An Implementation of Priority Model of Real-Time CORBA (실시간 CORBA의 우선순위 모델 구현)

  • The Current CORBA shows some limitations for its successful deployment in real time system applications. Recently, OMG adopted Real-Time CORBA specification, which is defined as an extension to CORBA. The goal of the Real-Time CORBA is to provide a standard for CORBA ORB implementations that support 'end to end predictability'. In order to support 'end-to-end predictability', Real Time CORBA specifies many components such as priority model, communication protocol configuration, thread management, and etc. Among them, 'priority model' is the most important mechanism for avoiding or bounding priority inversion in CORBA invocations. In this paper, we present our efforts on a design ,and implementation of the Priority Model in Real-Time CORBA specification. The implementation is done as an extension of omniORB2(v.3.0.0), a popular open source non real time ORB. Experiment results demonstrate that our priority model implementation shows better performance and predictability than the non real-time ORB.

  • In the past, ERP had been applied to large company mainly, but recently, in order to exist from global business environment, most of smaller businesses are using or planing to introduce ERP. However, introduction of ERP requires considerable expense and effort, before ERP come into being, it is needed to measure the expense of introducing and the outcome expected. Previous analytical frameworks (according to introduction of ERP) have been focused on measuring improvement of performance by introducing ERP. This study carries out a survey on priority analysis of information system with small businesses which produce displayer parts. To derive the user's priorities which have been disregarded beside the improvement of performance on information system, this study rearranges the analysis indices by using BSC model and it analyzes the priorities of importance according to the stakeholder(manager group, middle manager group, worker group) by using ANP method.

A Study on Algorithm for Determining Seismic Improvement Priority of Highway Bridges (도로교 내진보강 우선순위 결정을 위한 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • With the recent series of damage caused by earthquakes in Korea, such as Gyeongju and Pohang, we know that Korea is no longer a safe zone for earthquakes and that we need to be prepared for them. In addition, bridges built prior to the introduction of seismic design concepts remain without adequate seismic reinforcement measures, and earthquake reinforcement should be performed efficiently considering economic and structural safety. Preliminary assessment of seismic performance of existing bridges is divided into four seismic groups, taking into account seismicity, vulnerability and Impact, considering the magnitude of the existing bridge's seismic, and prioritization for further evaluation of seismic performance. In this study, unlike the existing anti-seismic reinforcement priority method, scores are calculated based on the seismic design criteria applied to bridges, importance coefficient of the bridge including the zone coefficient and the Importance, vulnerability index of the bridge including the soil condition and the elapsed years, detail coefficient of the bridge including the superstructure form, the span length, the width, the height, the design load, and the daily traffic volume. The calculated score items will be weighted and grouped according to the results. Using this, a simpler and more efficient algorithm was proposed to determine the priority of seismic reinforcement on a bridge.

A Delphi study on the Needs for the Development of a Customized Support Program based on Augmented Reality for Preterm infants and their Families (미숙아와 가족을 위한 증강현실(AR) 기반 맞춤형지지 프로그램 개발 요구분석을 위한 델파이 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 신생아집중치료실에 입원한 미숙아와 가족 대상의 증강현실(Augmented Reality [AR])기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발에 필요한 관련 전문가 합의를 도출한 델파이 조사 연구이다. 3D 콘텐츠를 적용한 프로그램 개발에 필요한 핵심 구성요소 혹은 교육 콘텐츠를 발굴하여 개발의 방향성을 제안하기 위한 델파이 분석에, 미숙아 및 전문가 집단 14명(1차)과 113명(2차)이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 각 델파이 집단에서 수집된 반응들의 분석 결과, 4개의 하위영역(AR 프로그램의 필요성 및 가치(장점), AR 기반 프로그램 도입과 적용 시 고려할 점, AR 기반 전인적 e케어 프로그램 도입 시 요구와 전략적 방안, 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 우선순위)이 분류되었으며, 총 57문항이 도출되었다. 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 요구도와 우선순위에 있어서는, 부모 경우 신생아 케어의 반복적 체험 훈련 통한 부모 교육, 아기 본연의 독특하고 고유한 캐릭터나 습관 및 특성 관련 정보 공유, 발달을 돕는 양육 또는 놀이 교육, 가족 요구 기반 특수 간호 기술 훈련 등의 항목의 우선순위가 높았다. 한편, 전문가의 경우 건강한 부모역할로의 이행을 돕기 위한 심리사회적지지, 부모-아기 간 단절 최소화, 미숙아 발달 관련 정보 및 양육 또는 놀이 정보 공유, 부모-아기 상호작용 기회 제공 등으로 요구도의 우선순위가 높았다. 본 연구에서 개발된 델파이 평가문항의 내적일관성 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, Cronbach's α .89~.94로 높았고, 타당도와 문항 구성이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들을 바탕으로, 미숙아와 가족을 위한 AR 기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발의 적합성이 검증되었고, 프로그램의 임상적, 기술적, 사용적 가치에 있어서 고려할 사항과 교수매체로서 부모와 전문가 집단이 요구하는 3D 콘텐츠 우선순위를 바탕으로 효과적인 기획 및 설계의 근거를 확보했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

  • This paper is focused on the medical CRM system design for a hospital custom management. CRM systems provides information and seminars to whom are necessity. For this, priority retrieval and similarity retrieval are able to be in the personnel order and the regional. The customer receives the message which sends out from the hospital, The hospital manages the message which reveals a participation intention in the seminar at real-time. The hospital grasps the participation degree of the seminar where the customer will participate and manages the patients who participate to the seminar actively, and when the next seminar will be hold, we designed the system able to provide the service as early as possible.

Study of Reconstruction Priorities of Agricultural Reservoirs (농업용저수지 재개발 우선순위결정 고찰)

  • 과거의 용수개발은 단위시설 또는 단위사업별 중심의 양적 확대개발 위주로 추진하여 수리시설간 수자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 용수공급체계가 미흡하였다. 수리시설의 양적 확대개발 위주의 추진결과 '03년도 총 수리시설수인 68,018개소 중 관개면적 50ha이상의 주 수원공은 1,888개소로서 전체수리시설의 2.8%를 차지하여 비합리적인 공급불균형 현상이 발생하여 체계적인 급수관리가 이루어지지 못하는 문제가 발생하였다. 또한 기존의 공급체계는 논 용수중심에서 식생활 변화로 인한 밭작물 수요증가로 용수이용 패턴이 변하고 있다. 더욱이 농촌지역의 생활환경 개선이 요구됨에 따라 생활용수, 공업용수, 환경용수 등 농촌지역에 과거와는 다른 형태의 용수수요가 발생하고 있다. 하지만 농촌지역의 수자원은 한정되어 있고 환경파괴 및 적지부족 등의 이유로 신규 수자원개발이 불가능한 사회여건이 지속되어 있어 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있어 균형적인 농촌발전과 건전한 농촌지역조성을 위해서는 새로운 대안이 제시되어야 하는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 그 대안으로 부각되고 있는 농업용저수지 재개발에 대하여 사업의 우선순위를 합리적으로 결정할 수 있는 의사결정시스템의 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 기존 문헌을 고찰하면 개발우선순위는 과학적 논리보다는 정치적, 사회적 논리가 의사결정에 중요한 역할을 하였으나 의사결정시스템의 제공을 통해 정책결정자가 과학적이고 합리적인 논리에 따라 사업개발의 우선순위를 결정할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 연구에서는 재개발 의사결정에 필요한 지형적, 사회적, 환경적 요인을 지수화 하는 방법을 고찰하였고, 우선순위를 산정에 필요한 수치지도, 저수지 관련 자료의 작성과 지형정보(GIS)를 구축하였다. 우선순위 대상저수지의 선정은 기존문헌과 수계 및 용량 등을 고찰하여 79개로 우선 선별하였다.

The recognition prioritization of road environment for supporting autonomous vehicle (자율주행차량의 도로환경 인식기술 지원을 위한 우선순위 선정 방안)

  • The era of autonomous vehicles, which drive themselves and in whose operation the driver does not intervene, is fast approaching. The safety of autonomous vehicles can be guaranteed only if they recognize the road infrastructure. However, the road infrastructure consists of road safety facilities, traffic operation systems, and cross-sectional concerns, which include a variety of components, such as types, shapes, and sizes. Therefore, it is necessary to prioritize the road information. This study was conducted to select the priority with which the road infrastructure attributes should be acquired using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The road infrastructure attributes were categorized into 2 levels, levels 1 and 2, which consisted of 3 and 26 types of attributes, respectively. As a result of the AHP analysis, it was found that the highest priorities of the road infrastructure are the road safety facilities, traffic operation systems and cross sectional concerns. Also, in level-2, the priorities of the safety barriers (road safety facilities), traffic signals (traffic operation systems), and the median (cross sectional) are the highest. Also, this study provides application examples of road infrastructure extraction with the Point Cloud. The results are expected to support the recognition of technology for autonomous vehicles.

Influential Factors on Prioritization of Weapon Systems (국방획득사업의 집행우선순위 결정요인 연구)

  • Because required weapon systems in the planning stage exceed the extent of defense budget, we should consider the priorities of them in the programming and budget stage. The purpose of this paper is to find out the factors that affect the prioritization of required weapon systems limited by budget. For this purpose, we analyse statistically major 20 defense projects launched in 2014. We derived the reasons for prioritization through the pairwise comparisons and also extracted six representative factors through the Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA). The KMO was 0.779 and the total variance explained was 79.59%, Cronbach's Alpha was above 0.7 which means EFA was appropriate to accept. The significance of this paper is that influencing factors on prioritization was derived by the comparisons using the present weapon systems and people in charge of defense acquisition. The factors can be utilized in AHP or Delphi to determine the priority and ultimately contribute to rational judgement for the military strategy objectives within the limited resources.

  • Recently, various accidents caused by reagents in laboratories have demanded a safety management system suitable for the danger situation. The existing system operated the equipment according to the temperature and humidity change inside the reagent cabinet, but the operation of the device corresponding to the danger situation and the countermeasures against many dangerous situations are insufficient. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a reagent cabinet safety management system based on the reagent cabinet danger priority in happen of accidents caused by reagents under management. The danger priority is type of reagents and selected by the danger situation that can be caused by the reagents. If a danger situation occurs, operate the device according to the selected danger priority and the type of danger situation. It is considered that the reagent cabinet can be safely managed by checking the danger situation in the reagent cabinet and operating the device according to the danger priority.

  • In an attempt to analyze the policy priority on civil servant's education training policy as human resource management in this study, a positive analysis with the experts using AHP method was conducted. Summarizing the outcome of the study; First, in terms of relative priority of the evaluation elements by sector, the education training operation system, among education training program, education training evaluation, and education infrastructure, was analyzed as the most important element. Second, as a result of analyzing the priority of detail sectors of civil servant's education training, Action learning education program was proved to be the top priority project education training program aspect and education training operation system was also evaluated as the top priority project in education training agency budget expansion aspect, education training and personnel administration link was evaluated as the top priority project education training evaluation, and trainer secure was proved to be the top priority education infrastructure. Such outcome of the project is expected to make commitment for evaluating the civil servant's education training policy.
