웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 국제적 표준인 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 극대화하기 위해 컴포넌트 개발 방법론(Component Based Development)을 적용해서 체계적으로 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템에 초점둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론중에서 Unified Process를 이용하여 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의하고 SCORM기반의 메타데이터를 이용한 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 한다. 이를 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠 제공을 함으로써 재사용성 향상으로 교수-학습지원 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다.

최근 학교 교육 현장에서는 교수-학습의 효과 극대화를 위하여 교육정보화 사업이 추진되고 있다. 이를 위하여 교육인적자원부는 컴퓨터 기반 수업(CAI)을 지원하고 특히 학습자가 인지적 구조를 구성할 수 있는 학습 환경 조성을 위해 우수한 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발 보급하여 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그런데 학교 현장에서는 소프트웨어 구입에 따라 매년 그 보유수가 늘어나고 있으며, 이에 따른 효율적인 교육용 소프트웨어 관리의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육용 소프트웨어를 교수 학습용 소프트웨어, 업무 지원용 소프트웨어, 시스템 관리 소프트웨어 3가지로 분류하여 등록하고 사용자별 사용 구분을 두어 보다 효과적으로 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 XML 기반 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper presents a fuzzy relaxation labeling approach incorporated to the fuzzy logic fusion scheme for the classification of multi-sensor remote sensing images. The fuzzy logic fusion and iterative relaxation labeling techniques are adopted to effectively integrate multi-sensor remote sensing images and to incorporate spatial neighboring information into spectral information for contextual classification, respectively. Especially, the iterative relaxation labeling approach can provide additional information that depicts spatial distributions of pixels updated by spatial information. Experimental results for supervised land-cover classification using optical and multi-frequency/polarization images indicate that the use of multi-sensor images and spatial information can improve the classification accuracy.

This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

It's desirable to implement the network of school libraries based on the department of city or regional education. The digital library supporting center is an integrated information system implemented by the department of city or regional education for supporting school libraries. Busan Metropolitan Department of Education for the first time implemented a digital library supporting center, supported by digital libraries & the digital library supporting center project proceeded by the Department of Education and KERIS. This study at first is to present basic technologies applied in implementing a digital library supporting center and foreign country cases, and then to introduce information system of Busan Metropolitan Department of Education.

Reading abilities are the key for students' problem-solving, self-directed learning and lifelong competency. Reading to learn is usually created through resources-based learning or inquiry-based learning. This study shows a integrated cross-curriculum approach as a alternative method of the reading to learn and it is completed In collaboration with classroom teachers. In this study especially, the model for reading-based information problem solving is introduced as a specific learning strategy of a integrated cross-curriculum and team-teaching.

군 복무 중 이러닝을 통해 군 장병의 자기 계발을 돕기 위해 정부는 군 이러닝 포털시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 군 이러닝 포털 시스템을 통해 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 교육용 콘텐츠에 대한 메타데이터를 설계하였다. 군 장병들이 원하는 콘텐츠와 이를 표현하는 방법에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 요구 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 분류 체계와 분류 항목을 선정하였다. 이러한 분류 체계와 분류 항목을 KEM과 SCORM과 같은 국내 외 콘텐츠 표준화 규격을 참조하여 교육 콘텐츠 메타데이터로 설계하였다.

Teachers should actively maintain and improve their ICT competency in today's ever changing information society. A standardized system should now be developed to assist educators when choosing courses to improve their ICT competency. Previous ICT competency studies have only measured one's current ICT abilities rather than analyzing the skills necessary for educators to be successful in the educational system. This study developed an assessment tool to measure the ICT competency levels of CEOs who have the potential to be the decision makers in ICT education. In order to accomplish this, the jobs, duties, and tasks of educational CEOs were analyzed against the ICT Skills Standards for Teachers to determine which ICT skills are required by educational CEOs. Sixty-three questions were extracted from this analysis, guiding educational CEOs in the determination of their own ICT skills level.

Regardless of the strict enforcement of prevention education in accordance with the school facility management standard, safety accidents that lead to human and physical damages occur in current educational facilities because of teenagers with very low sense of responsibility and insensitivity toward fire and facility safety. To ensure educational facility safety, technology that will enable a fast work process and easy confirmation of electronic blueprints and related documents about the educational facility through smart devices at the site by various means is needed. This paper proposes a system design linked to the National Education Information System (NEIS) that uses the document conversion function, high efficiency resolution, and Internet of Things (IoT) to inspect and control the educational facility in the event of a safety accident through the Educational Facility Resource Management System (EFRMS) that manages the electronic blueprints, and various educational facility documents through various smart devices.

This study suggested a plan to facilitate the use of research sources in Musicology based on examining information needs of researchers in the field and the status of using the sources. Through in-depth interviews of domestic researchers in Musicology, this study collected and analyzed the researchers' information needs, the status of utilizing the sources, perceived values of the sources and opinions about problems and solutions related to using the sources. Predicated on the analysis, the study noted the plan to facilitate the use of research sources in Musicology in three aspects. First, it is necessary to collect comprehensively and systematize the research sources. Second, education and promotion of the sources to users should be provided. Third, training music librarians and collaborating among the librarians and associated institutions are needed. The study can be used as a basis to effectively provide information and services developed by research institutions relating to Musicology and institutions of art and culture that effectively provide information.
