Due to the lack of navigable airspace caused by worldwide air traffic increases, air traffic control(ATC) services are becoming more complex, which results in the increase of aircraft accidents. To cope with these challenges, major aviation institutes abroad are actively conducting research regarding the human factors affecting controllers but as of late, no such specialized activities have been found in Korea. Due to the dynamic attributes of ATC operations, management of controller's situation awareness(SA) and workload, and knowledge on the impact of abnormal aircraft to controllers are very important. Furthermore, using actual flight data of each country will lead to valuable results, because individually, it has different airspace characteristics and air traffic volumes. This study assumed that air traffic difficulties would affect the controller's SA and workload. To testify the above hypothesis, the abnormal air traffic situations are simulated by using ATC simulator. The findings indicated that the effect of traffic situations containing abnormal aircraft on the controller's SA and workload, it led to demand increase and supply decrease in SA, and increased mental demand, temporal demand, effort and mean workload score in the workload.

The network separation environment is a network security design system that separates the internal business network from the external Internet network. It separates the internal business network from the external Internet by separating it into a business network that is not connected to the network to which the Internet is connected. The network is separated, and it is a relatively secure network structure compared to Danilman in terms of security. However, there are frequent cases of infecting internal networks by using vulnerabilities in internal systems, network devices, and security devices. In this paper, we analyze the vulnerability of IT security threats in such a network isolation environment and provide technical measures for effective security monitoring.

소방 본부의 119 종합상황실에서는 24시간 국민의 안전을 위해 긴급 신고를 접수한다. 수보사 분들은 24시간 교대 근무를 하며 신고 전화에 접수 및 응대 뿐만 아니라 출동, 지휘, 관제 업무를 함께 수행한다. 이 논문에서는 이 같은 수보사의 업무 지원을 위해 우리가 구축한 음성 인식과 결합된 실시간 텍스트 분석 시스템에 대해서 소개하고, 출동 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 키워드 검출 및 대화 요약 및 개체명 인식에 기반한 대화 상태 추척 방법에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 대화 요약 기술은 음성 인식 결과를 실시간으로 분석하여 중요한 키워드의 검출 및 지령서 자동 작성을 위한 후처리를 수행하며, 문장 수준에서 개체명 인식 및 관계 분석을 통한 목적 대화의 대화 상태 추적을 수행한다. 이 같은 응용 시스템은 딥러닝 및 기계학습 기반의 자연어 처리 시스템이 실시간으로 텍스트 분석을 수행할 수 있는 기술 수준이 되었음을 보여주며, 긴급한 상황에서 많은 신고 전화를 접수하는 수보사의 업무 효율 증진 뿐만 아니라, 정확하고 신속한 위치 파악으로 신고자를 도와주어 국민안전 증진에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently airspace became a hot issue considering today's international relations. However, there was no data that could be fully explained about a legal system of korean airspace, so I looked at law and practice about korean airspace together. The nation's aviation law sector is comletely separate from those related to civil and military aircraft, at least in legal terms. The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall carry out his/her duties with various authority granted by the "Aviation Safety Act". The nation's aviation-related content is being regulated too much by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's notice or regulation, and there are many things that are not well known about which clauses of the upper law are associated with. The notice should be clearly described only in detail on delegated matters. As for the airspace system, the airspace system is too complex for the public to understand, and there seems to be a gap between law and practice. Therefore, I think it would be good to reestablish a simple and practical airspace system. Airspace and aviation related tasks in the military need to be clearly understood by distinguishing between those entrusted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and those inherent in the military. Regarding matters entrusted by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transpor, it is necessary to work closely with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport when preparing related work guidelines, and to clarify who should prepare the guidelines. Regarding airspace control as a military operation, policies or guidelines that are faithful to military doctrine on airspace control are needed.

It needs an Integration Management Center in u-City to mange all events for an efficiency of city function, to enhance an installed infrastructure of information, and to provide u-Service like residence, administration, and culture in real time. Integration Management Center is a place to provide a city information from gathering data of communication network, traffic network, and facilities. The u-Services in Integration Management Center need an Integrated Platform to integrate verticality and horizontality between service layer. This paper study an infrastructure of Integration Operation Center and Integrated Platform. Lastly the topics are suggested how to make it a success in u-City.

This paper describes the effect of advice information for arriving aircraft landing order on the air traffic controller's work efficiency. The air traffic control simulator used in the experiment was modeled on the basis of the aircraft parameters from BADA, gamma-command model and the 4-dimensional trajectory using the Bezier curve. The simulation results show that advice information was helpful for the performance of the work for users who did not have the air traffic control training. On the other hand, in case of users who have experience in air traffic control training, the work efficiency was lowered when the advisory information that does not reflect the user's intention is provided. Therefore, it can be seen that the effect of improving the work efficiency through advice information can be limited depending on the skill level of the air traffic controllers and the complexity of the air traffic situation.

This paper describes generic cognitive aspects of the air traffic controller's performance and perceptive activities unveiled through the past literature study. which underlines mental modelling and mental picture presented in the middle of complicated situational awareness and decision making process when air traffic controller comes to determine the distance between aircraft under control to maintain air traffic in a safe, orderly and expeditious way. It also describes human limit in terms of human memory in conjunction with relative workloads and environmental factor. In conclusion, It suggest that ATC authority will take into account the qualitatiive adjustment of training requirement necessary for ATC facility rating and refresher training to allow them more preparedness for better situational awareness and optimal decision making. In this paper controller's behavioral activators affecting their job performance are addressed in perspective of aviation safety.

It is very important to correlate flight plan for safe and prompt ATC(air traffic control) operation. In this paper, we design CWP(controller working position) MRT(multi radar tracking) processing module to achieve improvement of overall ATC automation system's performance by minimizing network traffic overload when correlating MRT with flight plan. This implemented module can guarantee efficiency and safety of ATC automation system by applying distributed correlated manner, and reduce network usage by using encoded flight plan correlated MRT data format. We found that this module has 8.54~12.11% lower network usage and 8.37~11.27% higher network traffic fairness than the module using standalone manner.

This practical study investigates the effects of job satisfaction as a result of the stresses felt by many dispatchers who work in the subway industry in the Seoul metropolitan area. Factors that cause stress are assessed. The organization system, inappropriate compensation, workplace culture, and job requirements, among several types of organizational stresses are significantly related to job satisfaction. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a close link between job satisfaction and dispatcher communication factors. This paper suggests stress-relief measures for dispatchers who must handle a variety of civil complaints and improper communications with field departments based on the analysis of the answers to descriptive questionnaire items.

AIS(Automatic Identification System) is a radionavigation equipment for exchanging safety related information between ships as well as ship and shore station, introduced by SOLAS convention and widely used especially in vessel traffic service. The dynamic data of AIS is transmitted at intervals of 2 second to 3 minutes depending on ship's navigational status and speed. However, so often times it happens that some AIS data can not be received due to increasing AIS traffic and it's time slot confliction. In this paper, a revised reporting intervals of AIS dynamic data is proposed in order to decrease AIS data link load.
