  • Recently as people's values are changing from development into quality of life, the needs of environmentally friendly construction are gradually increasing, also popular discontent about the construction pollution such as the noise and vibration cause by construction machinery is increasing. Even though it is impossible to eliminate construction pollution fully, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce construction pollution to a minimum. The first step solving these matters is that the necessary sum of expense must be secured as the environmental budgeting method regarding Environmental management costs. To provide an efficient budgeting method, a interview with the person in charge of environment management was conducted. and the environmental management costs were analyzed through the historical data.

A Study on Cost Prediction of Highway Operating Risk through a Case Study of Power Failure (정전사고 사례분석을 통한 고속도로 운영 위험비용 산정에 대한 연구)

  • Recently, operation of highway is the complex digital Infrastructure based on complicated IT. The application of IT is increasing more and more in digital Infrastructure. Though IT is very convenient, if unpredicted operating risk of highway occurs, widespread damage can be large. When operating risk of highway occurs, road users are out of smoothly-run service because of the operating interruption. This risk causes unpredicted operating management cost and additional maintenance cost. It will excess over the planned operating cost, which may leads to users's unsafety and operator's insolvency because of income loss. Until now, related studies to find out the risk are not sufficient. The purpose of this study is to suggest risk cost items and to estimate the reasonable risk cost by using simulation method in case of occurring the huge power failure at the operating digitalized highway. This study indicates the several plans to hedge against risk cost and the management of highway project. From now on, it will be used as basic data to confirm the soundness of operating system in Digital Infrastructure.

An improvement plan of information system operational audit for database operational management based on data quality (데이터 품질에 기반을 둔 데이터베이스 운영관리를 위한 정보시스템 운영감리 개선 방안)

  • With the dawn of society where individuals or enterprises based on data generate infinite profits, the significance of database operation management is growing centering on data quality. However, there are not many South Korean public or private entities managing them systematically. Against this backdrop, this study sought to investigate the current status and problems and explore how to improve from the perspective of auditors. To implement this study, audit checklist was improved and, based on it, auditors and IT experts were surveyed. The final data were analyzed to test the study hypotheses empirically. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the auditors had been highly satisfied with all of the items on the improved audit checklist for data quality-based database operation management. Moreover, non-auditors were also found to regard them within their acceptable range. This study is expected to help improve information system operation audit and enterprises data operation management.

A Study on Taxi Revenue Analysis in Seoul (서울시 택시 운송수입금 분석에 관한 연구)

  • 1999년 8월에 발표된 "택시 타코미터 자료분석을 통한 운송수입금에 관한 연구"에 의하면 당시 택시 운행기록에 바탕을 두어 택시업체들의 지역적 입지를 고려한 표본을 추출하여 운송수입금과 관련하여 운행거리, 영업거리, 영업률의 요일별, 오전·오후별 분석을 실시하여 현실성을 충분히 감안한 연구가 이루어진바 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 좀더 정확한 운송수입금 분석을 위해 2000년에 택시조합과 협의하여 전년도 자료와 비교 분석하여 그 추이를 살피고, 지역별, 규모별 분석을 추가함으로써 현재 택시업계에서 가장 논란이 되고 있는 운송수입금 전액관리제에 대한 기초 연구 자료를 마련하고자 진행된 것이다. 분석대상은 서울시 전체 택시 업체 259개 중 10%가 넘는 31개 업체의 33,967개 일주일간 타코기록을 입력하여, 운송수입금, 운행거리, 주행거리, 영업률 등 4개 항목으로 나누어 연도별, 지역별, 규모별로 구분하여 각각을 분석하였다. 분석항목의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 각각의 분석항목에 대한 분산분석(ANOVA)을 통해 평균치의 차이를 검정하였다 분석결과는 각 분석항목별로 요일별, 지역별, 규모별 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 오전·오후간의 항목별 차이는 전년도와 마찬가지로 대부분의 항목에서 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전년도에 비해 운송수입금이 증가하여 운행거리, 영업거리, 영업률도 증가 추이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Improvement of Industrial Safety and Health Management Cost Using the Survey of Construction Safety Experts (건설안전전문가 설문조사를 활용한 현장중심의 안전관리비 제도 개선 연구)

  • Purpose: This study concerns the cost of safety management in order to prevent accidents and disabilities in the construction industry. The purpose of the Chapter is to draw up problems and improvement measures for these safety management costs. Method: A detailed questionnaire was developed for 20 construction safety managers for the research. This questionnaire was analyzed and implemented by the Expert Group Interview (FGI) analysis method. Results: In order to understand the safety management cost system, alternatives such as preparing a standard manual, implementing regular on-site training, and establishing a monitoring system for the safety management cost were derived. In addition, there is a need to ensure autonomy in the execution of flexible costs so that they can be deployed immediately in case of emergency to improve the 'efficiency and necessity of the safety negligence system'. And it was analyzed as items that should be improved due to excessive demand for documentation. Conclusion: Through this study, problems should be recognized for the improvement of the construction safety management cost system. And it will have to come up with policy-based and institutional-improvement measures for experts.

  • BTL projects, which has been 3 years since it was carried out in 2008, trigged the controversy on the adequacy in the calculation of disbursement for Government due to such problems as low earning rate and the burden of service level compared with the project suggestion. Thus, the purpose of this study is to offer a suggestion on the calculation system for the purpose of the standardized - expense appropriation by item and database including the antecedent study on the finance model and the feasibility in BTL projects. The system is composed of 4 steps - project management, basic database, an analysis on expense by item and the result, and an analysis on sensitivity, and it is possible to carry out a comparative analysis on single and multi alternatives by variable change along with the ground on expense calculation.

Analyzing the Importance and Performance of Sanitation Management within Childcare Center Foodservice Facilities in Gyeongbuk Province (경북 지역 보육 시설 급식소의 위생 관리에 대한 중요도-수행도 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the importance and performance of sanitation management within childcare center foodservice facilities in Gyeongbuk province. The survey involved 248 people who participated in the food hygiene and safety education for childcare center managers in Gyeongbuk province from June to July 2010. A total of 236 survey papers were analyzed statistically by SPSS program. By the method, t-test and importance-performance analysis (IPA) was performed. Among the respondents, facility managers are 40s (41.9%) which accounted the most percentage, and for the type of facility, the largest amount was home (39.9%). The number of preschool children who are under 20 people accounted for 45.3% and food service staffs were accounted for 36.7%. No significant differences were observed for the four items on the IPA, except for the topics "the immediate deal with trash and leftover food" and "minimizing time (within 2 hours) for distribution after cooking" (p<0.001). The average score on the IPA was 4.14 points, and the average score for the importance of the evaluation was 4.49 points out of 5. Finally, childcare facility managers are aware of the importance that is lower than can be done. The results suggest that continuing education is necessary to administrators to manage the health care facility effectively.

A Study on Satisfaction and Evaluation of Students현 Spot-Practice in Department of Food and Nutrition (식품영양학과 학생들의 현장실습 만족도 및 평가도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to estimate satisfaction and evaluation degree of students' spot-practice in department of food and nutrition and to investigate relating factors to them for development of spot-practice Programme. The survey for analysis was conducted through the questionnaires to 229 students finished internship. Proportions of the students were 93.9% for senior, 93.9% for female. Proportions of spot-practice facilities were 38.9%, 46.7%, and 14.4% for school, business & industry, and hospital respectively. The major part of subjects (83.8%) took part in spot-practice during 2 weeks. The satisfaction scores to spot-practice were the lowest for pay, and the highest for a kind of spot-practice facilities. The evaluation scores were the lowest for 'I made a plan and prepared my work in advanced', and the highest for 'I did my best for doing my work'. The satisfaction score in hospital was significantly lower than those in school or business & industry. The satisfaction score in self-operated foodservice was significantly higher than that in contract managed one. However, there no significant differences in evaluation scores by foodsevice employment type. In the case of coincidence of area in spot-practice and residence, or facilities of spot-practice and job desired, the satisfaction and evaluation scores were significantly higher than those of others. The period of spot-practice was significantly positively correlated with satisfaction scores for atmosphere of spot-practice facilities, service and treatment for spot-practice student, while negatively correlated with evaluation score for 'I did my best for doing my work'. The spot-practice pay was significantly positively correlated with satisfaction and evaluation scores for various items. In conclusion, various factors are related to satisfaction and evaluation degree of spot-practice students, and consist concern and support from college St university, foodservice institution, and government for systematic spot-Practice are required.

The Database Structure of Integrated Gateway System for Wireless-Internet Service in W-CDMA (비동기식 IMT-2000에서 무선 인터넷 접속을 위한 통합 게이트웨이 시스템의 데이터베이스 구성)

  • 본 논문은 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는 이동통신 망에서 동기식과 비동기식 IMT-2000서비스를 동시에 제공하는 통합 게이트웨이 시스템인 A-MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)을 위한 데이터베이스 구성 방법에 관한 것이다. A-MiDAS시스템은 동기식 망의 PDSN 노드 역할과 비동기식 망에서의 GGSN 게이트웨이를 담당한다. 패킷에 대한 사용자 인스턴스로서의 세션 정보는 사용자가 패킷 통신을 하고자 할때, 시작부터 종료 시까지의 모든 과정에서 발생하는 유지 정보를 관리하여 각각의 인스턴스 항목간의 오버헤드를 줄이고 세션 정보의 관리를 용이하고, 검색에 따른 지연시간을 줄일 수 있어야 한다. 또한 전체 시스템의 상태를 관리함으로써 운용상에서 실시간 모니터링을 통한 사용자의 인터넷 서비스를 안정적이고 지속적으로 제공할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 GPRS망에서의 GGSN을 담당하는 게이트웨이 시스템 관점에서의 A-MiDAS시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 데이터베이스 구성 방법을 제시한다.

Comparative analysis of status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) about precautions of safety accidents by employment type of industry foodservices in Jeonbuk area (전북지역 산업체급식소 조리종사자의 고용형태에 따른 안전사고 실태 및 안전사고 예방관리에 대한 중요도와 수행도 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) between regular and non-regular employees in industry foodservices. Methods: The participants were regular employees (n = 119) and non-regular employees (n = 163) in industry foodservices in the Jeonbuk area. Demographic characteristics, status of safety accidents, safety education, and importance and performance status were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Approximately 66.4% of regular employees and 53.4% of non-regular employees experienced safety accidents (p < 0.05). Types of safety accidents of regular and non-regular employees were mostly burns, and causes were mostly from their own negligence. Approximately 98.3% of regular employees and 95.1% of non-regular employees experienced safety education. Approximately 88.9% of regular employees and 96.8% of non-regular employees received safety education from dietitians. Approximately 41.9% of regular employees and 50.0% of non-regular employees had difficulty applying the contents of safety education due to lack of time during work. As a result of IPA, regular and non-regular employees were aware of the importance of the following and performed them well: 'Clean the floor of the work place', 'Arrange in the work area', 'Wear safety shoes', 'Check for heater cord', and 'Safety cooking when using oil'. On the other hand, they were not aware of the importance of the following and performed them insufficiently: 'Check for the MSDS', 'Aware of chemical signs', 'Wear protection gloves etc.', 'Do stretching exercise', and 'Using ancillary tools'. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to improve the consciousness of dietitians for effective application of safety education contents, development of contents, especially MSDS, and related things.
