  • "93년 국내 해상교통관제시스템이 도입, '06년 진도연안VTS개국 및 '12년 여수연안VTS 개국 이후 사고 위험성이 높은 연안해역에서 선박충돌 좌초 사고 발생율은 현격하게 줄어들었다. 그러나 관제를 위한 시스템은 나날이 발전하고 있으나 인적 요인 중 관제사의 관제이력정보 등 관제정보를 공유할 수 있는 시스템은 현 VTS 시스템에서는 개발 및 도입되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 따라 해양경찰에서는 '23년 11개소 연안VTS 센터 확대 구축되기 전에 각 VTS 센터 간 관제정보를 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 연구하여 효과적인 관제사의 현장업무수행 능력 향상 방안으로 활용하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 제주 택시 텔레매틱스 시스템에 축적되고 있는 차량들의 이동이력 데이터에 대한 처리구조를 설계하고 구현한다. 각 차량은 1분마다 자신의 위치와 GPS 정보 및 택시의 상태에 관련된 보고를 발생시키며 중앙의 관제시스템은 이를 수합하여 이력데이터를 구성한다. 본 논문에서 구현하는 시스템은 위치 보고를 처리하여 인코딩 변환, 좌표 변환, 맵 매칭, 도로상에서의 위치 계산 등을 수행한 후 오라클 데이터베이스의 이력 테이블에 저장하도록 한다. 이를 위하여 도로 네트워크가 데이터베이스로 변환되었으며 도로망에의 가시화를 위하여 지도 인터페이스 프로그램이 구현되었다. 이러한 정보들은 이력 테이블과 아울러 공간 데이터베이스 엔진과 결합하여 C 언어나 SQL 문장에 의하여 다양한 위치기반 질의를 가능하게 할 뿐 아니라 배차 정보 분석, 현재 통행 속도 분석 등 부가가치가 높은 정보를 산출하는데 필수적인 역할을 수행한다.

  • 본 연구는 선박사고의 발생과 선박이 지닌 특성(선종/톤수/국적)간에 연관이 있을 것으로 가정하여 관제전문가를 대상으로 하는 설문조사 및 사고통계 분석을 통해 각 특성 별 가중치를 계량화하여 기준점수표를 마련하고자 하였다. 가중치 산정은 분석적 계층화 과정(AHP: Anlaytic Hierachy Process)를 거쳤으며 이를 통해 얻은 기준점수표를 바탕으로 인천항의 1일간 입항선에 적용하여 결과를 준사고이력 보유선박군의 점수와 비교하여 양 집단 간 높은 위험지수 해당선박 존재 비율을 비교하였다.

  • Dengue virus transmission is a viral infection disease between humans and Aedes mosquitoes. Dengue is ubiquitous throughout the tropics and subtropical zones, where 1/3 of the global population live. The weather in Korea is also changing to subtropical weather, resulting in increased vulnerable Korean population to dengue virus transmission. It is important to control and prevent the dengue risk with track-recording & monitoring system. It is also required to have the control system to treat and monitor dengue patients with various cases such as regions, ages, genders according to the track-record of the disease. In this paper, we developed a Dengue Control & Prevention System, which can monitor and control dengue outbreaks in real-time with in-vitro diagnostic devices. Dengue Control & Prevention System is composed of in-vitro diagnostic device, which is a fluorescent immunoassay, and real-time monitoring system. In the future, we expect that our Dengue Control & Prevention System can be upgraded to have various disease information from Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency for government policies and diseases control in Korea.

  • Existing fire detector modules providing a simple fire alarm function have many drawbacks such as high installation, management and maintenance costs, and low scalability. In this paper, an add-on type complex fire detector module with high scalability and functions of examining the receiving units for fire sensors and itself has been developed, which enhances the reliability, stability, and economic feasibility of the existing fire detector modules. Information on when and where fire occurs, provided by the developed module, enables people to extinguish the fire immediately and minimize the damage of lives and property and also to systematically manage the fire-fighting related history and contribute to the prevention of fire.

  • An integrated medical information system that integrates systems consisting of different environments centered on hospital information systems should be provided as a system that prioritizes the improvement of the quality of medical services, customer satisfaction, and patient safety. The RBAC-based medical information system is granted the access right according to task type, role, and rules. Through this, it is possible to use SMS channel, medical reservation and cancellation, customized statistics, and CRM / EMR interworking service using multi-channel to enable communication service without help of counselor and reduce the default rate of reservation patient, Operational improvement services can be extended to medical staff, patients and their families, as well as expanding to important decisions for patients.

  • In case of a dangerous situation, the roof, which serves as an emergency exit, must be open in case of fire according to the Fire Act. However, when the roof door is opened, it has become a place of various incidents and accidents such as illegal entry, crime, and suicide. As a result, it is a reality to close the roof door in terms of facility management to prevent crime, various incidents, and accidents. Accordingly, the government is pushing to legislate regulations on housing construction standards, etc. that mandate the installation of electronic automatic opening and closing devices on rooftop doors. Therefore, in this paper, an intelligent emergency door opening/closing device system is proposed. To this end, an intelligent emergency door opening and closing system was developed by linking wired and wireless access counting and AI image analysis. Finally, it is possible to build a wireless communication-based integrated management platform that provides remote control and history management in a centralized method of device status real-time monitoring and event alarm.

  • Closed-circuit television(CCTV) is a facility that forms the backbone of the ubiquitous services provided by the Integrated Management Center of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Integrated Control Center of the Ministry of the Interior. However, it is installed and managed according to different laws, as it is operated and managed by each department. Moreover, because there are no regulatory grounds for unified management of CCTV, each municipality responsible for the actual management manages it based on the individual standards of each department. Thus, the purpose of this study is to develop a standardized management form to establish an integrated management plan. The author inspected the existing situation by examining the legal system and public data and through hands-on worker interviews, and discovered the managed element by reviewing the specifications of the bidding system. The management form for integrated management comprises the above requirements along with the management histories and linkage of intelligent facilities. A uniform management form for integrated management containing specifications of the CCTVs installed by various departments is created, and is easily searched for facilities to check requirements for joint use. The result of this study can contribute to building the database of facility management system for integrated management of facilities at the integrated management center as well as for a detailed simulation of the selection of location of CCTV depending on the CCTV's specifications.

  • There are about 22,000 national control points throughout this nation. However, in order to identify the location data of a national control point, a control point result table is needed. And although the control points are important national facilities, due to the fact that these points located at remote areas such as on top of mountains, the facilities are being maintained via on-site inspection without any protections around them. In this research, by taking the locations where the control points are placed into consideration, a specialized RFID tags that can be attached to the national control point's marker has been developed, and CDMA-ready PDA based mobile Web System and national control point control system are developed as well. With help of these systems, control point data can be checked at the seen, and national control point maintenance personnel can find out about maintenance status and keep track of usage record. When these systems are taken into effect, access to the national control point data becomes easy, fast response to the change in data can be possible, and management efficiency will go up. When the Ubiquitous society becomes reality, the importance of location information will be high. Therefore, national control points using above mentioned RFID tags will not only be useful to the control point users and maintenance personnels such as professional land surveyors, but also useful when providing location based services to people, and it will become an important national infrastructure in terms of providing absolute location information.
