본 논문에서는 현재 그 중요성이 증가하고 있는 정보보호관리체계에 대하여 기존의 국내·외 정보보호관리체계 지침이나 표준 문서들이 단지 일반적인 가이드라인을 제공 할 뿐, 평가나 측정, 혹은 인증을 위해 필요한 상세하고 객관적인 지표가 없다는 점을 파악하고, 이러한 주요 지표들을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 이 프레임워크는 정보보호관리 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC TR 13335 GMITS에서 정의하고 있는 정보보호관리 프로세스를 기준으로 적절한 정보보호관리 프로세스를 도출한 다음, 현재 정보기술 통제 기준으로 사용중인 COBIT의 각 주요 지표들을 위에서 도출된 프로세스별로 적용시키는 것이다. 즉 정보보호관리 프로세스별 주요목표지표(KGI - Key Goal Indicator), 주요성과지표(KPI - Key Performance Indicator), 그리고 핵심성공요소(CSF - Critical Success Factor)들을 개발하여 정보보호관리체계에 대한 상세하고 객관적인 평가와 측정을 가능하게 하고 이를 통해 총체적인 정보보호관리 통제 이룩하고자 한다.

When watershed spatial database is constructed from DEM, hydrological geographic characteristics of watershed can be easily extracted. And the characteristics can be assigned and managed as the attribute of spatial database. In this study the scheme of constructing framework spatial database which is basic information for managing watershed information is examined. We established framework spatial data and defined the relationship of the data. And framework spatial database of test site was constructed. In this study, HyGIS(Hydrological Geographic Information System) which is developed by domestic technology for making hydrological spatial data and developing water resources system is used. Hydrological geographic characteristics and spatial data is extracted by HyGIS. And the data from HyGIS is used for constructing framework spatial database of test site. Finally, this study suggests the strategy of constructing framework spatial database for developing watershed management system based on river network.

To develop computer and communication in the information society, difficulties exist in managing the enormous data manually. Also, loss of data due to natural disasters or hacker attacks, generate a variety of disasters in the IT securities. Hence, there is an urgent need for an information protection management system in order to mitigate these incidents. Information Security Management System has various existing frameworks for IT disaster management. These include Cyber Security Framework, Risk Management Framework, ISO / IEC 27001: 2013, and COBIT 5.0. Each framework analyses and compares the entry for IT disaster recovery from among the various available data. In this paper, we describe a single integrated management scheme for fast resolution of IT disasters.

웹 프로그래밍을 공부하는 학생들이 본인들이 만든 웹 페이지를 서버에 호스팅하여 관리하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 스프링 프레임워크를 기반으로 반응형 웹을 개발하고 개발한 웹 페이지를 아마존 웹 호스팅 서비스를 이용하여 호스팅하는 과정을 다룬다. 스프링 프레임워크는 POJO(Plain Old Java Object) 방식의 프레임워크로써 특정한 인터페이스를 구현하거나 상속을 받을 필요가 없어 기존에 존재하는 라이브러리 등을 지원하기에 용이하고 객체가 가벼우며, CSS를 사용한 반응형 웹은 모바일에서도 접근하기 쉬우므로 높은 접근성을 제공한다. 이렇게 개발한 웹 페이지를 호스팅 하여 관리하는 것은 특히 입문단계의 개발자에게 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

군용장비를 시험하고 훈련하는데 사용되는 모의 소프트웨어는 체계마다, 장비마다 새로이 개발된다. 따라서 모의 소프트웨어를 설계, 개발하는 시간이 길어지고 관리 비용도 늘어난다. 이러한 비용을 줄이고자 본 논문에서는 모의 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 어플리케이션 프레임워크를 제안한다. 먼저 모의 소프트웨어가 공통으로 설계될 수 있는 부분을 추출하고, 이를 어플리케이션 프레임워크에서 미리 만들어진 형태로 제공한다. 여기서 추출한 공통 설계 구조는 다른 장비와의 연동을 위해 메시지를 주고 받는 인터페이스를 구현하는 부분이다. 이 인터페이스를 일관성 있게 개발하기 위하여 코드 생성 프로그램의 형태로 어플리케이션 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 설계된 어플리케이션 프레임워크는 일관된 개발 환경을 제공하여 모의 소프트웨어 개발 시, 설계 및 개발 시간을 줄이고 관리비용을 줄일 것으로 기대된다.

편재형 컴퓨팅(pervasive computing)에서 컨텍스트에 대한 중요성은 점점 강조되고 있다. 편재형 컴퓨팅(pervasive computing) 환경에서 다양한 디바이스들은 사용자의 상황에 가장 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 통신할 필요가 있는데, 특히 센서는 컨텍스트 데이터를 얻는데 효과적이다. 컨텍스트 정보를 얻기 위해 사용되는 센서들은 물리적인 센서들로부터 가상 센서까지 여러 가지가 있는데, 이러한 다양한 센서들을 관리하기 위해 센서 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일에서의 센서 어플리케이션 표준인 JSR256을 기반으로 한 센서 프레임워크를 어플리케이션 개발자의 시각이 아닌 센서 개발자의 시각에서 분석하였다. 그리고 관련 문제점을 발견하여 다양한 센서들을 효율적으로 관리하고 새로운 센서 모듈을 용이하게 개발할 수 있는 센서 프레임워크를 제안하고 제시된 센서 프레임워크를 통한 재사용성을 검증해 보았다.

건설 현장에서 발생하는 사고가 전체 산업재해의 약 20~30%로 높은 비율을 보이고 있기 때문에, 위험성평가를 통해 위험을 감지하고 대책을 수립하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 현장의 모든 관리자 및 근로자들이 참여하고 정보를 공유함으로써 근로자들의 안전한 작업환경을 조성하고, 건설현장 근로자의 안전의식과 안전문화를 형성하여 안전사고를 미연에 예방하기 위한 위험성평가 프레임워크 개발에 있다. 이를 통해 종합적인 안전관리를 실현하고, 안전한 작업환경을 조성하며, 근로자의 안전의식을 높이고 안전문화를 정착시키는 것이 주요 목적이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 플랫폼을 활용하여 건설현장에 적합한 위험성평가 프레임워크를 개발하고자 한다. 이 프레임워크를 통해 안전한 작업환경을 조성하고, 건설현장 근로자의 안전의식과 안전문화를 형성하여 안전사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 안전한 작업환경 조성과 안전사고 미연에 예방하는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 예측가능하다.

In this paper, we designed and implemented the general-purpose document repository manager for the ebXML-based e-business framework that support the rapid translation of various types of documents and provide the flexibility corresponding to the framework changes. Also, we automated the manually-processed e-business document translation process by designing the adaptor module for the interoperability of legacy systems. In the regards, our designed general purpose document manager makes it possible to integrate the existing e-commerce systems that are operated on the heterogeneous frameworks, and can be used on global e-business solution.

PDM is an integrated solution for managing various kinds of document and information for a whole life~cycle of product management. PDM system spans a huge and complex area and requires so many efforts and budgets for development. A framework has been considered a promising way to improve productivity by reusing the software architecture, not just one part of the design or just source code. This was the reaSon why we developed PDM (Product Data Management) framework. Framework can reduce the time and efforts to develop a new PDM application. However, it also requires supporting environment since a framework is a big set of classes where their interactions are so complex. With this supporting environment, it is easy to understand the framework at a glance and easy to identify what hot spots to be refined to meet new requirements. In this paper, a new framework-supporting reuse environment based on the meta-repository was constructed for easy and convenient reuse.

과거부터 기업의 정보보호 위험 관리에 대한 중요성은 계속해서 강조되었고 많은 투자도 이루어졌지만 RRO(투자 대비 위험 감소)에 대한 효과가 미흡한 주된 이유는 기술적, 물리적, 관리적 정보보호가 융합되지 못하는 것이다. 정보보호 프레임워크는 개별 정보보호 활동에 대한 공유로서 세 가지 정보보호 요소를 융합할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 기업 환경에서 발생하는 위험 요소를 시각적으로 표현함으로써 체계적인 정보보호 위험 관리 활동을 장려한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경을 구현하기 위한 필수 요소인 프레임워크 내 데이터 구조에 관한 연구를 통해 효율적인 정보보호 프레임워크를 구성하려는 기업들에 방향성을 제시한다.
