현재 국방부는 주요 핵심 시설에 대해 EMP 방호 시설 건설 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 향후 더욱 많은 방호 시설 확보 계획을 가지고 있다. EMP 방호 시설은 장비 운용 중 방호 성능이 감소하여도 감소 현상을 알지 못하다가 EMP 공격을 받게 되면 그때 문제가 발생하게 된다. 따라서 EMP 방호 시설에 대한 정비 유지는 매우 중요하며, 방호 시설에 대한 성능 감소 여부를 평상시에도 확인할 수 있는 체계적이고, 현실적인 정비 유지 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 EMP 방호 시설 정비 유지에 필요한 정비 유지 기법을 미국 EMP 방호 시설 군사 규격 MIL-STD-188-125의 정비 유지 요구사항을 기준으로 구체적으로 작성하였으며, 실제 EMP 방호 시설 정비 유지에 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 노력하였다. 주요 내용은 EMP 방호 시설에 대한 정비 개념, 정비 매뉴얼 구성, 정비 유지 단계(예방 정비, 고장 정비, 창 정비)의 업무, 교육/훈련 내용으로 구성되어 있다.

The development of North Korea's nuclear weapons has worsened to the sixth nuclear test in 2017, and despite the sanctions of the international community including our government, we have not been able to offer clear solutions and alternatives, and the current measures are not enough in case of North Korea is using nuclear weapons. This study suggests how we should be prepared against the use of nuclear weapons under the premise that North Korea will never give up development of nuclear weapons under any circumstances. The first chapter outlines the current status of our preparedness if North Korea makes a nuclear attack. The second chapter analyzes and evaluates the power of nuclear weapons and North Korea's nuclear weapons threat. In the third chapter, we analyze North Korea nuclear attack and analyze the wartime emergency situation and civil defense posture. Finally, in order to implement the solutions presented in the text, we will identify priorities and summarize further developments.

In proportion to the increase of public security demand, the private companies advanced continuously every year. However the size of the industry expanded in its quantity, the quality remains the same as before. So it's important to training of the security officers. This study suggest the improvements of training system through the analysis and the review of problems of training and education security officers. To develop our private security industry, we suggest as follows. First, In spite of the training is important, the recognition against security officers training is low, so the improvement is demanded. Second, When selecting the educational institution, it does not reflect the demand and situation of education enough. So there is necessary that selecting the educational institution again, after finishing a demonstration duration. Third, The education contents is general, so there is a necessity of the education which is professionalized. Fourth, In order to improve the ability of the lecturer, we must strengthen the qualification of the lecturer. Fifth, For the development of securities industry, we must found the professional training institution.

Various education programs using cyber education in the age of knowledge informatization were introduced to schools, corporate education, military service, lifelong education facilities as well as public employee education and training system. In the case of the national government officials, the education and local civil servants are organized by 15 cities and provincial public officials training institutes, which are organized by the national civil service personnel development center cyber education center. The purpose of this study is to find out the development plan through questionnaires of the students who are in charge of cyber education in the chungcheongnam-do local civil servants.

본 연구는 산불피해 후 주민들의 시설물 안전성에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위하여 2013년 3월 9일부터 10일 이틀 동안 280ha의 산림 피해면적과 57동의 시설물 피해를 입은 울주산불지역과, 79ha의 산림피해와 111동의 시설물 피해를 입은 포항산불지역의 주민들을 대상으로 산불피해 후 시설물에 대한 안전성과 당시 격었던 심리상태를 알아보고자 울주 주민 60명, 포항 주민 60명 총 120명에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사항목은 일반현황, 산림 내 주요시설 및 주변 안전성 인식, 교육훈련에 대한 인식, 심리상태에 대해 4개의 항목으로 조사한바, 일반형황으로는 120명중 28명(23.3%)을 제외한 92(76.7%)명이 산불을 1~2회 이상 목격했으며, 24명(20%)이 산불 진화에 참여하였고, 41~60세가 66명(55%)으로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 현재 거주하고 있는 건물은 콘크리트 가옥이 84명(70%)으로 가장 많았고, 현재 거주하고 있는 곳의 안전성에 대해서는 68명(56.7%)이 '안전하지 않다'고 인식하였다. 또한, 가옥주변 가연물질 관리 상태는 57명(47.5%)이 관리가 '잘 되어 있지 않다'고 인식하였다. 또한, 산불발생 대응 피난 및 교육훈련의 필요성에 대한 5점 척도 분석결과 4.2점으로 교육훈련이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 필요한 교육훈련 과목으로는 산불피난대응훈련이 44명(36.7%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 또한, 산불경험 후 심리적 불안에 대한 5점 척도 분석결과 4.0점으로 불안을 느끼고 있었고, 산불발생 후 느끼는 고통으로는 불면증, 불안감, 상실감, 혼란감, 신경과다 중 불안감이 89명(65.0%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 나타냈다.

국립고흥청소년우주체험센터는, 우리나라 청소년들에게 우주에서 벌어지는 제반 현상과 천체의 실상을 접하게 하고 또 그 현상과 천체 이면에 자리한 기본 원리를 체험과 실험을 통하여 스스로 터득하게 함으로써 저들을 우주시대를 이끌어갈 창조적 인재로 양성함을 목적으로, 2010년 7월 9일에 개원한 특성화 체험 국립 시설입니다. 우리나라 청소년들이 센터에 설치된 주요 우주체험장비 7종을 활용하여 우주왕복선과 우주정거장에서의 임무수행을 경험하며, 우주왕복선 지상통제센터 요원의 역할 및 우주선이나 항공기의 직접 조종도 체험 할수 있다. 또한 달의 저중력 상황을 체험해 볼 수 있다. 지름 15미터의 천체투영관이 12월 말에 완공될 예정이다. 하늘전망대에는 구경 14인치 광학망원경과 다수의 중소형 망원경들이 설치된다. 또한 우주인 기초체력단련훈련을 할 수 있는 야외 활동 공간을 확보하고 있다. 센터의 우주체험시설과 천문학 관련 시설들은 앞으로 청소년의 우주에 대한 관심을 유발하고 국민들의 과학에 대한 이해를 돕는데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 현재 4개의 과정으로 우주체험캠프 프로그램을 구성하여 운영하고 있다. 또한, 2009년 개정 지구과학 교육과정과 연계한 우주체험프로그램을 개발 중이다. 여기서는 본 센터의 우주체험시설물 소개와 이들을 활용한 체험활동과 교육 현황 및 계획을 소개하고자 한다.

The objectives of the project are to increase farmers' income through GAP and to reduce the loss of agricultural produce, for which the Korean partner takes a role of transferring needed technologies to the project site. To accomplish the project plan, it is set to implement the project with six components: construction of buildings, installation of agricultural facilities, establishment of demonstration farms, dispatching experts, conducting training program in Korea and provision of equipments. The Project Management Committee and the Project Implementation Team are consisted of Korean experts and senior officials from Department of Agriculture, Myanmar that managed the project systematically to ensure the success of the project. The process of the project are; the ceremony of laying the foundation and commencing the construction of training center in April, 2012. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the completion of GAP Training Center was successfully held under PMC (MOAI, GAPI/ARDC) arrangement in SAl, Naypyitaw on June 17, 2012. The Chairman of GAPI, Dr. Sang Mu Lee, Director General U Kyaw Win of DOA, officials and staff members from Korea and Myanmar, teachers and students from SAl attended the ceremony. The team carried out an inspection and fixing donors' plates on donated project machineries, agro-equipments, vehicles, computers and printer, furniture, tools and so forth. Demonstration farm for paddy rice, fruits and vegetables was laid out in April, 2012. Twenty nine Korean rice varieties and many Korean vegetable varieties were introduced into GAP Project farm to check the suitability of the varieties under Myanmar growing conditions. Paddy was cultivated three times in DAR and twice in SAl. In June 2012, vinyl houses were started to be constructed for raising seedlings and finished in December 2012. Fruit orchard for mango, longan and dragon fruit was established in June, 2012. Vegetables were grown until successful harvest and the harvested produce was used for panel testing and distribution in January 2013. Machineries for postharvest handling systems were imported in November 2012. Setting the washing line for vegetables were finished and the system as run for testing in June 2013. New water tanks, pine lines, pump house and electricity were set up in October 2013.

Interest and investment in drones that apply the concept of the 4th industrial revolution and ICT convergence advanced technology are continuing. The purpose of drone operation has been widely spread from the initial military use to the use of various industries such as construction, forestry, facilities, and agricultural support. In these industries, the training of pilots who can actually operate drones is increasing centering on the qualification system. However, the detailed standards including the training place, training place, educational environment, and education method for nurturing pilots are ambiguous, so the education through the oral instruction of the training instructor is continuing at the drone training site. In order to solve this problem, this study conducted a study on a dual control platform in which a training instructor could directly intervene in the pilot's flying drone to execute a map in order to improve the quality of synesthesia, which is essential in the field.

This study verified the influence of supervision on job burnout and mediating effect of self-efficacy of workers in leisure welfare centers for the elderly. A survey of 275 employees of 15 facilities of Daejeon and Chungnam area was conducted. Main analysis methods are confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. The analysis result is that supervision influences job burnout and mediating effect of self-efficacy is proved. Considering the analysis result, some countermeasures can be proposed to alleviate the job burnout. For improving the supervision of workers, the strengthening of educational and evaluational supervision, the provision of education and training for supervisors and individualized supervision, and the inclusion of supervision in facility evaluation are necessary. To improve employees' self-efficacy, it is necessary to provide capacity-building programs and emotional support services, education and administrative support for improving ethical awareness, and self-leadership.

The purpose of this research is to prepare the measures for evaluating the job of horse-riding instructor and improvement related to it and for distributing horse-riding industry effectively. Forsuch, we tried to analyze job of horse-riding instructor. Inparticular, we have developed DACUM chart of horse-riding instructor through DACUM method and experts related to it. As result, we found out eight duties and hundreds of job and arranged seven duty areas in total and eighty-two executed works. In addition, as experts said, the horse-riding instructor is the one who 'instructs people learning horse-riding in horse-riding facility and manages horses, horse-riding equipment and man-power.' Such results provide the procedure of horse-riding instructor cultivation which has been presently underway with many viewpoints. Especially, there are three educational processes and subject materials related to horse-riding instructor's examination(Hipologia, Horse-treatment technique, Horse Health management). However, as result of analysis on duty, we found out that racecourse management and horse-riding education theory has been needed to be added and complemented as well. In addition, the work and duty of analysis can be used to be made use up of as work profile and specification and such data can be also made use of as standard of training and submission. Through this study there should be a necessary work to distinguish between re-drafting and role of duty in its own right related to certification of horse-riding instructor in future and it would be necessary to develop study that is able to connect them all to certificate. What is more, there should be work and measure required for rethinking of utility of certification.
