The Impact of Service quality in Entrepreneurial education on the Self-efficacy, the Achievement need and the Satisfaction of Entrepreneurial Education : Focusing on the Entrepreneurial Education of Internet Shopping Mall (창업교육 서비스 품질이 자기효능감, 기대 성취욕구 및 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 : 인터넷 쇼핑몰 창업교육을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, achievement need, and satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. In this research, service quality consists of four factors including curriculum(lecturer expertise, distinction, and diversity of curricula), type(theory-oriented and practice-oriented), and administration(operation, facility and networking). First, this study investigated how service quality affected both self-efficacy and achievement need, second analyzed how both self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction in internet shopping mall entrepreneurial education. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 129 individuals that Cafe 24 in progress in the shopping mall entrepreneurial education. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, a structural equation analysis has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that service quality affects both self-efficacy and achievement need. According to the analysis, first, expertise, distinction and operation affect self-efficacy, second both expertise and operation affect achievement need. In addition, the results show that self-efficacy and achievement need influenced the satisfaction of entrepreneurial education. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

Shared Value Expectation on Lifelong Education (평생교육에 대한 공유기대가치 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the components of users' shared value expectation(SVE) on lifelong education through convergent approaches. After reviewing primary data and collecting secondary data with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, the components of users' SVE on lifelong education were categorized into 10 perspectives, 27 measured variables, and 81 questions. After conducting a confirmatory factor analysis, the latent measurement model was confirmed as reasonable. Internal reliability, construct convergent discriminant validity were also confirmed as reasonable. In a viewpoint that builds interdisciplinary theory, this research may help grasp users' SVE on lifelong education with interdisciplinary approaches. In a strategic viewpoint, this study may contribute to both understanding categorized users' value expectation and planning/executing suitable programs that can meet the expectations. In a managerial viewpoint, this result may help measure the effectiveness of SVE on lifelong education quantitatively.

Exploratory Analysis of High School Students' Expectation on the Benefits of Higher Education in China (중국 고등학생의 고등교육수익에 대한 기대에 관한 탐색적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to do an exploratory analysis on the expectation of Chinese high-school students on the benefits of higher education. Higher education benefits were categorized into monetary-investment benefit, non monetary-investment benefit and consumptive benefit. The differences in expectation according to independent student factors and family background were analyzed. The survey data on every high school's 300 students and 300 their parents total 1200 in 2 high schools in YanTai was put into the analysis. The differences among groups and items were analyzed using Cross tabulation, ANOVA, etc with SPSS. The major findings are as follows. First, Chinese high-school students' overall expectation on higher education benefits was high. Second, Expectation on higher education benefits differed according to independent student factors, such as gender, academic year, grade, etc. Third, expectation on higher education benefits differed according to factors of family background. Fourth, level of expectation on higher education benefits between parents and students differed. In the future, the government should consider such various expectations and differences when dealing with higher education policies and university operation.

A Study of the Participation Level of the Students of the Advanced Course for Bachelor of Dental Hygiene (치위생학 전공심화과정 학습자의 학습참여에 관한 연구)

  • This study targeted students of advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene at 15 universities, which are operating advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene. This study was performed by questionnaire survey targeting students of advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene. To analyze relationship between variables, the correlation was carried out. To verify influence of each variable upon participation level, multiple regression analysis was carried out. As a result of this study, the participation motive, expectation for educational institution, and educational satisfaction of students advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene were found to have influence upon participation level. Based on the result, it is important to understand the participation motive of the students and to offer satisfaction environment and administrative support for enhancing the expectation for education for educational institution. Especially, given striving to enhance the satisfaction with teaching and the satisfaction with effect on advanced major courses, the university needs to make efforts to increase stature as higher education institution through advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene.

서비스 제공자의 성격이 서비스 교육성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 서비스 교육성과에 미치는 영향으로 성격의 요안을 살펴봄으로써 서비스 지향적인 직원들의 채용 및 서비스 교육의 방향에 대해 연구하자 하였다. 최근 기업 간의 경쟁이 치열해 지면서 고객들에게 제품이외의 것을 제공하여 고객만족을 통한 차별화에 관심을 주기 시작 하였다. 이라한 기업들은 '고객만족' 을 위해 물리적 자원과 서비스 제공자의 인적자원을 포함하여 광범위하게 노력을 기울였다. 그러나 변화무쌍한 고객의 기대에는 더 광범위한 노력이 필요하였다. 따라서 인적자원의 노력이 필요하였다. 특히 서비스를 제공하는 기업에는 고객의 접점에서 일하는 직원들의 수행능력이 고객의 기대에 만족을 줄 뿐만 아니라 기업의 이미지에도 영향을 마찰 수 있기 때문에 직원들의 고객 지향적 사고 및 행동은 고객만족에 영향을 주는 하나의 요소로 볼 수 있다. 특히 접점에서 대면하는 직원들의 지속적인 서비스 교육을 통해서 기본적인 고객응대와 고객 지향적인 사고를 전달하여 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시치고 변화하는 고객의 기대에 부응하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 이론적 근거를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하고 가설 검증을 하기 위해 유통서비스에서 1회 이상의 서비스교육을 받은 접점의 직원들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 성격과 서비스 교유의 전과 후 성과 빚 서비스 교유 횟수에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성격과 서비스 교육성과에 미치는 영향을 볼 때 성취지향성 (ambition), 배려성(likeability), 신중성 (prudence)은 서비스교육성과에 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 이는 직윈 채용에 있어 성격요인 분석을 할 필요성이 있을 것으로 생각된다. 서비스 지향적인 사고를 지니고 있고, 서비스 교육을 지속적으로 진행하는 기업의 특성에 맞는 직원을 채용함으로써 교육성과의 극대화와 기업의 이익창출 빚 이미지제고의 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 둘째, 서비스 교유 횟수가 성격과 서비스 교육성과 간의 조절 작용 여부를 검증할 결과 성취지향성 (ambition), 사회성 (sociability), 지적호기심(intellectance) 이 조절 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 직원의 특성에 맞는 적절한 교유 횟수에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또는 집단 안에서 비슷한 성격의 직원들로 구성하여 그 구성원들의 서비스 교육진행에 있어 교육 횟수를 조절한다면 서비스 교육의 성과를 극대화 할 수 있을 것으로 예상할 수 있다. 마지막으로 교육생의 학력수준이 성격과 서비스 교육성과 간의 조절 작용여부를 검증한 결과 학력과는 무관한 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 교육생의 학력수준으로 서비스 교육의 성과를 결정하는 요소가 아님을 알 수 있다.

An Analysis of the Work and Retirement Life Course of Middle-and Old-Aged Koreans Using Multi-State Life-Table Models (다중상태 생명표 모형을 활용한 중고령층의 근로 및 은퇴 생애과정 연구)

  • This study analyzed the work and retirement behavior of middle- and old-aged Koreans using panel-data based multi-state life table models. Compared to previous studies that have mainly focused on gender differences in the work and retirement behavior, this study also analyzed educational differences in the retirement life course. With respect to the heterogeneity of work and retirement experiences, this study finds that the retirement life course of men and women differs substantially. Despite their longer life spans, women are expected to have shorter working life expectancies but live in a non-working state longer, resulting in a substantially higher proportion of non-working state in their lives. In terms of educational differences, this study finds that there is little difference in the expected length of stay in the labor force across educational levels but that poorly educated persons are more likely to spend a greater proportion of their lives in the labor force due to their shorter non-working life expectancies.

A Study on the LIS Capstone Design Curriculum and the Learning Satisfaction Survey (문헌정보학 캡스톤디자인 교육과정 운영과 학습만족도 측정연구)

  • We had opened a course in the library and information science curriculum, developed and applied a syllabus and some manuals for this course, and analyzed the performance by conducting a survey before and after the training. As the results, first, the necessary components showed a positive relationship of 0.414 with the expected performance effects and showed a positive relationship of 0.452 with the expected learning outcomes. Second, the understanding degree of the Capstone Design course was 3.56 before implementing the curriculum. It was improved to 4.07 after implementing the educational courses. Third, the recognition of the components necessary for the Capstone Design course was improved from 4.13 to 4.39 after carrying out the course. Fourth, the perception of the expected performance effects of the Capstone Design course was improved from 3.77 to 3.88 after the course execution. Fifth, the perception of the expected learning outcomes of the Capstone Design course was improved from 3.79 to 4.22 after the course implementation.

  • 최근 여가 문화 비중이 날로 증가하면서 레저 관광 문화에 대한 관심 증대와 동시에 질 높은 문화 향유에 대한 기대치가 높아지고 있다. 초 중 고 자녀들의 견문 넓히기를 위해 주말이면 나들이를 떠나는 인구 비중 역시 문화 향유 기대치와 비례하여 계속 늘고 있는 추세다. 주말 가족 단위의 여행을 통한 체험은 휴식과 놀이는 물론 교육적인 목적을 포함한 활동이기를 기대한다. 최근 교육 프로그램은 과거 아이들만 현장에 맡기는 탁아형에서 벗어나 부모가 교육 활동에 개입하는 공유형으로 나아가고 있는 추세이며, 가족간 결속과 가족 탄력성이 은연중에 스며들도록 하는 잠재적 교육과정의 실현이 매우 중요해졌다. 본 고에서는 박물관에서의 가족 교육 프로그램 제공을 통한 온가족 참여 교육 결과를 가족 대상 설문과 인터뷰를 통해 분석해보고 보다 적극적인 가족 형태의 교육활성화를 제고하고자 한다.

Effect of Expectancy-Value and Self-Efficacy on the Satisfaction with Metaverse Learning (메타버스를 활용한 교육에 대한 학습자의 기대 - 가치와 자기효능감이 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to evaluate the usefulness of metaverse learning from the learner's point of view, this study 1) evaluated whether the expectancy-value of the class was satisfied before and after the learner used the metaverse learning platform and 2) verified factors affecting metaverse learning satisfaction with regard to the self-efficacy and expectancy-value of learners. Expectancy-value was evaluated by the learning effect, communication, class involvement, and learning attitude, whereas self-efficacy was evaluated by preference for task difficulty, self-regulation efficacy, and self-confidence. As a result of a study targeting 70 college students who applied for a few courses using the metaverse platform at a university in the northeastern part of Seoul, learners were found to have high expectations and values for learning before using the metaverse platform, but both were not statistically satisfied after use. In addition, the higher the self-efficacy of the learner, the higher the satisfaction with the metaverse learning, and statistically significant results were found in the task-difficulty preference and self-regulatory efficacy among the sub-factors of self-efficacy. There is a negative causal relationship between expectancy-value factors and satisfaction with metaverse learning. This study implies that it is a learner-centered evaluation of metaverse learning, revealing the expectancy-value effect and factors influencing the satisfaction with metaverse learning.
