A study on the outbound call center optimization (아웃바운드 콜센터 최적화를 위한 사례연구)

  • Recently, the rapid development of internet and information technology has led to rapid changes in many industries. One of the most rapidly developing industries is the call centers. Almost all public institutions, financial institutions including insurance companies, and shopping malls, many call center staffs are proceeding with the consultation. However, lack of call center staffs is leading to a lot of customers complaints. The function of outbound call centers such as promotion and sale of products is also arising some problems due to insufficient number of consulting staffs. In this study, we propose the call center model for maximizing the rate of call connection time and suggest the best way of call centers model to be the channel distributions using the data mining techniques.

  • This study tries to grasp the factor that affects the acceptance of beacon as an O2O marketing tool. This study examined whether there is a difference between beacon accepter as a means of marketing communication and non-accepter in terms of related variables. As a result, there were significant differences between beacon perceiver and non-perceiver in 'smartphone usage' and 'brand consciousness'. In order to understand the predictive variables influencing beacon acceptance as a means of marketing communication, this study used 'perceiving beacon as a marketing communication media' as a dependent variable to perform logistic regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that 'smartphone usage' and 'brand consciousness' were the predictive variables affecting beacon perceiving. This study tried to analysis the results in the viewpoint of perceived usefulness and ease-of-use which were insisted by TAM.

Development of 80W LED Lighting Equipment for Broadcasting System (방송시스템용 80W LED 조명장비의 개발)

  • LED lighting, which many companies are pursuing commercialization, is a representative green energy technology. However, the LED lighting for broadcasting image should have high output and easy portability compared with general LED lighting devices for street lamps, advertisement or transportation devices. Therefore, while shooting a broadcast image if you use LEDs as a substitute light source for halogen lamps and fluorescent lamps that are large in size and uncomfortable to handle it is expected that the lightening of the equipment will activate the broadcasting image lighting equipment industry. After considering the mass production of the LED module board and the SMT production size of the chip mounter, the board size was determined considering the overall size of the product by model. In this paper, four 20W LED boards are arranged vertically in order to produce an 80W board. In other words, by sharing LED module board size by model, high power LED lighting equipments of 120W and 200W can be selected as an increase in the number of boards.

A Study of Adoption of The Fourth Industrial Revolution New Products (4차산업혁명 신제품 소비자 수용에 대한 연구)

  • This study investigated the consumer acceptance process of the fourth industrial revolution new product to be introduced into the market in the future. The 4th Industrial Revolution new products are technological advances compared to the existing ones. The technology acceptance model that was used in the past has been modified to reflect variables like the social effects of the 4th Industrial Revolution, expected experience, and perceived risk. Modified models were proposed and verified. Six representative new products of the 4th Industrial Revolution were selected and examined by 40 respondents, and the hypotheses were verified using programs such as SPSS and AMOS. And conclusions and implications are as follows. First, the innovativeness of the fourth industrial revolution new products influences positive evaluation factors such as expected experience and perceived usefulness and it also affect positively to the perceived risk. In addition, the expected experience of the fourth industrial revolution new products has a great effect on the perceived usefulness and social influence, but it didn't affect to the perceived risk. Like the results of the TAM model, purchase intention of the fourth industrial revolution new products are strongly influenced by perceived usefulness. Finally, the perceived risk of the new product of the 4th Industrial Revolution had no statistically significant effect on the purchase intention, and the social influence of the 4th Industrial Revolution had a significant effect on the purchase intention. In general, respondents are highly aware of the social impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and seem to be very positive in this respect.

  • 본 논문은 다이아몬드 인터체인지에서의 유고감지모형 개발을 위해 퍼지이론을 응용한 연구를 문서화 한 것이다. 지금까지의 교차로와 일반도로(고속도로가 아닌)에서의 유고감지에 관한 연구는 초기에 불과하다. 기존의 알고리즘들은 필요한 데이터 보존의 어 려움과 유고감지의 특성과 관련된 기술적 어려움을 효과적으로 극복하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 다이아몬드 인터체인지에서의 유고감지를 위한 새로운 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 이 연구를 통하여 개발된 유고감지 모형은 차량차단 유고(lane-blocking incidents) 를 감지하는데, 감지의 범위는 차량차단 유고의 경향이 교통 장황에 특정한 패턴을 형성 하고 그에 따른 신호제어전략의 조정이 요구될 때에 국한된다. 이 모형은 전통적인 통계 치를 이용한 유고감지감 고유의 문제를 해결하며, 보다 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 유고감지를 위해 다양한 교통변수를 이용하여 전체적인 유고의 경향을 포착한다. 또한 이 모형은 실 시간 교통대응 다이아몬드 인터체인지 신호제어 시스템 (real-time traffic adaptive diamond interchange control system)의 구성요소로써 사용되며, 그리고 더 큰 교차로 시스템에의 상용을 위하여 확장이 용역하도록 설계되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 프로 토타입(prototype) 유고감지 모형은 실제의 다이아몬드 인터체인지에 적용되어, 감지율, 오보율, 평감지시간의 세 달로써 성능이 평가되었다. 모형의 성능평가 결과는 무적이었으 며, 퍼지이론은 유고감지에 효과적인 접근방법임을 확인할 수 있었다.투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여 주고 있다.산정 절차 정립에 엇갈림 알고리즘을 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다.자함수를 추정한 뒤 이를 이용해 업종, 기업규모, 상품유형별로 적합한 모델(Fixed Effects Model)을 결정하고, 각각에 해당하는 통계모형을 구축하였다. 이 결과 (1) 업종 및 기업규모별로 그룹간에 유의한 특성이 발견되었으며, (2) R&D 및 광고투자는 기업의 시장성과를 설명하는 중요한 변수이나, (3) R&D 투자의 경우는 광고에 비해 불확실성이 존재하는 것으로 나타났고, (4) 수리모형에서 도출된 한계원리가 통계모형에서도 유효한 것으로 드러났다.등을 토대로 한 10대 산업을 육성하기 위하여 과학기술부는 기술수요조사를 바탕으로 49개 주요기술을 도출하여, 과학기술 일류 국가 실현, 국민소득 2만불 달성이라는 국가적 슬로건을 내걸고 “차세대 성장동력” 창출을 위한 범정부차원의 기획과 연구비의 집중투자를 추진하고 있다.달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한

A Real-time Hand Pose Recognition Method with Hidden Finger Prediction (은닉된 손가락 예측이 가능한 실시간 손 포즈 인식 방법)

  • In this paper, we present a real-time hand pose recognition method to provide an intuitive user interface through hand poses or movements without a keyboard and a mouse. For this, the areas of right and left hands are segmented from the depth camera image, and noise removal is performed. Then, the rotation angle and the centroid point of each hand area are calculated. Subsequently, a circle is expanded at regular intervals from a centroid point of the hand to detect joint points and end points of the finger by obtaining the midway points of the hand boundary crossing. Lastly, the matching between the hand information calculated previously and the hand model of previous frame is performed, and the hand model is recognized to update the hand model for the next frame. This method enables users to predict the hidden fingers through the hand model information of the previous frame using temporal coherence in consecutive frames. As a result of the experiment on various hand poses with the hidden fingers using both hands, the accuracy showed over 95% and the performance indicated over 32 fps. The proposed method can be used as a contactless input interface in presentation, advertisement, education, and game applications.

  • 디지털 컨버전스와 유비쿼터스 시대의 시작은 디지털 미디어 기술의 발전과 방송 통신 사업의 컨버전스를 가속화 시켰으며, 그 결과로DMB, WCDHA, Wibro, IP-TV, HSDPA 등의 새로운 형태의 차세대 제품과 서비스들이 뉴미디어 매체의 핵심으로 등장하고 있다. 국내에서 방송 통신의 컨버전스의 빠른 진행은 세계 최초로 디지털 멀티미디어 방송(DMB) 서비스 시작을 가능하게 하였다. DMB 서비스는 멀티미디어 서비스가 핵심이다. DMB 데이터 서비스인 Broadcasting Website Service(BWS)는 현재 지상파 DMB방송 사업자인 KBS, MBC, SBS, YTNDMB가 본방송 준비 막바지 단계이며, 삼성 전자와 LG전자를 비롯한 단말기 개발사들도 데이터 서비스를 위한 제품 출시에 서두르고 있는 등 DMB 산업의 활성화의 주역이 될 것으로 예상된다. DMB의 데이터 서비스는 뉴스, 날씨, 프로그램 정보 등의 단순 정보보기 수준에 그치지 않고, 리턴 채널을 이용한 양방향 서비스와, SMS, 전화걸기 등 휴대전화 단말의 고유기능과의 연계를 통한 다양한 서비스도 선보일 것이다. 더 나아가 향후 T-Commerce와 개인 광고 등 새로운 비즈니스 모델과 사업영역으로 확산시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 아직까지 DMB와 데이터 서비스는 초기단계로서, 표준 기술의 규격 작업, 이론적 논의들, 관련 사업자들의 비즈니스 준비 등에서 검토되어, 실제 사용자들을 대상으로한 연구 분석이 이루어 지지 않았다는 연구의 한계를 가지고 있다. 본격적으로 방송, 통신 컨버전스 데이터 서비스가 시작되면서, 사용자들에 초점을 맞춘 많은 연구가 이루어지길 바라며, 이러한 연구의 분석를 통해 또 다른 새로운 서비스와 비즈니스 기회의 창출을 기대해 본다.여 RD(Rate Distortion) 최적화 기반 모드 결정을 빨리 완료함으로써 고속 프레임간 모드 결정을 가능하게 한다. 제안된 방법은 프레임 간 모드 결정을 고속화함으로써 스케일러블 비디오 부호화기의 연산량과 복잡도를 최대 57%감소시킨다. 그러나 연산량 감소에 따른 비트율의 증가나 화질의 열화는 최대 1.74% 비트율 증가 및 0.08dB PSNR 감소로 무시할 정도로 작다., 반드시 이에 대한 검증이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 현지관측에 비해 막대한 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 위성영상해석방법을 이용한 방법은 해양수질파악이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, GIS를 이용하여 다양하고 복잡한 자료를 데이터베이스화함으로써 가시화하고, 이를 기초로 공간분석을 실시함으로써 환경요소별 공간분포에 대한 파악을 통해 수치모형실험을 이용한 각종 환경영향의 평가 및 예측을 위한 기초자료로 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에

  • Study about existence of illusion which human beings feel from imitated image based reality have been continuing by copy theory and conventionalism for a long time. Traditional copy theory which had controlled representation theory from plato have explained illusion by similarity of image and representation objects. According to copy theory, image is natural sign unlike language but the late in the 20th century, conventionalism from N, Goodman insists they are not any special similarity between image and representation objects. They insist image and conventional sign just as language. These opposit theory rearranged conventionalism by the entrance on the cognitive science. The copy theory couldn't explain the problem of representational gap between reality and duplication, but photo media makes new paradigm about theory of the illusion. The problem of representational gap was disappeared by CGI images on the base of digital media. We are exposed exquisite duplication for a example, movie, advertisement, printings. Sometimes duplications are more real than the original works. Digital is a non-material object by 0 and 1. Specially real lighting skill and mechanism are copied perfectly by photon mapping skills and the duplications are produced more real than the original works. By disappearance of representational gap, we need new theory model for explaining of digital illusion and copy theory can be the key.

Internet Marketing Strategy and Performance in the Korean Small Export Firms (한국 중소수출기업의 인터넷 마케팅 전략과 성과에 관한 연구)

  • In order to clarify the relationship between the Internet utilization of the Korean small export firms for export marketing and it's performance, first, a research model and hypothesis have been made on a theoretical basis. This research hypothesis has been examined through gathering survey data and a statistical analysis based on MANOVA. The conclusion, as well as the main point of this thesis, is that, in most cases, there was a significant statistical connection between the variables of export performances and Internet-utilized export marketing strategies, which are both based on the classical AIDA model of effective hierarchy of communication for sales and advertising. This conclusion brings forth a substantial topic as well as provides meaningful implications for the Korean small export firms when putting together a marketing strategy using the Internet. It is also hoped that this will come as a reference for other researchers henceforth. However, there is an issue of lack of representativeness when considering that the samples were chosen on the basis of the convenience sampling method. Another issue may be that a portion of the subjects were not related to actual trade, but were, in fact, Web masters who operated e-trade systems. Furthermore, there are also numerous problems of missing data, and 6 out of the 8 main hypotheses possessed the issue of fitness level with the data. Therefore, in order to enhance both the representative and fitness levels of the data of further research for this topic, future respondents will have to have special trade knowledge, as well as technical knowledge of e-trade. However, unless the Internet begins to greatly contribute to export marketing of corporations, this type of enterprising spirit by corporations in gathering suitable respondents will not surface. Although not used in examining the hypotheses of this particular thesis, the relationship between competitive and circumstantial variables, which were added to the upcoming survey, and export performances will soon be analyzed and announced in order to atone for some of the standards this thesis fell short of.

The Effect of College students' Perceived Marketing Communication, Value and Consumption Emotion on Store Loyalty in Discount Store (대학생들이 지각하는 종합슈퍼마켓의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션, 가치, 소비감정이 점포충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Rapidly growing sales amount and the number of discount stores caused many side effects and sensitive issues in Korea. Because these severe competition due to more expensive cost just like excessive increase in advertising and location selection, and these caused completely ruined small merchants as well as passed on to the consumer. This Study focused on competitiveness of discount store in Korea to the perspective of college students, as explored the relationships between marketing communication and store loyalty. And, examined for two moderating effect, 1) consumers' value separated by hedonic value and utilitarian value between marketing communication and store loyalty, and 2) consumers' value separated by hedonic value and utilitarian value between marketing communication and consumption emotion. Finally, this study examined for mediating effect of consumption emotion between marketing communication and store loyalty. In order to verify the relationship, moderating and mediating effects, data were collected from 130 college students in Whasung, Gyeonggi Province to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. Findings are as followed : First, analysis showed that factors such as advertisement(β =.221, p<.05), publicity(β =.513, p<.01), sales promotion(β =.234, p<.01), word of mouth(β =.627, p<.01) and physical environment(β =.339, p<.01) for marketing communication in the discount store have statistically significant positive effect on store loyalty. But the result of regression analysis for which factors are more impact in marketing communication between store loyalty showed that word of mouth(β =.53, p<.01) is only statistically significant. Second, publicity(β =-.895, p<.05), the sub-dimension of marketing communication shows only statistically significant negative moderating effect on store loyalty. But, the results of the moderating effect of value between marketing communication and consumption emotion verified that utilitarian value show statistically significant, specifically advertisement(β =.294, p<.01), physical environment(β =.418, p<.01), sales promotion(β =.245, p<.01), word of mouth(β =.414, p<.01) and publicity(β =1.137, p<.05), respectively. And hedonic value show statistically significant, specifically advertisement(β =.286, p<.01), physical environment (β =.418, p<.01), sales promotion(β =.236, p<.01) and word of mouth(β =.420, p<.01), respectively. But publicity(β =.145, p=.119) is not statistically significant. Finally, the results verified mediating effect for consumption emotion between all factors for marketing communication and store loyalty showed that factors such as advertisement, publicity, word of mouth and physical environment for marketing communication except sales promotion were statistically significant fully mediated in advertisement, and partially mediated in publicity, word of mouth and physical environment. This testified that the consumption emotion had the most important factor to enhance store loyalty to the perspective of College students. These results can provide important implications and invaluable tips for planning marketing strategies and gaining access to new potential customers. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.
