  • 광고는 우리 생활 속에 많은 영향을 끼친다. 광고는 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 새로운 기술과 사회문화 전반을 반영하기 때문에 다양한 정보와 지식을 필요로 한다. 광고 제작자는 다양한 광고 수용자 층을 포괄하기 위해 다채로운 전달 매체와 기법 등을 이용하여 광고 크리에이티브(광고 제작을 위한 아이디어) 전략을 수립하게 된다. 이를 바탕으로 광고 메시지의 효과적인 전달을 위하여 크리에이티브 컨셉(광고의 주요 소재, 테마)을 세우게 되는데, 이 때 주목하는 점은 독창적이고 영향력이 있는 아이디어야 한다는 것이다. 광고는 대중매체를 통해 전달되므로 목표 수용자의 크기는 쉽게 예상할 수는 있다. 하지만 제작의 과정은 복잡하고 창의적인 방향을 지향하므로 수용자를 고려하였다고 하더라도 어떤 반응을 일으키는지 예측하는 것은 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이미 매체를 통해 전달된 광고들을 광고의 제작과정에서 사용되는 요소 중에서 수용자들이 평가 가능한 기준을 설정해 수용자들의 반응을 수집, 수치화하여 결정트리에 적용하였다. 이률 이용하여 새로이 제작되는 광고가 수용자에게 어떤 반응을 불러일으킬지 판단하는 시스템을 설계하였다.

Factors affecting the VOD advertising in IPTV: Focus on Program and Ad location factors (IPTV VOD 광고효과에 영향을 미치는 요인: 프로그램과 게재위치 요인을 중심으로)

  • This study was done to find out what is a factors affecting VOD advertising in IPTV. To this end, the location form of the Pre-play and program insert ad in IPTV was prepared to compare the test stimuli. And the experiment was conducted. The results were as follows. First, attention to ad and commitment of program had a significant impact on VOD advertising attitude. On the other hand, the program viewing satisfaction had no significant effect. Second, the attention to ads had a significant effect on the purchase intention on advertised products in VOD. Third, attitudes to ad and purchase intention between the Pre-Play and program insert ads positions, did not have a significant difference. Accordingly, it concludes that current Pre-play advertising strategy is effective. It is also expected to help establish a strategy that is able to effectively show VOD ads in IPTV to consumers in the future.

A Study on the Message Orientation of Newspaper Advertisements - With a focus on apartment sales ads in Busan (신문광고의 메시지 지향성에 관한 연구 -부산시 아파트 분양광고를 중심으로)

  • This study set out to examine message orientation in advertising expression through the content analysis of apartment sales advertisements in Busan. For this purpose, the study analyzed newspaper ads about apartment sales in the Busan area in terms of advertising appeal methods and message types. Advertising appeal methods(rational and emotional appeal) and message orientation(environmental, emotional, investment, and functional orientation) were categorized according to brands(nationwide and local brands). The findings show that most of apartment sales ads in Busan used a rational appeal method. While nationwide brands used rational and emotional appeal in similar percentage, local brands used a lot of rational appeal. Of the types of advertising message orientation, investment and emotional orientation recorded the highest percentage. Messages of investment orientation to show economic profit or premium were used most, being followed by messages of emotional orientation to show pride and happiness. These findings were interpreted to display differences in strategies for advertising expressions among brands. The findings are expected to offer useful practical implications for message strategies for apartment sales ads.

Effects of Brand Image, Model Image and Context of Advertising Copy on Cosmetic Advertising (브랜드 이미지와 모델이미지 및 광고카피의 맥락이 화장품 광고효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study tried to verify the context effect in cosmetics advertisements by examining the cosmetics advertisement effect according to whether the brand image and the model image matched, and whether the brand image and the advertisement copy were harmoniously perceived. To this end, data were collected using the brand value type (3) × advertisement copy type (3) factorial design. The results are as follows. First, as a result of confirming the advertising effect according to the matching of the cosmetic brand image and the model image, it was found that both the advertising attitude and purchase intention were significantly high when the model image and the brand image matched. Second, it was confirmed whether there was a difference in the advertisement effect according to whether the cosmetic brand image and copy type matched. As a result, consumers who perceived that the cosmetic brand image and copy type matched had significantly higher advertising attitudes and purchase intentions than consumers who perceived that the copy type did not match. It is expected that it will provide validity as to whether the copy strategy should be established by incorporating the context effect when setting up a copy strategy for cosmetics advertisements in the future.

CSR Ad Strategy Based on Corporate Social Responsibility Theme, Model and Message Appeal (사회적 책임 활동 주제와 광고모델 및 메시지 소구방식에 따른 CSR광고 제작전략)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy for creating an advertisement for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) based on the strategy of selecting an advertisement model in order to efficiently execute the advertisement of CSR. Data were analyzed by regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the value-relevance factors of the model are important regardless of the theme of CSR. In the economic field, the reliability of the model is important. But, the attractiveness of the model was more important in the environmental field. Second, it is effective to select a model with high value-relevance when selecting CSR advertising model. But, in the case of an expert, it is effective to select not only value addition, but also attractive and reliable models. Third, when producing CSR ads using emotional messages, it is important to consider the value and reliability of the advertising model. But, it is important to select the model considering the importance of the value and attractiveness of the advertisement model when producing the CSR advertisement using the informational message. It was found that it is very important to select a model that has a high relevance to the image of the social responsibility subject and the advertisement model when producing the social responsibility advertisement.

  • This study examines the communication status and strategies of geological resource related companies in Korea through the comparison with American companies. Through this analysis, this study is to draw the domestic companies' characteristics and problems on communication, and even to suggest how to execute the communication about geo-technologies at national level. The results indicate that geo-technologies related compaies in Korea don't use a lot of advertising communication as means of providing informations about corporate itself, corporate activities, and it's product, etc. And the companies using advertising communication tend to execute more organization advertising focusing on corporate image than product advertising. The advertising utilized by geological resource related companies is usually targeted at consumers, they don't use advertising endorser actively. And all the companies analyzed in this study have their own website and run it. This study provides some recommendations on communication strategies and executions for various geo-technologies related organizations.
