, 시간과 공간을 초월하여 언제, 어디서나, 누구에게나 교수-학습 자료를 제공할 수 있는 방향으로 변화되어가고 있다. 교육용 소프트웨어는 이러한 변화 가운데 교육방법상의 획일성과 전근대성을 해결해 줄 대안으로 인식되면서 많은 관심 속에 개발되어왔다. 1997년 교육정보화계획 이후 정부에서는 정책적으로 소프트웨어 구입비를 학교에 지원하고, 매년 교육용 소프트웨어 개발을 확대하여 보급하고 있다. 하지만 개발되고 보급되는 교육용 소프트웨어의 양에 비해 활용되는 정도는 부족하다. 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용 실태 및 교사들이 수업에서 교육용 소프트웨어를 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 파악하여 많은 예산을 들여 보급한 교육용 소프트웨어가 사장되지 않고 교육 헌장에 올바르게 활용될 수 있게 하는 것이 중요하다. 이러한 측면에서 초등학교 교사들의 수업활동과 가장 밀접히 관련되어 있는 교육용 소프트웨어의 활용에 관련된 일반적인 실태와 수업에서 교육용 소프트웨어를 활용하는데 있어 교사들의 인식 및 그 문제점을 규명, 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

제7차 교육과정에 적용되는 ICT 교육은 정보 통신 기술 교육 운영지침에 의해서 모든 교과에서 10% 이상의 수업에 ICT를 활용하도록 하였다. 그러나 초등학교 6학년 교과서에서 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 실태는 매우 저조하고 단순한 형태로 나타났다. 또한 ICT 활용 교육 내용의 수준이 ICT 교육 운영지침에 제시된 2단계까지의 내용만을 제시함으로써 ICT 소양 교육과 교과 활용 교육 간의 연계가 효과적으로 이루어지지 않는다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ICT 운영지침에 의한 ICT 교육과 ICT 확용 교수-학습 방법에 대한 이론적 연구와 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 교과서 실태 분석을 실시하고, ICT 활용 도구별 교수-학습 유형을 제안하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있는 예 를 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to identify the research topics and suggest an information literacy curriculum by analyzing research articles on information literacy. For this purpose, we applied the topic modeling technique to 97 scientific articles and identified the core contents of information literacy education, such as media literacy, information literacy instruction, and the use of information resources. Based on the analysis results, we suggested an information literacy curriculum by considering the Big 6 model, information literacy standards of American Association of School Library, and Association of College and Research Libraries's information literacy competencies. This study is significant in that it considered 'use of information resources' and 'information ethics' to suggest information literacy education.

4차 혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 정보통신기술(ICT) 활용 능력의 필요성은 나날이 늘어 가고 있으므로 범람하는 정보와 기술을 익히고 활용할 필요가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 미디어를 소비하는 방식이 다양화되면서 주목받는 MCN을 활용하는 교육 방안을 제안한다. 활용하는 방안을 기존에 제작된 콘텐츠를 활용한 교육, 콘텐츠 창작을 통한 교육, 그리고 활용 및 창작을 위한 미디어 리터러시 교육 방법으로 나누어서 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 MCN을 활용한 교육은 창의성 몰입도 등을 바탕으로 긍정적인 효과가 나타날 것이 기대된다.

2010년 천체투영관을 갖춘 9개 기관 천문관련 시설의 운영실무자들에게 설문지를 배포하여 시설 현황, 운영 및 교육 프로그램에 관한 사전조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사에서 천체투영관의 운영 활성화와 교육적 활용을 높일 수 있는 방안으로 시설 보완과 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 의견이 많았다. 특히 초등학생들을 위한 천문교육 프로그램 개발이 시급하다는 운영자들의 공통된 의견을 들을 수 있었다. 이번 연구에서는 1)국외에서 이용되고 있는 천체투영관 활용 교육프로그램을 조사하였고, 2) 조사결과를 기초로 우리의 현재 환경과 초등 과학과 교육과정 등을 고려하여 교육프로그램을 개발 하였다. 이번 발표에서는 국외에서 활용되고 있는 교육 프로그램들과 개발된 교육용 활동지 및 가이드북을 소개 하고자 한다. 개발된 교육용 활동지와 가이드북을 적극 활용할 경우 천체투영관의 운영 활성화와 교육적 활용을 극대화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.

This study investigated whether information literacy education contributes to change and improvement in university students' self awareness of information literacy and libraries. The pre-test and the post-test which comprised the same questions on information literacy and libraries were executed on 47 students in an information literacy-related regular course at D University. The information literacy-related questions in the questionnaire were based on ACRL Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education. The collected data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS.

본 연구에서는 예비 교사들의 ICT활용 교수 학습과정안 개발 능력 및 ICT활용 교육의 전문성을 제고하고, 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 ICT활용 교육방법의 도입을 촉진시키며 ICT를 활용하여 교수 학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하기 위하여 초등학교 수학 교과 3,4학년에 대한 ICT활용 교수 학습과정안을 개발하였다.
