  • 과거 시간, 인력, 비용절약 등의 능률 우선과 양적 팽창의 성장 추구에 의하여 개발자체가 우선순위를 갖게 됨에 따라 유지관리분야는 그 중요성이 인정받지 못하고 소홀히 대하여 왔다. 하지만 건설이 일정 수준에 도달하면서 건설과 유지관리는 동등한 비중을 갖게 되며 복지 사회로 접어들면서 개발보다는 유지관리부분이 더 중요하게 인식되었다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 유지관리를 위한 전문가적 정보시스템을 Mobile GIS를 적용하여 구축함으로서 기존의 건축물 유지관리업무의 한계성을 벗어나 현장에서 직접 데이터를 검색, 저장, 관리하여 신속하고 경제적으로 건축물을 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 시스템이 구축되어 응용분야에 적용되면 급변하는 현장 상황에 적절하게 대처가 가능하며, 실시간 데이터 베이스의 갱신과 구축이 가능하게 될 것이다.

  • 국내 게임 산업은 여타 문화 산업과 비교하였을 때 상업화의 시기는 가장 늦었음에도 불구하고 2003 년을 기준으로 4 조를 넘을 정도로 급성장을 하였다. 그러나 게임 제작사의 95% 이상이 적자에 시달리고 있는데 이는 게임 제작과 관련하여 개발 단계에 있어 담당자의 역할 분배 및 각 단계에 대한 적절한 관리를 하지 못해 팀원간 의사소통, 게임제작 공정 생성물 관리, 핵심 기술 및 자원관리 등의 문제가 발생하기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점들은 CASE 툴을 통해서 해결이 가능하다. CASE 툴을 통해 게임제작 공정에 있어 팀원간의 의사 소통과 인력 및 자원 관리, 각 공정간 산출물의 버전 컨트롤 및 이력관리의 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ISO12207과 RUP 프로세스를 기반으로 게임제작 공정의 생산성과 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 게임제작 기획, 자원관리도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • 인류의 역사는 재난과 함께한다. 특히 최근 10년간 전 세계적으로 발생한 다양한 자연적·사회적 재난은 그 정도와 속도가 점점 심해지고 빨라지고 있고, 이에 관한 구체적 대응 방안 마련이 필요하다. 최근 발생한 COVID-19 감염병 팬데믹을 겪으면서 우리는 메타재난에 대비하기 위한 새로운 인식이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 국가적 차원에서 재해경감활동관리체계를 갖추고 이를 운용할 전문인력을 양성해야 한다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 메타재난시대 패러다임 전환을 위한 BCMS 분야와 재난관리학의 역할과 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 재난안전 관련 분야의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • Construction Industry has become bigger, sophistication and specialization. At the same time, the concerns of Construction Management for achieving the goal of quality, cost & air are getting higher. Therefore it is demanded technology to conduct the CM works continuously in the Industrial world and be in process of education to train specialists. Studies are also been doing for it. But infrastructure circumstances are insufficiency comparing with the interests of construction industry. It is needed the scheme of education system to improve the above mentioned problem and to raise education quality standards. Consequently, the study is for E-learning education system. Because this system can help to save cost and to overcome the limits of time and spaces for existing off-line education. The study will present e-learning system architecture model to activate Construction Management education considering the distinctive features of CM.

  • The efficient maintenance and management of steep slopes often require excessive professional resources and quantitative investigations. Therefore, it is important to develop technology for objective scientific site investigations and quantitative evaluations of steep slopes. This study proposes a 'Mobile System' for steep slopes in order to improve the effectiveness of site investigations compared with conventional methods using anevaluati on table. By analyzing site investigations and desktop studies, the required software and hardware are identified to develop the 'Mobile System', consisting of a 'Field Information Input System' and an 'Analysis System'. The applicability of the system is verified by its application to an area with steep slopes affected by debris flows. The use of this system is expected to increase the efficiency of maintaining steep slope sand to reduce the time and resources required.

  • In a knowledge-information based society, effective management across IT industries, value of information and interoperation are more important than eyer before. Therefore, ITA/EA which helps to plan and manage IT systematically and effectively, was enacted and announced in 2005 and has been considered as an innovative IT management approach. Unfortunately, however, new standardization of ITA/EA has not fully discussed yet. How to successfully apply EA/ITA to IT is considered as the most urgent challenge and this study aims to find out the most effective method. To this end, it was emphasized that training systems for specialized experts must be operated systematically through 'standardization of terms and tasks' and 'standardization of manpower training' and certification of specialty must be newly established. In addition. it was strongly demanded that dual structure caused by mixed concepts between ITA and EA must be eliminated. At the same time. a new model for domestic standardization was suggested so that not only ITA/EA can be recognized as IT engineering but also professional engineers can accept ITA/EA as a scientific field. In summary, this study is intended to propose how to improve information management efficiency through ITA/EA.

  • Recently, FTA may go beyond the agreement of the two countries, and also FTA is tinged aspects of Mega FTA between the economic sphere, under the situation that FTA and the business model are mutually intertwined in convergence industrial environments. Since South Korea came into force in 52 countries and 15 cases of FTA, South Korea have completed FTA network with the United States, as well as ASEAN and most of OECD member countries, and South Korea is now a critical time to take advantage of the FTA to determine the South Korea's economic performance. This paper examined the previous studies of FTA utilization and analyzed practical usages and problems of SMEs' FTA utilization. Through analysis, this paper suggests that the Training Plans of SMEs' Origin Management Specialist for the Improvement of FTA Utilization is as follows: to build up the effective management system of origin supports, to enrich the origin management competency, to reinforce the operation of supporting system, and to strengthen practical capacity of Origin administrative staff. Based on the results, it is expected to provide the policy implications for the FTA utilization in the future.

Role of the Conservation Science in Excavating Objects (매장문화재에 대한 보존과학의 역할)

  • The National Museum of Korea bears a responsibility of keeping and caring of unearthed cultural properties according to Cultural Properties Protection Law, No. 3644. As a result, the unearthed cultural properties are stored up in the museum. More than 10,000 units of cultural properties are unearthed each year, and the number is increasing as years go by. However, the keeping facilities of the museum are already over-saturated. Consequently, many unearthed cultural properties are entrusted to university museums that have poor facilities and a few experts. More pressing problem is that these cultural properties are not under the proper protection of scientific conservation. One reason is that there are not many conservation scientists in our country. Only five members are working as conservation experts at the National Museum of Korea and 20 or so nation-wide. We propose to establish a new system and organization which will take charge of the conservation and care of the cultural properties, and consist of scientific keeping facilities and expert personnel (conservation scientists) to solve these problems.

  • According to the economic growth, many highways are constructed for increasing need of better life style. Especially roads and roadside facilities are used for accident prevention and offering mobility for drivers. For these purpose, roads and roadside facilities should be well maintained and managed. Now, many roads and roadside facilities are constructed in many areas. Because of traditional surveying method requires much time and surveying efforts, we designed and developed mobile mapping system for highway maintenance and management purpose using multi sensors. We tested our mobile mapping system and data management process. Using developed database, road managers can easily check the information of facility conditions, positions, and attributes. We are expecting low cost and efficient road maintenance process by using our system.

  • The responsibility of keeping and caring of unearthed cultural properties belongs to the National Museum according to cultural properties protection law(law No.3644). So unearthed cultural properties are possessed by the museum after going through the regular course. Number of those cultural properties is increasing swiftly. Every year more than ten thousand units of cultural properties are unearthed. The number of unearthed cultural properties is expected to increase in the future. Howeve, the keeping facilities of the National Museum are already over-saturated. So many unearthed cultural properties are being entrusted to university museums that have bad facilities and few personnel. It makes many problems including inadequate caring. More pressing problem is that those cultural properties are not under the protection of scientific conservation processing and caring. The reason is that there are so few conservation scientists in Korea. There is no independent department of conservation science even in the National Museum, where only five members are working as conservation experts. To solve those problems, new system and organization which win take charge of conservation and care of cultural properties, that is, an organization which will consist of scientific keeping facilities and expert personnel (conservation scientists) is needed immediately.
