무등산 지역은 광주광역시 동부와 전남 화순군 서부 및 담양군 남부지역이 만나는 곳에 위치한 무등산(1187m)과 그 주위 지역을 포함하는 곳으로, 기존 연구는 광주지질도폭(김규봉 외, 1990)과 동복지질도폭(김봉균과 박병권, 1966)조사에서 비교적 자세히 수행되었으며, 화성암체에 대한 연구는 김용준 교수팀(김용준 외, 2003)에 의해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 이 지역의 화산암류를 중심으로 암석-광물의 화학적 특징, 분출시기 및 광물조성을 밝힘으로서 광주 동부지역에서의 백악기 화성활동과 이들 화산암류의 암석화학적 특징을 밝히는데 있다. 지난 05년 12월에 내린 폭설로인해 전라도 지역 양계농가에 큰 피해가 잇따라 발생했다. 전국적으로 양계를 포함해 3천 5백억원의 피해를 입은 것으로 알려지고 있는 가운데 본회 최준구 회장은 지난 1월 10~11일 이틀에 걸쳐 호남지역을 방문, 피해현장을 돌아보았다. 이날 최준구 회장은 광주·전남 도지회를 방문하여 양계농가 회원들과 함께 폭설피해 대책 논의를 했다. 큰 피해가 말해 주듯이 호남 양계인들이 다수 모여 피해상황과 대책논의를 위해 광주ㆍ전남도지회에 모였다. 방문일정으로 전남지역은 윤한성 지회장과 김회동 상무가 동행했으며 전북지 역은 박옥룡 지회장과 이희환 상무가 동행해 실질적인 피해현황을 파악하는데 도움을 주었으며 최준구 회장은 방문 농가마다 격려금을 전달하며 위로의 뜻을 전하였다. 본고는 방문한 4개 농장에 대해 피해실태를 간접적으로 파악해 보았다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of regional clusters of national 16 areas on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 and 2015. The results of this study were as follows by using hierarchical cluster analysis. First, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2010 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Gwangju, Chungnam, Incheon, Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk, Daegu, Gangwon, Jeju, Daejeon, (2) Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, Busan, Jeonbuk, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, (3) Seoul. Second, the regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration in 2015 were divided into three clusters in the first step: (1) Ulsan, Gangwon, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Incheon, Gyeongbuk, Jeonnam, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, Daejeon, (2) Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam, (3) Seoul, Gyunggi. Third, The regional clusters on the assembly & demonstration were Busan, Jeonbuk, Gyeongnam of 'assembly & demonstration management area(labor related)', and Seoul, Gyeonggi of 'assembly & demonstration frequency areas' in 2015. This suggests that policing policies related to assembly & demonstration can be established and implemented flexibly in consideration of the degree of increase and decrease in assembly & demonstration by districts. Furthermore, it will be helpful to manage assembly & demonstration based on the 'police for human rights'.

This paper suggests the strategy for attracting FDI in Gwangju and Jeonnam region using the secondary data collected by homepage of Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Gwangju City, and Jeollanam-do. The strategy for attracting FDI in Gwangju and Jeonnam region is as follows: First, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam must progressively attract FDI by adjusting to the Korean government's regional industry policy direction. Second, in order to attract FDI consistently, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam must enhance the ability of local officials to attract FDI. Third, in order to attract FDI effectively, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam must build a complete system to support FDI. Fourth, in order to attract FDI effectively, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam have to apply different investment incentives according to FDI effectiveness. Fifth, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam must consistently support foreign companies in order to induce FDI expansion by foreign companies which have already invested in the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions. Finally, in order to attract FDI consistently, the local governments of Gwangju and Jeonnam must improve the negative images and living environments of the Gwangju and Jeonnam regions.
