The Development of a Non-Face-to-Face Instructional Design Model based on Digital Technology for Public Servants (국가공무원을 위한 디지털 기반 비대면 교수설계모델 개발 )

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a digital-based non-face-to-face instructional design model for national public servants. For this purpose, we reviewed the direction of non-face-to-face instructional design based on previous research, and interviewed a total of 10 instructors and learners with experience in non-face-to-face education to identify the success factors of non-face-to-face instructional design for government employees. In addition, to ensure the validity of the instructional design model, a Delphi survey was conducted with experts in instructional design and educational management. As a result, the digital-based instructional design model for national public servants reflects the importance of learning objectives and content design to enhance learning motivation and improve educational effectiveness, and includes detailed implementation plans to support specific and clear performance activities for instructors in non-face-to-face education situations. The instructional design model developed through this study can be expanded as a standard for improving the quality of education in public human resource development, and can be used as a teaching and learning guide according to learner types and characteristics.

  • 최근 네트웤의 발달로 웹기반 강의시스템과 문제풀이 학습법이 많이 도입되고 있다. 이 학습법은 물리적 폐쇄성을 극복하고 학습자의 편이성을 제공하고, 학습자와 교수자간 상호작용성을 높일 수 있으므로 학습효과를 최대로 고양시킬 수 있다. 현재 웹 기반용 학습시스템들은 많이 개발되어 있으나 온라인에서 학습할 수 있는 실습교과목에 대한 교수-학습 모형 개발은 미흡한 편이다. 본 논문에서는 사례로서 실습교과목을 위한 실습문제풀이학습시스템을 위한 교수설계모형을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간 원격강의에서의 교수자와 학습자간의 효율적인 학습을 위한 공통모듈을 설계 및 구현하였다. 공통모듈은 교수자와 동일한 문서를 학습자에게 제공해주며 다양한 컨트롤을 통하여 학습자료를 동적으로 변화시킨다. 실시간으로 데이터 전송이 일어나기 때문에 강의 데이터를 일정한 크기로 나누어 전송하는 방법을 채택하여 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 교수자의 주도적이며 상호작용적인 강의를 제공해준다.

The Design of Dashboard for Instructor Feedback Support Based on Learning Analytics (학습분석 기반 교수자 피드백 제공을 위한 대시보드 설계)

  • The purpose of this study is to design a LMS(Learning Management System) dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and to apply a LMS dashboard incorporating such taxonomy which allows an instructor to give a student personalized feedback according to the class content and a student's traits. In the dashboard design phase, usable instructional data were selected from LMS based on feedback taxonomy in terms of learning analytics. Two validity tests were conducted with 8 instructional technologists over 8 years of experience, and were revised accordingly. The final dashboard screen has three parts: A comprehensive analysis screen to provide appropriate feedback based on instructor feedback taxonomy analysis, a summary screen for learner analysis, and a recommended feedback guide screen. Detailed analysis information are provided through other dashboards that are displayed in eight screens: login analysis, learning information confirmation analysis, teaching materials learning analysis, assignment/tests, and posts analysis. All of these dashboards were represented by analysis information and data based on learner analytics through visualization methods including graphs and tables. The implications of educational utilization of the dashboard for instructor feedback support based on learning analytics and the future researches were suggested based on these results.

  • For efficient teaching method a teacher should understand the current level of learners. Diagnostic evaluation is generally used to grasp a knowledge level of learners. However, it is not easy to take a diagnostic examination in every class because of time limitation. Accordingly, we propose a web based diagnostic evaluation system for efficient teaching method. In the proposed system, it is possible for teachers to feed diagnostic evaluation questions on the web at any time and for learners to take an online diagnostic examination without space and time limitation. In addition, the proposed system automatically grades the diagnostic evaluation and provides a teacher with various statistical data that can be a criterion to decide a proper teaching level.

A Courseware Design using Metacognitive Strategy (메타인지 전략에 기반한 코스웨어 설계)

  • Most of a courseware evaluated negatively by short of instructional strategy to improve learning effects. Designing a courseware is a time-taking and challenging task. Therefore, a method is required that helps to easily design courseware that is effective to learning. This study proposed a method for designing and management courseware by utilizing a metacognitive strategy. We made a design the coursewase efficiently using concrete instructional model frameworks as metacognitive stragety and tried to improve the quality of courseware for learning effects. We applied our proposed method to teacher's college students in Korea who were taking the "Courseware Development" course. After analyzing it's effects, the responds can design courseware easily and monitor the design direction while their designing. Also, they can design the courseware systematically and implement detail instructional strategy by using concrete instruction model frameworks as metacognitive strategy. However, they were not easy to develop concrete instructional model frameworks at first and we need sharing it among the designers.

  • Instructor willingness to accept and literacy is an e-leaning important variable to expect a positive effect of the introduction of e-learning from the perspective of university. The role of faculty is not only instructor but also content experts, curriculum designers, graphics professionals, media director or programmer.   • 현재 학교에서 이루어지고 있는 수업의 문제점 중의 하나는 교수자가 학습자의 이해 및 요구사항을 정확히 파악하지 못한 채 일반적인 강의형식으로 수업이 진행된다는 것이다. 학습자들은 면대면에서 오는 두려움으로 인하여 적극적으로 수업에 참여하지 못하고 이로 인하여 교수자는 학습자들의 이해와 생각을 파악하지 못한 채 단순 지식전달 형태의 수업이 진행되며, 이로 인하여 학습자는 학습목표 달성에 어려움을 겪는 악순환이 발생되고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 단순하면서도 효과적으로 학생들의 수업참여를 유도할 수 있도록 하고 교수자가 학습자의 생각과 의견을 한눈에 파악할 수 있는 기능을 기본으로 하는 수업 보조도구를 설계 및 구현하였다. 양질의 솔루션을 제공하고 추후 확장성 및 시스템의 활성화를 고려하여.Net Framework2.0 기반으로 개발 하였다.

  • This study investigates strategies to increase learning efficiency for programming subjects to which flipped learning teaching method is applied targeting non-major students. Design a learner-centered flipped learning-based programming class and get strategies for effective application methods for field application. Also, the purpose is to explore the efficient application of the flipped learning teaching method to the computational thinking subject of liberal arts classes at this university. By applying the flipped learning teaching method, one of the innovative teaching methods, we consider ways to improve the quality of programming subject classes, the efficiency of practical education, and the improvement of learner achievement. The purpose of this study is to design an efficient learning model for software education targeting non-majors by applying various teaching methods and learning design models convergence away from the traditional teaching method.

  • This study aims to suggest development model for ICT Teaching and Learning System adopting collective intelligence. First, we defined program modules according to functions which multimedia online encyclopedia-type e-textbook should have. Then, we also specified content information creating rules and procedures and content information searching methods. Finally, we developed the prototype which suggests user interface to collect and search information adopting information visualizing techniques. This study has significance in suggesting advanced form of ICT system in which qualified teachers can create, accumulate, and share information and students can explore information and expand search in self-directed manner.
