국토해양부에서는 우리나라 해안과 내륙에 17개소의 기준국을 구축하여 전국토에서 실시간 DGNSS(Differential Global Navigation Satellite System) 측위가 가능하도록 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 현재 제공하는 DGNSS 서비스는 사용자가 비콘(beacon) 수신기를 이용해야만 하는 한계와 이로 인한 응용 범위의 제약을 받고 있으며, 위치정보의 폭발적 사용 증가로 인해 다양한 분야에서 더 높은 정밀도 및 정확도를 요구하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국토해양부에서는 국내에서 보편적 정보제공 매체로 사용 중인 지상파 DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting)를 이용한 가상 기준국 기반 DGNSS 서비스 제공 시스템을 구축함으로써 DGNSS 서비스를 상용화하고 광역화 할 계획이다. 이 연구에서는 국토해양부에서 개발 중인 지상파 DMB 기반 DGNSS 서비스 기술개발 현황을 소개하고, 이를 상용화 및 광역화하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

BA 시스템의 도입 필요성을 크게 3가지로 요약하면 1. 환경의 질적 다양화를 위한 공조의 질적 향상에의 요구 2. 건물의 고층화, 광역화에 따른 관리 대상의 양적 증가 3. 이들 관리에 대한 종합화, 유기화 필요성의 대두 등으로 볼 수 있다.

1995년부터 2014년까지 약 20년간의 기상청의 대기오염 자료를 바탕으로 이를 3가지의 다른 방법으로 시각화 하였다. 첫 번째는 2014년 주요 광역시의 연중 월별로 대기 오염 물질들을 시각화 하였고, 두 번째는 1995년부터 2014년까지 주요 광역시의 연도별로 대기 오염 물질들을 시각화하였다. 마지막으로 대한민국 지도 위에 2014년 주요 광역시의 대기 오염 물질들을 점 모양으로 시각화하였다. 자료 시각화에는 R의 기본 내장 시각화 함수 plot()과 시각화 패키지 ggplot2, ggmap를 사용하였다.

국가경쟁력 강화를 위해 5+2권역으로 설정된 광역경제권별 선도산업을 이끌어 갈 인재양성을 위한 중심대학을 선정하여 광역과 지역의 발전을 도모하기 위해 수립된 "광역경제권 선도산업 인재양성센터" 사업에 전국 20개 대학이 선정되어 운영되고 있다. 이에 광역경제권 선도산업의 사업기획 배경과 프로그램의 핵심적인 내용 등을 소개함으로써 대학의 향후 교육방향과 더불어 선도산업 인재양성센터의 사업성과를 극대화 시키는데 기여하고자 한다.

As the demand for broadband multimedia including the Internet explosively increases, the advancement of the subscriber network is becoming the biggest issue in the telecommunication industry due to the surge of data traffic caused by the emergence of new services such as smart phone, IPTV, VoIP, VOD and cloud services. In this paper, we have developed WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing)-PON(passive optical network) based on the 1-Gigabit Reach Externder (RE) technique to reduce optical core. Particularly, in order to strengthen the market competitiveness, we considered low cost, miniaturization, integration technique, and low power of optical parts. In addition, we have developed a batch system by integrating all techniques for reliability, remote management through the development of transmission distance extension and development of capacity increase of optical line by using RE technology in existing PON network. Based on system interworking with existing commercial 1G PON devices, it can be worthy of achievement of wide nationalization and optical core reduction by using this developed system. Based on these results, we are studying development of 10G PON technology.

This study is to verify the moderating effect of residential selection on the relationship between marriage and childbirth. According to the analysis results, interactions of first marriage with the financial capacity of local governments for public services, residential stability, the scale of the region, and local economic situation have a moderating effect on childbirth. Interactions of remarriage and marriage with foreigners with the financial capacity of local governments for public services, residential stability, and the scale of the region have a moderating effect on childbirth. These results indicate that when married couples choose to reside in small and medium-sized cities or large cities rather than rural areas, it can more positively affect their intention to have children. While there may be a logical argument against advocating for regional integration based on the moderating effect of residential selection on the relationship between marriage and childbirth, the analysis results of this study and the phenomenon of married couples avoiding rural areas can contribute to raising the need for regional integration.

95년부터 본격적으로 실시된 지방자치와 국민소득의 향상으로 쾌적한 환경을 바라는 국민적 열망으로 환경분쟁 양상도 집단화, 광역화, 대형화로, 더욱 심화될 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 앞으로 환경분쟁조정위원회의 역할과 기능이 더욱 중요하게 되었다.

2003년 8월 14일 미국 동북부와 캐나다 동부지역을 포함한 북미 지역에서 발생한 대정전을 비롯하여 비슷한 시기에 유럽, 아시아, 중남미 등 해외 여러 곳에서 복합적인 원인에 의해 광역정전사고가 발생하여 이로 인한 경제적 손실과 사회적 피해가 약대하였다 특히 사회기반시설의 기능 마비로 인한 사회적 혼란 양상은 전력공급 안정성 확보를 국가재난방지대책 차원에서 검토되어야 한다는 사회적 인식확산의 계기가 되었고 국내외적으로 광역정전을 예방하기 위한 여러 가지 방법들이 제시되었다. 특히, 계통운영 자는 외란과 같은 계통사고 시 계통상태 변화 및 결과를 신속히 인식하고 대응하여 광역정전으로의 확산을 방지해야 한다. 이러한 신속한 정보인식을 위해 전력계통 현황을 시각적으로 표현하여 전력계통을 감시하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 광역정전 예방을 위한 3D 기반의 전력계통 시각화(Visualization) 기법을 제안한다.
