인터넷을 통해 전달되는 교육자료의 양은 나날이 증가하고 있지만 정보 생산자들이 일정한 표준 없이 자의적인 기준에 의해 정보를 분류하여 구성하기 때문에 이용자가 필요한 정보를 정확하게 찾아내기란 매우 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 털 연구는 국내 주제별 검색엔진인 Yahoo Korea와 Naver, Hanmir, Empas의 초등학생용 검색엔진의 분류체계를 비교 분석하여 주제별 검색을 위한 효율적인 카테고리 분류 방법을 제시함으로써 정보접근에 익숙하지 않은 초등학생에게 쉽게, 빠르게, 정확하게 교육자료에 접근할 수 있는 분류체계를 제시하고자 한다.

현대 사회는 정보의 홍수 시대로서, 날로 늘어나는 정보의 바다 속에 검색의 한계도 존재하며 사람들이 원하는 정보를 선별하는 능력이나 방법도 고도화 되어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 교육용 문서에 적합한 카테고리를 가지고 있는 RSS에 대한 소개와 함께 RSS 리더를 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. RSS 신디케이션 포맷은 누구든지 코멘트, 뉴스 헤드라인, 최신기사에 대한 링크, 설명 그리고 이미지 등을 쉽게 공유할 수 있도록 해준다. 이러한 정보는 웹사이트뿐만 아니라 PDA, 핸드폰, 이메일 등에서도 자유롭게 볼 수 있다. 이러한 RSS 기술은 e-learning에서도 추후 변화를 가져다 줄 것으로 예상된다. 교수설계자가 설계한 학습단위의 완성을 위해 자료를 수집하여 초고와, 원고를 만들기 위해 교정, 교열을 하며, 디자이너를 통해 HTML 페이지를 만들던 기존의 프로세스를 대폭 간소화시켜 줄 수 있기 때문이다.

본 논문에서는 근래에 폭발적인 성장을 하고 있는 1인 미디어의 대량의 데이터 가운데서 양질의 정보를 집중적으로 관리하고 효과적인 검색기능을 지원하는 그룹형 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 메타데이터를 활용하는 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 특별히 교육정보 만을 대상으로 하여 여기에 사용될 메타데이터 기술 요소를 개발하고 교육용 데이터에 적용 가능한 적정 카테고리를 개발하였으며 이를 검증하기 위하여 그룹형 교육 커뮤니티 EduLOG(Educational blog) 서비스를 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 새로운 교육용 커뮤니티를 개설하는 것이 아니라 기존의 많은 사용자층을 가지고 있는 1인 미디어를 활용하여 유용한 정보를 생성해 내고 공급하는 것이 가능하다는 것과 나아가 메타데이터 요소의 활용에 의해 인터넷 상에서 정확성과 신속성을 지원하는 검색 시스템 구축이 가능하다는 것을 보여준다.

Various efforts are being made to live a Green life began to recognize an importance of eco-friendly living. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a mobile-based environmental keeping education service, which is offered well-defined category searching and environmental outreach related designed categories, for the purpose of supporting distribution of educational application. The implemented prototype system not only plays a function of environmental pollution report, related to simple environmental stewardship schemes, but also provides environmental monitoring service and integrated educational system supporting certified online volunteer activity. This study provides an one of famous methods to the youth for environmental monitoring education system based on mobile environments, and suggests an improvement to the environmental education for schools students.

가까운 미래의 가정에서는 여러 기능을 가진 로봇이 등장하여 사람과 늘기도 하고 집도 지키는 방범활동도 수행하는 등 공상과학영화 속의 일들이 현실로 다가올 것이다. 핵가족화와 맞벌이 부부의 증가로 어린이들이 혼자 집에 있는 시간이 많아졌으며 이에 불안을 느낀 학부모들은 자녀들을 학원 등의 사설교육기관에 맡겨 사교육비의 증가가 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 가정에서 부모와 떨어져 있는 동안의 어린이의 생활을 보여주거나 학습을 도와주는 로봇이 가정에 있다면 부모들은 안심하고 직장생활에 더욱 충실하게 될 것이며 사교육비의 감소현상에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 가정용 로봇이 서비스하게 될 기능들 중에 초등학교 어린이의 학습을 도울 수 있는 기능에 초점을 맞추어 설문을 통해 요구를 조사하고 분석하였으며 홈 로봇과 사용자간의 메뉴를 크게 일정관리, 학습관리, 학습, 메신저 등의 카테고리로 분류하여 각 항목별로 세부 서비스 내용을 체계화하였다. 로봇을 활용한 학습 도우미 시스템의 설계는 앞으로 무한한 부가가치를 창조하게 될 로봇산업의 발달과 새로운 형태의 교육을 가능하게 하는데 큰 기여를 하게 될 것이다.

This paper proposes an educational community service system that manages information of good quality intensively without overlapping, and that provides an effective searching function by using a personal community with many user layers. This system raises the efficiency of searching and management by using Metadata and Category. It is a self-leading educational community system that brings merits into relief and improves weak points. We constructed an autogenous Blog chain service as a tool which verifies this system, which is called 'EduLOG(Educational Blog) service' Especially we extracted Metadata suitable for this service, which is on the basis of worldfamous Dublin Core Metadata. And we made a new category on the basis of categories which were proposed by some educational community sites and public educational authorities, and we applied it to this system. To ascertain whether this service system provide adequate function or not, we made a questionnaire on the basis of the appraisal table in websites, and evaluated it at the request of experts. In view of the results so far achieved, it returned good scores (above 3.5/5.0) in accuracy of evaluation, low-end reappearance ratio, easiness of registering and approaching information, and intensive management of a categorical information, confirming the efficiency of the ECSS system. Therefore we believe firmly that the ECSS system will play a efficient information storing and searching roles in the near future.

The purpose of this study was to apply a variety of criteria to analyzing mobile applications for early childhood education, which are now available in application market, and was also to explore how the developmental characteristics and multimedia content characteristics of early childhood could be applied to mobile applications for early childhood education. To meet these purposes, this study targeted total 61 applications for infancy education in terms of mobile applications loaded on online education categories such as iPhone App Store and Android Market. Based on analytic criteria on the foundation of content type by learning type, cognitive load theory and multimedia design principle, this study analyzed those applications for early childhood. As a result, it was found that there were needs to develop a little more various categories of applications, and there were also needs to develop such applications that they can make the best use of smart phone's performance, comply with multimedia design principles but avoid any imprudent use of multimedia.

본 연구는 농업기계에 관한 정보를 종합적으로 체계화하여 데이터베이스로 구축하고 정보 수요자가 인터넷을 통해 구축된 데이터베이스를 쉽게 검색할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하기 위 해 수행되었다. 가. 농업기계 정보 DB는 농업기계와 관련된 텍스트, 이미지, 수치자료들을 데이터베이스화한 것으로서 지원시책, 구입, 이용, 사후관리, 연구 및 교육, 시험평가, 통계, 기타 정보 등의 8개의 카테고리로 구성하였으며 원시자료가 텍스트, 이미지 자료인 경우는 Html로 자체 제작하거나 기존 사이트에 링크하고, 원시자료가 수치자료인 농업기계 사양 및 농업기계화 현황은 관계형 데이터베이스로 구축하였다. 나. 구축된 농업기계 정보 DB를 검색하기 위하여 검색프로그램을 개발하였다. Html로 제작된 DB는 메뉴식 검색방법 또는 검색어 검색방법으로 검색할 수 있으며 관계형 DB는 DBMS를 개발하여 검색이 가능하도록 하였다.

e-Learning 분야는 정부, 기업, 학교 등 많은 조직에서 교육을 위한 수단으로 사용되어지고 있다. 이러한 e-Learning은 독립적인 운영플렛폼의 개발부터 웹 기반의 코스웨어(Courseware)까지 발전해왔다. 코스웨어는 컴퓨터 전달 체제를 통하여 교수-학습 과정을 촉진시켜 명시된 교수 목표 하에 학습자의 지식과 기능의 바람직한 변화를 목적으로 설계 및 개발된 교육용 소프트웨어와 데이터라고 할 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 언어 및 저작도구(Authoring Tools)를 이용하여 각 과목별 교육내용을 음성, 그림, 애니메이션, 동영상 등의 다양한 형태로 제시될 수 있도록 저작된 프로그램으로 주로 눈으로 보고 귀로 들으면서 학습하는 유형이다. 현재 코스웨어에서 제공되는 정보는 학습에 대한 정보와 교수정보 그리고 Client의 학습 진행 상황 등을 제공한다. 하지만 학습에 연관된 다른 학습이나 학습에 관련된 교수들의 전공정보, 또한 학습에 관련된 어플리케이션 등을 검색하려 할 때는 하나하나 따로 검색을 해야 하는 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 학습에 대한 목적과 관련학습, 관련교수, 관련연구, 관련 어플리케이션 등의 연관성을 토픽맵(TopicMap)을 이용하여 학습에 대한 더 정확한 정보를 쉽게 검색할 수 있게 한다. Client가 찾으려는 토픽을 중심으로 연관된 토픽과 카테고리를 나열하여 수작업으로 인한 검색시간과 잘못된 키워드 검색을 해결하였다.

Although there are differences in the classification of category adopted by each country, small UAS is usually classified as the one less than 25 kg. UAS has been mainly used for military and public purposes, but in recent years, it has spread to the private sector for hobby, media, and so on. Especially, considering the nature of the operating region and applications, it is necessary to improve operating time, noise and vibration in small UAS to ensure the same level of safety with a manned aircraft. This is because the drone can pose health and safety hazard through collision with manned aircraft or crashing into the ground. In this paper, we investigated operational regulations in the United States and European countries. Based on the investigation, a domestic system development plan for small UAS operation is under development.
