Since 1998 year, many educational software and its contents have been developed by individuals and public institutes. However, it is not easy to re-use the contents effectively and consistently, because they should be changed and reorganized whenever a curriculum is changed. Therefore, it is important for each subject to establish new system in which the contents or their teaching-learning elements are not changed although new curriculum appears. In this respect, in last year(2003 year), while setting mathematics as a representative subject, KERIS executed a study on developing a system(or method) of classifying teaching-learning materials in mathematics using computers, based on future-oriented curriculum including the current mathematics curriculum. Finally, for this study, the most essential and basic teaching-teaming 'units' were developed and the total number of units were 339. Also, in addition to the development of 'units', the 'elements' were developed for understanding more concrete contents included in each 'unit' and the total number of elements were 1191.

이 연구는 우리나라 해기사의 선상 의사소통 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안과 정책을 제안함으로서 국내 해기인력의 일자리 창출 및 해양사고 예방에 기여하는 것이 목적이며, 선상 의사소통 능력의 제고를 위하여 해사 직무영어 교육용 교재의 개발 계획, 온 오프라인용 컨텐츠 개발 보급 계획, 해사 영어능력의 다면 평가 및 인증을 위한 해사영어 구술시험 개발 및 시행 계획 및 해기사 면허시험의 영어구술평가의 도입 방안 등의 기본계획과 그 표본을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 필요성을 식별하기 위하여 해기사 양성교육기관의 재학생과 교원, 승선 중인 해기사와 육상 근무 중인 해기사 등을 대상으로 선내의사소통 현황, 해사영어교육에 대한 현황과 개선 방향, 해사영어 교육과 평가방안 등에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과의 요약이다.

This paper presents web-based contents for studying electrical machines using Java Bean and Flash. The component-based software development techniques have been used to develop Java Bean and Flash components which are simple and convenient for learners. The components have been used to make 61 contents for the electrical machines. The contents have highly interactive capability, which gives much interest to learners. The learners can easily understand the electro-mechanical concept by changing the parameters interactively. The class load of the lecture can be reduced because the basic explanation of the subject is replaced by the web contents. The better quality of the class is expected by dealing with the higher concept in the classroom lecture because the basic concepts are explained through the contents.

The mobile agent is receiving the attention as new technique to retrieve and to share the distributed contents on web-based educational systems. The retrieval using mobile agent uses the method that delivers the agent to accomplish a search in direct server in substitute for it is transmitted a many contents to accomplish an efficient search. This study proposed the model of retrieval system that shares and searches the distributed educational contents of the bulletin board and newsgroup by using the mobile agent. In order to evaluate the efficiencies of the system that is proposed, we did the comparison test on the search model of existing and proposing system. By a test result, we confirmed network traffics of proposed system are diminished. Moreover we gave proof the fact that the optimum search time of the mobile agent-based system is shortened.

멀티미디어 기능과 더불어 인터넷과 컴퓨터를 이용한 학습은 교육의 큰 영역으로 자리 잡고 있다. 하지만 기존의 PC 환경에서는 학교와 가정 등 고정된 장소에서의 이용이라는 제약이 따른다. 이러한 제한점은 모바일 기기들의 보급 확대와 모바일 기기의 성능 향상으로 극복될 수 있다. 특히 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)는 데이터를 축적하거나 멀티미디어 교육 자료를 이용하는 등 온라인 교육용 컨텐츠를 학습자에게 전달하고 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션 하는데 적합하다고 할 수 있겠다. 하지만 기존의 PC 기반 컨텐츠들은 PDA기반으로 재구축 되어야 사용이 가능한 실정이다. 이에 PDA의 장점인 휴대성, 저장성, 멀티미디어 이용, 인터넷 이용, PC와 동기화를 통한 데이터 공유 등을 이용할 수 있는 고등학교 영어 듣기 평가를 PDA에서 학습할 수 있도록 eMbedded Visual Tools을 이용해 Windows CE 3.0 기반 PDA에서 구현하였다.

컴퓨터 기술이 발전함에 따라 텍스트, 이미지, 동영상 등의 여러 시청각 매체를 한 곳으로 모아 놓은 e-book이 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 교과를 위한 실습 중심형 e-book 컨텐츠를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해, 교수 매체의 개념과 종류, 교육용 e-book의 특징 등을 살펴본다. 다음으로, 일반계 고등학교의 "정보사회와 컴퓨터" 교과를 전문계 교과와 비교하여 e-book 구현에 적합한 단원을 선택한 후, ADDIE 모형에 입각하여 e-book 컨텐츠를 개발한다. 또한, 구현한 e-book 컨텐츠를 통해 교수 학습 지도안을 제시하고 e-book 컨텐츠 활용방안을 제안한다.

SCORM은 기존의 e-learning 시스템에서 컨텐츠가 플랫폼에 상관없이 재사용될 수 있도록 하는 주요 목적아래 고안되었다. 그런데 이런 SCORM을 기반으로 하는 LMS에 많은 수의 컨텐츠 객체가 있을 경우 속도가 느려지게 될 수 있다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사용자의 접근 빈도와 사용 시간이 높은 컨텐츠 객체를 모니터링하고 컨텐츠 객체마다 우선순위를 매겨서 그 우선순위에 맞게 primary 저장소에 따로 저장하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템을 통해 검색 시에 더 많이 사용되는 교육용 컨텐츠에 더 빨리 접근 할 수 있도록 하여 전체적으로 LMS의 성능을 향상시키고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 LLM(Large Language Model) 모델의 fine-tuning 을 통한, 기초 수리 서술형 문항 풀이용 모델 및 Dall-E2 등 이미지 생성형 모델을 활용한 따른 영어 퀴즈풀이용 이미지 생성형 모델을 생성하여, 한국어 기반 LLM 자체 모델 학습 및 교육용 이미지 생성에 대한 방법을 고찰하였다.

인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 컴퓨터뿐만 아니라, 휴대폰이나 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 이용한 인터넷 사용이 증가하고 있다. 다양한 학습방법의 개발과 제공은 사용자에게 알맞은 학습형태를 선택할 수 있는 폭을 더 넓혀줄 것이다. 모바일 학습은 이러한 요구 사항에 적합하고 시대적으로 필요하다. Web과 함께 모바일 인터넷 환경을 이용한 교육 컨텐츠 제공에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 인터넷 환경에서 모바일을 이용한 교육용 컨텐츠를 J2ME기반으로 구현하였다.

Collaborative Filtering is a popular technology in electronic commerce, which adapt the opinions of entire communities to provide interesting products or personalized resources and items. It has been applied to many kinds of electronic commerce domain since Collaborative Filtering has proven an accurate and reliable tool. But educational application remain limited yet. We design collaborative filtering recommendation system using user's ratings in educational contents recommendation. Also We propose a method of similarity compensation using user's information for improvement of recommendation accuracy. The proposed method is more efficient than the traditional collaborative filtering method by experimental comparisons of mean absolute error(MAE) and reciever operating characteristics(ROC) values.
