This study aims to enhance the family-friendliness of the region by examining the relationship between family relations and the community environment, and objectively comparing the local environment surrounding the family. To this end, we reviewed the areas of socio-cultural and economic sectors that affect the family relationship satisfaction, and in particular, analyzed the trend of changes in regional index by utilizing the Korean Family Happiness Composite Index (KFHCI) developed as a community indicators. This index utilizes community indicators published in the National Statistical Portal's "e-Region indicators," and these variables are related to family relationship satisfaction. Therefore, this study compared the seven areas of the Family Happiness Composite Index (Population Family, Health Culture, Education, Income Consumption, Employment Labor, Housing Transportation, Environment and Social Integration) by region, and examined the trends for 10 years. According to the study, the average score of KFHCI's entire region was rising from 2008 to 2018. Overall, the community environment that affects family relationship satisfaction is also improving. The regions belonging to the upper level were Jeonnam, Gangwon, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk. Areas belonging to the lower level are Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, and Gwangju. In almost sectors, the lower-level regions did not have sufficient physical infrastructure compared to population density and over-density, and improved little by little, but not enough to reflect the needs of local people and improve the quality of life. In the future, we should develop more regular and complementary indicators to develop customized policies for each region that can improve the quality of family relationships. It will also be necessary to study the impact of each index field when a socioeconomic crisis occurs due to social disasters, and try to change indicators

Objective: This study evaluated the effects of a non-face-to-face obesity management program, implemented during the pandemic. Methods: The non-face-to-face obesity management program used the Intervention mapping protocol (IMP). The program was put into effect over the course of eight weeks, from September 14 to November 13, 2020 in 48 overweight and obese adults, who applied to participate through the Daegu Citizen Health Support Center. Results: IMP was first a needs assessment was conducted; second, goal setting for behavior change was established; third, evidence-based selection of arbitration method and performance strategy was performed; fourth, program design and validation; fifth, the program was run; and sixth, the results were evaluated. The average weight after participation in the program was reduced by 1.2kg, average WC decreased by 3cm, and average BMI decreased by 0.8kg/m2 (p<0.05). The results of the health behavior survey showed a positive improvement in lifestyle factors, including average daily intake calories, fruit intake, and time spent in walking exercise before and after participation in the program. A statistically significant difference was seen (p<0.05). The satisfaction level for program process evaluation was high, at 4.57±0.63 point. Conclusion: The non-face-to-face obesity management program was useful for obesity management for adults in communities, as it enables individual counseling by experts and active participation through self-body measurement and recording without restriction by time and place. However, the program had some restrictions on participation that may relate to the age of the subject, such as skill and comfort in using a mobile app.

In Korea, excessive vegetation in rivers made up of sand and gravel is emerging as a nationwide problem, which is attributed to increased spring precipitation and decreased annual precipitation. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of identifying the effect of changes in precipitation patterns on river vegetation in Namcheon, Gyeongju, and analyzing the area of vegetation and ecological characteristics. As a result of the study, the amount of monthly precipitation in the summer of Namcheon decreased after 2007, and the area of vegetation increased continuously compared to the area of the sandbank. The proportion of naturalized plants increased steadily when precipitation continued to a level that did not cause flooding, but the area occupied by naturalized plants was small. Also, when the water level is maintained, the species diversity is low due to the dominance of a single species, and the dominant species was mainly native plants. Dominance of native plants inhibited the growth of naturalized plants, but the vegetation area increased even more. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the spread of vegetation itself rather than the division of native plants and naturalized plants in order to eliminate the active growth and prosperity of river vegetation. High water levels and continuous flooding caused by torrential rains in summer disturbed the plant communities, and vegetation formed afterwards was mainly native plants. Such flooding in river ecosystems is a positive factor for the emergence of native plants and over-formed vegetation communities, so it should be considered when establishing a vegetation management plan.
The rise of single living has been one of the most important demographic shifts of recent decades. The solo household is a little less than 40% in Europe areas and that of Tokyo is over 45%. Being impacted this figure, the formation of single economy is the key word in World Economic Forum(WEF) 2008. Seoul' single household is increasing rapidly. Between 2000 and 2005, the growth of single person is around 34%, the population of single person reached 700,000 people. Now 20% of total household in Seoul is Single household. Living alone or solo living is not exceptional or special in Seoul Metropolitan City. The rise in single living will create pressures towards poverty and inequality and so on. Seoul should develop and prepare the urban policy for single household. We figured out the four key trends which composed of single household in Seoul. Four types of single person are like below : Gold Mr and Miss, Reserved labor forces, depressed single and silver generation. Gold group is amonst people aged 30 and 40 who is working in the area of white collar and professional. They are usually elective single person household who have chosen solo living. Reserved labor forces group is usually among 20s people who have not get the regular hob. For this group, job acquiring is the most important issue. Depressed single person household group is among people aged late 30s and 40s. Its group is the result from the broken family. The silver group is among aged over 65 that is the main issue of the aged society. In this research, we stressed that people living alone can be split into two types - elective single person households who have chosen single living, and forced single person household who have been constrained to this lifestyle by circumstances. Except gold group, the rest of the group is the forced single household who are faced to poverty. The monthly income of single person household is almost under 2 million won. Single person household is usually working in the blue collar job and service area. So, except gold group that is the smallest part of single person household, almost single person is not the target of private market, but the object of public policy.
All humans are subject to death, and this creates a motivation to construct theories regarding divine immorality (神仙思想) in order to satisfy the human desire (慾望) for eternal life (長生) and the avoidance of death(不死). In the concept of Earthly immortality (地上神仙) from Daesoonjinrihoe (大巡眞理會), devotees do not carry out their work in a deep mountain ranges far removed from human society. Instead, they cultivate themselves in Dao from within the human society (自身修道), chant incantation to benefit others, aspire towards immortal status (神仙), and promote harmony between divine beings and humans (神人調和) all without ever leaving human society. In the Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe, members created a new place called a "Dojang (道場 temple complex)" to live as immortal humans in the here and now while they chant incantations (呪文) as an act of participation in the Immortal Realm of the Later World (後天仙境). Some key religious and fengshui (geomancy) oriented symbols used within the Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe appear as follows: first, Cheonggye Tower (靑溪塔) represents faith in traditional astrology (星宿神仰) and reverence for the God of the Nine Heavens (九天上帝). Second, Daesoonjinrihoe (大巡眞理會) emphasizes the Saturn associated earth element from five phases (五行土星) and this represent the Later World due to numerological associations. Third, the Fengshui of the Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe is a highly propitious (吉地) and also accentuates the Saturn associated earth element from five phases. Fourth, Yeongdae (靈臺) in the Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe faces west where Jeungsan will come accompanied by other gods (神命). Fifth, the Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe is in charge of property and receives happiness and prosperity (福祿) through its Fengshui. The Yeoju Headquarters of Daesoonjinrihoe is an earthly paradise for immortals (地上天國) forged to achieve the ultimate purpose of transforming its members into the Dotong (道通, those enlightened in Dao and thereby successful in their every endeavor) of the Later World. In accordance with Daesoon thought, the Saturn associated earth element from five phases is positioned in the middle of incantations, and Yeongdae, other architecture, and landscaping has all been arranged to correspond with Daesoon geomancy and numerology (後天數理).

This study was conducted to determine correlations and combining abilities of leaf lengths, leaf widths, petiole lengths, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf areas, fresh weights, dry weights and number of flowers in F1 crosses made with the partial seven-parent diallel cross in Viola tricolor. Leaf lengths and leaf widths showed highly positive correlation with petiole length and negative correlation with number of branches, number of leaves and number of flowers. There was positive correlation between the number of leaves and flowers as well as between leaf area and fresh weight. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were highly significant for all the parameters. Variance component values of SCA were greater than those of GCA for all the parameters except leaf length, implying preponderance of non-additive gene actions for these characters. The lines C and G for leaf lengths and widths, the lines A and F for number of leaves, the lines A, B and G for leaf areas, and the lines B and F for number of flowers showed relatively high GCA effects. The crosses of A×B and B×D exhibited high SCA effects on increasing leaf lengths, leaf widths, number of leaves, fresh weights and number of flowers. And also the crosses of B×E and D×G exhibited high SCA effects on decreasing leaf lengths, leaf areas and fresh weights as well as increasing number of flowers. The broad sense heritabilities of most characters were high compared with the narrow sense one. Those of leaf length, leaf width, petiole length and number of leaves were high in both the broad and narrow sense heritabilities.

Three different Cordyceps militaris(Paecilomyces tenuipes and Cordyceps militaris from grain or pupae) were analysed for their chemical composition, fatty acids composition and the concentration of amino acids, cordycepin and heavy metal to obtain basic information on them as feed supplements for livestock. The crude protein content of C. militaris from grain and pupae was 76.16 and 75.45%, respectively, being higher than that of P. tenuipes(57.21%). The concentration of linoleic acid was much higher but that of linolenic acid was much lower for C. militaris from grain than for the others. The cordycepin content was significantly higher for C. militaris from grain than for that from pupae (1.64% vs 0.68% on a DM basis). But cordycepin was not detected in P. tenuipes. Heavy metal contents(Cr, Pb, Cd, Hg) for all C. militaris were below the allowance levels recommended by Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Republic of Korea.
The change to the data economy requires a new analysis beyond ordinary research in the management field. Data matching refers to a technique or processing method that combines data sets collected from different samples with the same population. In this study, statistical matching was performed using random hotdeck and Mahalanobis distance functions using 2020 Survey of Korea Venture Firms and 2020 Korea Innovation Survey datas. Among the variables used for statistical matching simulation, the industry and the number of workers were set to be completely consistent, and region, business power, listed market, and sales were set as common variables. Simulation verification was confirmed by mean test and kernel density. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that statistical matching was appropriate because there was a difference in the average test, but a similar pattern was shown in the kernel density. This result attempted to expand the spectrum of the research method by experimenting with a data matching research methodology that has not been sufficiently attempted in the management field, and suggests implications in terms of data utilization and diversity.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognize, facilitate, understand and control and utilize one's and other's emotions and has been researched extensively in last 20 years. Of the four domains of emotional intelligence, Emotional Regulation, the ability for one to manage and modify one's emotional reactions in order to achieve goal-directed outcomes, with its influence on authentic leadership and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior was researched by surveying 300 nurses at large metropolitan hospitals in B city in South Korea. Previous research demonstrated in relationship based and long term oriented cultures, such as Korea, Japan and Chinese cultures, ability to regulate emotions is critical component in successful social dynamics yet research the topic is minimal in Korea. Authentic leadership is a leader displaying sincerity and authentic behavior and through such, trust is gained in followers and collaboration is formed. Change oriented organizational citizenship behavior is a proactive behavior where the individual performs behaviors not included in his job functions voluntarily. The results indicate the three out of four sub domains of authentic leadership influenced positively to change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with the exception of balanced information processing. Moreover, Emotional Regulation partially mediated between authentic leadership and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Such results validated previous studies that indicated authentic leadership as possible antecedents of individual proactive behaviors and by examining authentic leadership and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with emotional regulation as a mediator proved possibility as another potential antecedent of change oriented organizational citizenship behavior in hospital setting.
Multi-cultural societies in the era of globalization are now common phenomena all over the world. Since our country has already entered into a multi-cultural society, we can no longer stay in the ideology of a single nation. However, current national policies and researches related to multi-cultural society in Korea are limited to institutional aspects and unilateral education of Korean culture. Therefore, this study aims to overcome these practical limitations. The purpose of this study is to acquire design resources in the folk paintings reflecting the culture of each country. And We will develop textile design content that can be applied to most closely related textile products in daily life. Through this, it is aimed to raise awareness of various cultures and to suggest a communication method through cultural exchange. Therefore, this study has developed color and textile pattern design contents through analysis of characteristics of China, Vietnam, and Japan peoples of the three most frequent countries based on the status of domestic marriage immigrants. And tried to apply it immediately to various textile products. The results and contents of the study are as follows. First, the domestic multi-cultural society was formed through international marriage, and the largest number of marriage immigrants came from China, Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Mongolia and others. Second, folk paintings are suitable for developing textile design contents as an important factor implied by different cultures of different countries. Thirdly, we have developed the pattern and coloring DB and textile pattern design contents by using folk paintings of China, Vietnam and Japan. As a result, we could verify the utilization of contents reflecting the cultural characteristics of each country and the possibility of commercialization. Based on the results of this research, we hope to contribute to the harmonization of the emotional and artistic aspects that naturally share the culture among multi-cultural society members and to develop differentiated related products.
