The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of hotel training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality. The sample was obtained during 3weeks periods from Oct $14^{th}$ 2017 to Nov $4^{th}$ 2017 and out of 230 copies of the questionnaire, 223 copies responded with sincerity were made an object of the analysis. The results of the study were as follows, Firstly, training had an positive impact on the job satisfaction, Secondly, training significantly effected on organizational commitment. And practical training in the hotel has a positive impact on improving the quality of service. Third, job satisfaction has a positive effect on quality of service. Finally, organizational commitment also has a positive effect on service quality.

We can agree that Quality Control in manufacturing industry have been improved successfully, but in construction industry, for example Sungsoo-Bridge broken out, Sampung Department store collapse, subway construction site explosion. and etc, it is difficult to be done. Because in manufacturing industry, they complete each other. If quality is not good. products aren't sold out. to sell more products they have to improve their products quality by themselves. However in construction industry they don't effort to improve quality if they get an order. Because if they get an order only completing their product is their job. There are engineering side, culturing side, and educational side to improve product quality. In this thesis I investigated evaluation system in construction industry. I am going to propose evaluation system by which they have effort to improve the quality even in construction industry.

기업환경변화와 고객의 욕구증대로 인해 품질의 중요성이 강조되는 상창에서 종합적 품질경영(TQM)의 개념을 도입하고자 하는 노력이 제조업 뿐 아니라 서비스 부문, 공공부문, 의료부문 등으로 확대되는 상황이다. 특히 교육품질에 연구가 선진국을 중심으로 활발히 이루어지고 있는데 무형적인 특성을 가진 교육의 품질특성들을 측정하고 이를 개선하기 위한 전략적 방안 등을 강구하고 있다. 따라서 TQM의 기본 개념을 알아보고 우리나라 대학교육에 대한 적용가능성을 타진해보기 위한 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 대학교육의 서비스 품질에 대한 구체적인 측정요인을 개발하는 것이다. 문헌조사를 통해 기존의 대학교육품질 측정문항들을 벤치마킹 하였으며 대학생 집단과 문항들을 검토하여 32개 문항을 확정하고 이를 224명의 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 요인분석을 실시하여 대학의 서비스 품질측정요인을 도출하였다.

오늘날 우리나라 기업들이 정부가 경제운용방식을 민간주도의 경제운용방식으로 전환하겠다는 정부시책에 따라 총합적품질관리(TQC)를 정착화하여, 기업의 재무구조를 개선하고, 생산성 및 품질향상을 통하여 국제경쟁에 이기기 위하여, 전국적으로 TQC 정착화운동을 활발히 전개하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. TQC의 진수를 이루고 있는 것이 통계적품질관리(SQC)이므로 통계적방법의 공업에의 응용면을 찾아보는 것은 SQC 기법의 활용도를 찾아보는 것과 동일하다고 본다. 공업통계의 활용은 생산성향상과 공산품의 품질향상에 직결되므로 차제에 우리나라 기업이 어느 정도 통계교육을 받고 있고, 어느 정도 활용하고 있나를 파악한 후, 그것을 분석하고, 개선대책을 내놓는다면 커다란 의의가 있다고 생각되나, 필자의 제한된 경험과 제한된 자료, 제한된 시간 관계상, 그렇게하지 못함을 송구스럽게 생각한다. 본논문은 필자의 한국공업표준협회의 품질관리교육, 품질관리대상심사, 품질관리분임조경쟁대회심사 등을 통한 제한된 경험과 자료를 가지고, 한국공업통계이용현황에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 첫째로 우리나라 기업의 공업통계교육현황을 살펴보고, 둘째로 우리나라 기업이 공업통계를 제품의 개발단계에서 생산단계, 판매단계에 이르기까지 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 그 정도를 살펴보고, 셋째로는 앞으로의 우리나라 기업의 공업통계활용활성화방안에 대하여 필자 나름대로의 의견을 진술하고자 한다.

The instruction assessment, which can be a tool to realize a class of high quality, evaluates instruction system and process. The result data of the instruction assessment is analysed and used to reorganize lecture contents or to improve teaching method. It enhances qualitative level of university education. The goal of the instruction assessment is to be a tool that provides high qualitative education to raise students' satisfaction. It is important to improve education service quality through instruction assessment as a useful tool for measuring service quality. The suggestion of valid tool for improving instruction service quality is described in this paper.

Improving lecture quality is very necessary for the service quality of education in universities, enterprises and education institutes. The student lecture evaluation survey data is a good tool for measuring lecture quality and have been often analyzed by simple statistical methods. This study presents an intelligent lecture quality improvement method that can improve student's overall satisfaction and performance by analyzing student lecture evaluation survey data. The method uses SOFM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) neural network and C4.5 to find the patterns in student's satisfaction and performance more correctly and then decide what to change in the lecture for the improvement of student's satisfaction and performance. We apply the proposed method to an enterprise lecture in Korea. We can find that it can improve the quality of an enterprise lecture by changing total lecture time, lecture material and organization of lecture schedule to be necessary improvements.

최근 전국의 각 대학교와 한국대학교육협의회에서는 대학교 경쟁력을 우수한 인재를 양성하는 교육에 있다고 보고, 교육 활동에 비중을 높이고 강의 및 학생 지도에 역량을 집중하고 있다. 지금까지 대학 교육 활동의 대부분을 차지하는 수업에 대한 평가는 학생의견을 바탕으로 한 강의평가와 교수업적 반영 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육 활동영역에서 수업의 평가 지표를 마련하고 체계적인 수업 개선을 위해 수업 평가 요인을 도출하고, 평가 결과물을 토대로 평가 요인에 적합한 개선 방안을 제시하는 환류 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 강의평가 결과가 평가 항목에 따른 측정 결과 제시에서 수업 개선의 피드백을 제공하는데 초점을 맞추어 체계적으로 수업의 품질을 관리할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

1) 버섯종균 생산 시스템 개선 버섯의 품질과 수량을 좌우하는 주요 요인은 종균의 활력이다. 그러나 말라위에서는 종균의 활력이 낮아 조그마한 350cc 음료수 병에 배양 완성하는데 20일이 소요되는 등 노동력의 비효율성을 개선하였다. 따라서 350cc 병을 3500cc 비닐봉지로 개선하여 입봉하는데 소요되는 시간을 10배 이상으로 단축 개선하였다. 또한 곡립종균을 액체종균으로 대처한 결과 균사생장 속도가 빨랐으며 작업속도가 빨라졌다. 곡립 수수를 밀로 대체하여 종균제조 노동력을 효율적으로 전환하였다. 2) 버섯재배사 환경관리 개선 버섯재배의 4대 환경조건은 온도, 습도, 환기, 광이다. 그러나 말라위의 버섯재배사는 4대 환경조건 조절을 자연상태에 의존하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 비닐로 커버된 상태에서 문을 닫아두어 과습이 되고 환기가 되지않았다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 직경 5cm 환기공을 버섯재배사 당 4개씩 만들도록 지도하였다. 3) 버섯배지 개선 말라위에서는 옥수수 대를 잘라 버섯배지로 주로 이용하고 있다. 이를 개선하여 말라위 북부지역(다광)에 대규모 사탕수수 공장을 방문하여 사탕수수 박을 이용하여 버섯재배 기술을 교육하였다. 이를 이용함으로서 버섯 균사생장속도를 빠르게 하고 균사량의 축적을 높이도록 하여 고품질 다수확하는데 교육을 하고 컨설팅을 실시하여 개선하였다. 4) 버섯 배지 야외발효 후 지면재배 시도로 시간 단축과 비용절감 말라위 버섯배지 혼합제조법은 옥수수대 한가지로서 영양원이 없다. 이를 개선하여 배지를 수분을 흡수시킨 후 야외 퇴적하므로서 배지의 물리성을 개선하고 야외발효 과정 중 양분이 합성되어 양질의 배지를 만드는 방법이다. 야외발효한 배지를 봉지에 담아 균상에 입상하는 불편함과 나무로 만들어진 균상대의 과습으로 인한 곰팡이 발생과 개미 침입으로 썩는 것 등을 방지하기 위하여 지면재배 방법으로 개선하였다. 이 지면재배는 균상 만드는 나무재료와 인건비 절감. 병해충 발생 방제 뿐만아니라 고품질 다수확할 수 있는 방법으로 개선 교육과 시범 시연을 실시하였다.

Commonwealth Edison사는 미국 굴지의 원자력발전전력회사중 하나로 공인되고 있다. 이와 같이 성공을 거두게 된 이유중에는 2,100만달러의 훈련센터를 포함하는 교육훈련과 품질보증에 혼신의 노력을 경주하고 Inpo, Numarc, EPRI 및 Nsac등과 같은 국가기관에 적극적으로 참여하였기 때문이다. 다음은 이 회사의 사장인 James J. O' Connor씨가 이와 같은 품질개선을 추구한데 대해서 회고한 내용이다.

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship, in the perspective of Total Quality Management, among the education quality factors, which were suggested in the previous researches, including education leadership, process improvement, educational environment, regional commitment, student performance and satisfaction of education quality. In this study, education quality factors were measured by several measures, and were processed with the most efficient statistical package in the SEM area, AMOS. In order to analyze the causal relationship among the education quality, this study designed the structural equation model with suggested factors and established several the research hypotheses. Also this study found that there was a prominent causality among the education quality factors, such as education leadership, education environment, student performance and satisfaction of education quality.
