This study aimed to explore the constructs of the characteristics of at-risk learners with diverse educational needs in the blind spots of education, in order to understand them comprehensively and detect them early in schools. Participants were 156 elementary, middle, and high school teachers who filled out a semi-structured questionnaire consisting of open questions about their implicit knowledge of the characteristics of at-risk learners in the blind spots of education. Qualitative data were analyzed using a modified consensual qualitative research method. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, five domains and 16 categories were derived as the main constructs of the characteristics of learners in the blind spots of education. Second, the most listed of the five domains was the "domain of low learning and cognition," whereas the least listed domain was the "everyday life domain." Finally, deficiencies of interpersonal skills and interactive communications and categories related to family structure and functions frequently appeared among the 16 categories. Based on these results, implications and potentials for follow-up studies were further discussed.

This study examines whether there are subjects and learners to pay attention to as 'processes' that have not been dealt with in Korean vocabulary education due to prioritizing learning outcomes, educational outcomes, and objects. In addition, the purpose of this study was to examine the educational value of the neologism and to suggest data construction method for it. Proposal to create a 'single-level list' of neologisms as a preliminary work to create a dictionary as a learning material to teach new words to academic purpose learners, taking neologism as the vocabulary in the blind spot and foreign academic purpose learners as learners in the blind spot stage. did The 'single-layered list' is to divide new words by period into coined words, meanings, culture, etc. and construct them as data. Through this study, we will help systematically teach Korean vocabulary by adding vocabulary to be learned as a 'process' to the results of Korean vocabulary education so far.

This study is to find out a way to foster self-directed learning math skills for the low-income youth at child care centers. Taking advantage of EBS materials, we found the youth, low-income youth in particular, were positively influenced to learn mathematics in the way of self-directed and action learning. This program gives a model of the self-directed math learning using the EBS mathematics materials. From the survey of this study, we found see that students started to have a positive attitude for learning and they started to gain new mathematical concept, and improved their problem solving, reasoning, communication and representation skills with these new leaning environments. This study tells us that this type of cooperative learning could help them to have an objective assessment, and gave a positive impact on self-directed learning.

This study provides several methods to minimize dead zone and to detect missing person using combined DRONE and AI especially called 4 th Industrial Revolution. That is composed of image acquisition for a person who is in needed of support. The procedure is DRONE that is made of image acquisition and transfer system. after that can be shown GPS information. Currently representative AI algorithm is YOLO (You Only Look Once) that can be adopted to find manikin or real image by learning with dataset. The output was reached in reliable and efficient results. As the trends of DRONE is expanded widely that will provide various roll. This paper was composed of three parts. the first is DRONE specification, the second is the definition of AI and procedures, the third is the methods of image acquisition using DRONE, the last is the future of DRONE with AI.

In December 2019, new coronavirus (COVID-19) which was started from Wuhan caused a dramatic changes in college mathematics education around the world from the spring semester 2020. All classes in college was switched to online classes at once. As a result, many efforts were made to keep the quality of mathematics education in college. We have discussed the situation that we did experience and discussed a possible changes that future mathematics education and research can face in the post-corona era (after coronavirus, AC era). Finally, we discussed an evaluation method for student activities that can be used in online class evaluation.
