Quality of Online and Offline Education Services of Nail Art Education Centers and Students' Satisfaction (네일미용 교육센터의 온·오프라인 교육수업의 인식과 서비스품질 및 만족도)

  • As the number of students participating in nail art with great interest rises, it has become crucial to form instructor-student ties through offline interactions and establish relationships with education through media under the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it would be very important to check the quality of online and offline services and examine customer satisfaction. For this, this study investigated current online and offline nail art education, service quality and satisfaction with the education. A questionnaire survey was performed a total of 319 men and women in their 10-50s or older from Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk and other regions. The collected data were analyzed, using SPSS 27.0, and the results found the followings. The above results confirm that perception of online and offline nail art education is correlated with service quality and satisfaction. However, there are limitations in generalizing the results due to a difficulty in accurate measurement. It is anticipated that if a subject area is expanded, and teachers' satisfaction is added for comparison and analysis, there would be better results.

Developing Information Services and Social Integration of Marriage Migrant Women in Korea (정보서비스와 결혼이주여성의 사회통합)

  • Korea has experienced an increase in the number of immigrants in accordance with accelerated globalization. In particular, the rapid surge in international marriages and multicultural families has created social adaptation or inclusion problems for these families in Korean society. This paper examines how information services or technological education programs affect the social integration of marriage migrant women in Korea. Using survey data on international marriage migrant women, we conducted multiple and logistic regression models to examine the relationship between information and technology services and life satisfaction and employment status. The results show that the experience of using social services tends to have positive effects on life satisfaction. Having experiences of information services or technological education improves marriage migrant women's chances of employment and increases their willingness to work or start a business. This indicates the importance of information services or technological educational training and social services in improving social adaptation and integration of marriage migrant women in Korea.

  • 본 연구에서는 코로나19 팬데믹에서 서비스산업종사자들의 직업 불안이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보고자 연구를 진행하였다. 거기에 가족지지의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 2019년말에 발생한 코로나19는 세계적으로 한 번도 경험해 보지 못한 새로운 세상을 경험하고 있다. 자국의 국민을 보호하고자 국제 공항은 외국의의 출입을 철저히 봉쇄함으로써 코로나 확산을 막았고, 그로인하여 세계 경제교역은 큰 타격을 받았다. 산업관련 물동량은 점차 회복되고 있으나 여행객을 포함한 인적교류는 아직도 힘든 상황으로 호텔업, 관광업등의 서비스산업은 상당한 영향을 받아 거기에 종사하는 직원들 또한 자신의 직업에 대한 불안이 늘고 있다. 2021년 현재 대부분의 나라에서 위드코로나 정책으로 전환하면서 서비스산업이 점차 회복되고 있으나 아직도 힘든 상황을 보내고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 포스트 코로나시대에 서비스산업종사자들의 직업불안을 낮게 하고 삶의 만족을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

A study measuring university educational service quality using importance-satisfaction transformed index (중요도-만족도 변환지수를 이용한 대학 교육서비스 품질 측정 연구)

  • Today, as the number of applicants for admission decreases, competition among universities is deepening in Korea. Especially, the existence of local universities has led to intense competition to increase the enrollment rate of new students and reduce dropout rate. To survive in this competition, local universities are making various efforts; however, the primary problem is improving their educational service quality. In this study, we have developed a device to measure educational service quality which can be applied to the field of higher education, and factors that determine educational service quality are dragged through this device. In addition, this research identifies which statistically significant factors play a part in overall satisfaction and word of mouth effect, and interprets 29 quality attributes using importance-satisfaction transformed index.

A study on library users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable: K university case (도서관 이용자 만족도를 매개변수로 하는 이용자 충성도에 관한 연구 : K대학 사례)

  • Universities are places where the knowledge and information of various areas is created and shared, and the libraries of the universities are main places for providing education services. In this study, we survey the students of K university on the satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service, users' satisfaction, and users' loyalty. Structural equation models are used in order to verify whether the users' satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service are both directly and indirectly effective on users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable. The results show that the satisfaction on offering contents is both directly and indirectly effective on the loyalty and that the satisfactions on environment/facilities and library service are not indirectly effective but directly effective on the loyalty.

  • 최근 IT기술의 발전, 대학 교육의 글로벌화 등의 추세는 대학의 이러닝(e-learning) 형태의 교육을 촉진하고 있다. 국내향후 연구에서는 17개의 사이버대학은 이러닝 형태의 교육을 제공하고 있는데, 최근 재학생 수가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 사이버대학들은 우수한 강의 제공을 위해 학생-교수간의 다양한 상호작용에 대해서 연구하고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버대학의 LMS(Learning Management System)에 온라인 채팅 서비스를 최초로 도입하여, 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 채팅과 학습만족과의 관계에 대해서 검증하고, 강의질 개선을 위한 전략을 도출하고자 한다.

  • The role of call center as public organizations introduce call center in has become very important in public services. Especially the leadership of the middle management at the call center in public organizations has become very essential in accordance with the increase of role of teamleader or managers. For this reason, in this research we want to know not only the impact relation teamleader's leadership have on the quality of services and job satisfaction as call center counsellors feel but also the impact relation the quality of callcenter counsellor's services at callcenter have on job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of services quality is examined in the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction Analyses showed that teamleader's leadership have influence on callcenter counsellors' job satisfaction and the quality of services and the quality of employees' services have a positive influence on job satisfaction, the mediating effect of services quality is certified in the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction. Therefore, to encourage the teamleaders' leadership at callcenter, the empowerment and an appropriate compensation need to be provided. Also to improve the quality of employee's services teamleaders ought to run the reinforcing cooperation program or various incentive program and job education need to be encourage and aligned.

  • This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop's SNS information and nail care service's quality affects to customer's satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service's quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop's quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.

  • This study was conducted to analyze the influence of the service quality of the food court on customer satisfaction, revisit intention in a discount store. Among the 400 surveys, 371 participants were collected and 350 respondents were analyzed for the statistical analysis to verify research purposes. SPSS 21.0 program was used to derive the following: factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression analysis. Results shown that, first, service quality at the discount store can affect the customer's satisfaction. The factors which can affect the customer's satisfaction are type, empathy and credibility but guarantee and reactivity don't affect it. Second, service quality at the discount store can affect a customer's revisiting. The factors which can affect the customer's revisiting are type, guarantee, empathy and credibility but reactivity doesn't affect it. Third, the customer's satisfaction at the discount store can affect the customer's revisit intention. Through this study, food court service quality can affect not only the customers' satisfaction but also consumers' revisit intention. Therefore, the company and the management need to keep researching and developing various menus, customer service training, and hygiene training in order to set the customer at ease along with making a comfortable mood and set up a dine out & meeting system.

  • This is a descriptive study to investigate influencing factors of job satisfaction among nurses of comprehensive nursing care ward. The participants were 114 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care ward. Collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that professional self-concept and teamwork were influencing factors of job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve job satisfaction of nurses in comprehensive nursing care ward, education and policy support to improve professional self-concept and teamwork. are needed.
