With the rapid increase in information and the development of information technologies, the importance of information management is increasing for individuals. The study aimed to examine how the motivations or disturbance factors of personal information management affect college students. First, the motivation and disturbance factors of personal information management were derived through the analysis of previous studies, and the effects of these factors on information organization and information management activities were analyzed. For this purpose, an online questionnaire was conducted for college students at a university in Seoul and a total of 593 valid responses were analyzed. The study found that the motivations or disturbance factors of personal information management influenced personal information management behavior. The study extends the literature of personal information management by analyzing the information management behavior of individuals and identifying the factors influencing such behavior. Furthermore, the finding of the study suggests the practical implications that it is essential to provide personal information management education so that college students can manage personal information efficiently.

The paper analysed R&D budget expenditure behaviors of those projects supported under the Industrial IT R&B Program in 2001 and found out relationship between evaluation scores of each project and its expenditure behavior. The study shows significant differences in expenditure behavior between project groups with higher scores and with lower ones. Based on the findings, the paper raises a few suggestions on program management techniques to increase outcome of the program.

Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth with social development that lead the social structure environment. In recent years, the security industry and market seems to be increasingly affected by new social environment changes. In addition to that, efficient management for the private security needs to many security managers. So, the management for the private security is a matter of primary concern to all security managers. The purpose of this research is to apply efficient management for the private security and how security managers leadership type effects on working attitude for guards. Then, this study is composed of the introduction in the first chapter, theological consideration of leadership and working attitude in the second chapter, research application in the third chapter and finally the conclusion in the fourth chapter. For the security managers, the organization can be altered its efficiency by organizing groups applying what kind of leadership to how it wed. Considering to its characteristic of security organization, the leadership is not only important factor effecting on outcome of organization but also core activity achieving the goal of organization to private security managers.

This study was conducted to identify the oral health status and management behavior and dental use behavior according to the level of education and income of the elderly, and to present the supporting data to prepare policies and systems for the promotion of elderly oral health. The data survey was conducted on 224 elderly people living in the Daejeon area from August 19, 2019 to October 25, 2019, and the collected data were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression analysis. As a result, oral health status and management behavior showed significant differences according to education and income level in denture use, implant use, oral hygiene product use, oral health education experience, and oral health management method. There was a significant difference in dental use behavior according to education and income level, and age, education level, implant use, and the main reasons for dental use were found to be factors affecting dental use. Therefore, it is expected that the quality of life of the elderly's oral health can be improved by preparing an institutional plan at the national that considers education and income level based on this study.

대학도서관의 정보기술 환경과 이용자의 정보기술 이용능력이 도서관 이용행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 독립변인으로 선정된 도서관 집단간의 비교와 이용자 집단간의 비교를 통한 비교실험을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학도서관의 정보기술 환경에 따른 도서관 정보기술 이용행태는 대체적으로 차이가 없으며 개인의 정보기술 이용능력에 따른 도서관 정보기술 이용행태는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 순간적 시간흐름 면담기법과 Think-Aloud 면담기법을 통해 클래식 음악 이용자들의 정보탐색행태를 파악하는 것이다. 이용자들의 정보탐색행태는 키워드 검색, 브라우징, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 활용의 세 가지 행태로 나타났다. 이를 통해 클래식 음악 이용자들이 검색과정에 겪는 문제점을 파악하고, 향후 이용자의 요구사항을 반영한 클래식음악 검색시스템 설계에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The purposes of this paper are to investigate the impact of managers' agency problem on asymmetrical behavior of SG&C and to examines whether or not the corporate governance mechanisms can have any moderating effects on Asymmetrical behavior of SG&C. To test empirically the above mentioned purposes, we gathered firm-year data of manufacturing firms from 2007 to 2012 and the sample firms are listed on the Korean Stock Exchange. The findings of this research are summarized as follows: Firstly, for those firms whose agency problems are high, the stickiness of SG&A increases as sales variation. The results imply that managers are not willing to reduce their perquisite consumption in proportion with sales reduction. Secondly, we investigate how corporate governance mechanisms influence the cost stickiness behaviors of SG&A for those firms whose agency problem are high(above the median value of free cash flow used as a proxy of agency problem). The results are that as the effectiveness of corporate governance mechanisms improve the cost stickiness of SG&A mitigation except for the insider ownership. These results show that agency problem has impact on the asymmetrical behavior of SG&A. And effective governance mechanisms have moderate effects on the reducing stickiness behavior of SG&A caused by agency problem.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the direction of studies of information seeking behavior(ISB) by analyzing previous studies provided model of ISB. Studies were divided into 3 types in terms of factors, processes, or types/patterns of ISB and sub-analyzed by 9 aspects such as research method/ theoretical framework, context of ISB and vice versa. Korean research strategies for overcoming the limitation of ISB studies are to do holistic research approach capturing complexity and multidimention of ISB as well as to extend research objects. Also, it needs to construct substantive theories based upon korean phenomenon of ISB.
