This paper describes the development of cluster-aware application that provides advanced services such as automatic failover, faster error recovery, easy administration and scalability in clustering environment. For These, total system architecture and algorithm are proposed. For the verification this paper, socket application and cluster resource DLL, administration DLL for the application are implemented and tested. Using the microsoft cluster server, The individual failed services was relocated from one server to another. The result shows that allows applications on the original server to continue running, unaffected tv the failed service.

This paper describes a new program called GPS_QC needed to check the quality of GPS observations before post-processing so that the surveyors can be improved the precision of GPS data analysis. The GPS_QC was designed to calculate the quality control (QC) parameters such as data gaps, cycle slips, low elevation angle, inonspheric delay, multi-path effects and DOP etc, within the period of GPS observation. It can be used to read and calculate the QC parameters from RINEX files. This program gives users brief statistics, time series plots and graphs of QC parameters. The GPS_QC can simply be performed the quality checking of GPS data that was difficult for surveyors in the field. It is expected that we can be improved the precision of positioning and solved the time consuming problem of GPS observation.

Currently, many computer systems are used in many areas of medicine including radiation oncology. For the most part, the computer system has proved to be useful in radiotherapeutic planning and dose calculation. There has been attempts to develop computer system including information management of patients, patient tracing, and office automation in radiation oncology department. But some of these available commercial systems have shortcomings. We developed a management system of patients in our radiation oncology department that integrated most of items for the evaluation of patents. In particular, the data were stored in a natural language (noncoded) and made themselves easily understandable by all clinical groups. In addition , the data could be isolated in files from which the computer could generate graphs and static data by the use of some simple commands. The system provided us with not only the functions of case review but functions of preparation of conferences, lectures and resident teaching.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the development of education and training programs for training 'mechanical facilities maintenance manager'. To this end, the DACUM technique was used for job analysis and education and training programs were developed through expert consultation meetings. The job analysis was based on the 10-member DACUM Committee to derive the job definition, job model, job description, and task description of the 'mechanical facilities maintenance manager'. The main findings are as follows. First, the 'mechanical facilities maintenance manager' was defined as those who operate, inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical facilities to provide the best performance and efficient operation management, provide a safe and pleasant environment, and perform energy saving and facility life extension tasks. Second, the duties of the 'mechanical facilities maintenance manager' analyzed in the job model consist of the comprehensive plan for operation of mechanical facilities, energy management of mechanical facilities, operation management of mechanical facilities, maintenance of mechanical facilities, safety environment management of mechanical facilities, and customer support management of mechanical facilities. Considering the nature and content of the duties, 4 to 11 tasks per duty were derived and a total of 33 tasks were presented as job model. Third, the curriculum for the 'mechanical facilities maintenance manager' was set up in two courses: Practice I for Mechanical Facilities Maintenance and Practice II for Mechanical Facilities Maintenance. Considerations and policy suggestions were presented when applying and implementing education and training programs based on the results of the research.

이 사회에 장애인의 취업, 결혼 등을 비롯한 복지문제가 거론되기 시작한지도 적지 않은 시간이 흘렀다. 그러나 이러한 문제는 둘째로 하고, 장애인의 정서함양과 건강증진에 도움이 될 수 있는 일상적인 체육 · 문화 프로그램조차도 그리 많지 못한 것이 우리의 현실이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 지난 ‘89년에 발족 된 한국장애인복지체육회가 장애인을 위한 체육교실 · 문학 강좌 및 예술대전 등의 프로그램을 마련해 그런대로 갈증을 해소해 주고 있고, 장애인들의 호응을 받고 있다. 올해 장애인 편의 시설이 완벽하게 갖추어진 ’서울곰두리체육센터‘가 문을 열어 장애인들의 생활을 더욱 밝게 해주고 있다. 체육회의 다양한 프로그램이 전국적으로 파급되어 모든 장애인에게도 생활문화를 즐길 수 있는 기회가 더욱 많이 주어지기를 기대한다.

지식기반사회에서 장애우의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 인적자원 개발과 평생교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위해 장애우들에게 적합한 효과적인 인적 자원을 개발하고, 사회복지기관과 평생교육기관에서 이들의 삶의 질을 높여 원만한 사회일원으로서 생활하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 교육과정과 프로그램에 대한 실태조사를 하였다. 여기에서 나타난 문제점을 개선하여 평생교육의 방향을 제안하는 데 있다.

건강을 위한 규칙적인 운동의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데, 서대문구청이 구민의 체력을 측정해 주고 이에 따른 운동처방까지 내려주어 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 한국체육과학연구원의 협조를 얻어, 구민들의 체력을 측정한후 적절한 운동처방을 내려줌으로써 구민들에게 건강과 운동의 중요성을 깨닫도록 한 이 프로그램은 그동안 생활체육의 혜택을 받지 못했던 일반주민들에게 체육을 생활화할 수 있는 좋은계기를 마련해 주었다. 앞으로 지속적으로 이 프로그램을 실시할 계획이라고 말하는 서대문구청 뿐만 아니라, 다른 지역 구청에서도 구민을 위한 이러한 계획이 세워지길 바라면서 이번 호에 서대문구청 "체력측정 및 운동처방" 프로그램을 소개한다.

사업장의 자율적인 안전보건경영체제를 구축할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 한국산업안전공단과 안전관리부가 주관이 되어 관련 교육과 기술지원을 실시하고 그 결과를 객관적으로 평가하여 일정기준 이상 도달되었을 때 ［건설업 KOSHA 2000 프로그램］ 인증을 획득하고 안전보건 경영체제를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해 사후 지원하도록 한 프로그램이다. 그 추진배경으로는 기존 안전보건 활동의 한계성, 재해율 절감의 한계성, 새로운 시스템 즉 자율적, 능동적 시스템의 도입 필요, 체계적, 합리적, 유기적인 관계 선상에서 관리 필요 등이다.(중략)

네트워크가 되는 곳이면 어디든지 네트워크를 이용하여 정보를 사용하는 것이 가능하다. 사물 간의 데이터를 교환하는 방식을 이용하여 온습도 제어 관리 프로그램의 데이터 추출과정을 제시하였고, 기본 바탕이 되는 프로그램을 구현하였다.
