The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing performance of change control, management review and flexibility in the software company with innovativeness. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to performance of software company, change control, management review, flexibility and innovativeness. Valid 100 questionnaires have been collected within two months of 2010. EXCEL, Smart PLS(Partial Least Square) 2.0 and SPSS 15.0 have been utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, change control and management review positively influences flexibility. Second, flexibility positively influence performance of software company. Finally, change control to flexibility for low group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for high group of innovativeness. But management review to flexibility for high group of innovativeness is significantly larger than those for low group of innovativeness. The results of this study will provide various implications on performance of software company.

본 연구는 한국 영양사를 위한 급식경영관리교육의 필요성을 파악하고, 4년제 식품영양학과에 적용 할 수 있는 능력중심교육 원칙(competency-based education)을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 각 분야의 급식경영전문가 설문조사$\longrightarrow$영양사 설문조사$\longrightarrow$4년제 대학 식품영양학과 교과과정 검토$\longrightarrow$급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 급식경영전문가 설문조사를 통하여 한국영양사에게 필요한 47개 급식경영관리 수행능력을 결정하였으며, 이를 토대로 영양사 설문조사 (응답자수: 484, 회수율: 65%)에서는 위 수행능력의 중요도와 교육정도에 대한 영양사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 급식경영관리 수행능력이 현재와 미래의 영양사 업무수행에 있어 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 교육은 불충분하다고 대답하였다. 교육 불충분의 이유로는 급식경영관리 분야의 과목 부족, 실무위주 교육의 부족 등을 지적하였다. 교과과정 검토 결과 61개 과목 중 8과목(13%)만이 급식경영관리와 관련된 과목으로 나타났다. 두 가지 설문조사 결과와 교과과정 검토 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구에서는 능력중심교육 원칙을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 모형은 급식경영관리 전문 교육가에 의해 실행 전 평가 및 검토를 거쳤으며, 내용구성, 적용성, 형식 분야의 평가 결과 모든 분야에서 5.0 만점의 평균 4.6점을 획득하여 한국 영양사의 효과적인 급식경영관리 교육과정 개발에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

원자력발전소의 인간공학적 설계 및 검토를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 설계 현안관리체계 (Design Issue Management System;DIMS)를 구축하였다. DIMS는 세가지 기능을 갖도록 구성되었는데, 규제문건들로 부터 추출된 설계상의 인간공학적 요건들을 분석하고 관리하는 요건 분석 기능, 규제 기관, 운전원 및 설계자로 부터 제기된 설계 현안의 추적 기능, 설계상의 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 현안들의 중요도 평가 기능의 세부분으로 구성되었다. DIMS의 활용사례로 원자력발전소 감시계통의 일부인, 울진 3,4호기 CFMS(Critical Function Monitoring System) 화면설계 검토에 적용하였다. 주요 검토 업무로 CFMS 화면 설계에 대한 가용성 검토, 적합성 검토, 유효성 검증을 수행하였고, 이 과정을 통하여 울진 3,4호기 CFMS 화면 설계의 인간공학적 문제점(Human Engineering Discrepancy; HED0들을 찾아내었다. HED들은 문제의 심각성에 따라 조기 해결 요망, 가능한 한 조기 해결 요망, 장기적 해결요망의 세 그룹으로 분류되었다. HEE의 심각성 평가는 인간공학 전문가, 설계자, 운전원의 세 그룹에 의하여 평가되었다. 검토 결과 최종적으로 CFMS 화면에 대한 인간공학적 설계 개선의 근거 로 사용되었다.

In this study, a comprehensive management plan was proposed to ensure the stability of the existing subway when constructing ground structures adjacent to the subway. In the first step, the measurement inspection cycle is selected through proximity evaluation, in the second step, the stability of existing subway and station structures such as displacement and stress is reviewed through 3D numerical analysis considering the construction stage and groundwater influence, and in the third stage, the safety of train operation was reviewed by examining the track stability, and based on the numerical analysis results in the fourth stage, the displacement concentration section was selected as an intensive management section and it was proposed that intensive measurement management be performed.

국내에서는 원전의 가동년수가 증가함에 따라 수명관리를 통한 연장운전에 대한 타당성 검토연구가 기술적, 경제적 측면 및 규제 측면에서 수행되고 있다. 기술적 측면의 검토는 발전소의 안전 및 수명을 결정하는 주요기기들을 선정하여 설계수명은 물론 연장운전에 대한 안전운전의 가능여부에 촛점을 맞추고 있다. 본 고에서는 수명관리를 통한 연장운전에 대한 기술적 타당성 검토 측면에서 주요기기의 하나로 선정된 제어봉 구동장치에 대한 손상기구를 도출하였고, 이에 대한 수명평가법의 제시와 함께 적절한 가정조건을 고려한 평가결과를 제시하였다.

채종원관리를 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 시설되는 저 규격도로는 대부분 비포장상태로 이용되는 경우 많다. 이는 강우에 의한 침식붕괴로 하류의 산림식생환경 및 수질환경 오염으로 연결될 위험성이 내포되어 있어 적절한 방법으로 사전에 방지할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경과 친화적인 재료를 최대한 이용하여 개발된 목배수로를 내구성 강화를 검토하였던바 섬유질 포의 조절과 고무질의 성능 조절에 의한 검토로 현장에의 적용이 가능하였다.

This study aims to examine the current procedure of the adequacy review system of public standards for records management developed and disseminated by the National Archives of Korea and to explore improvements to utilize them as basic data to solidify the operation of standards. The study identified the shortcomings of the system with examples of international standards and Korean industrial standards. It also analyzed the history of standardization promoted by the National Archives of Korea. The analysis showed that most of them are simple revisions, such as changes of terminology and standard names according to law amendment. The frequency of standardization by standard also showed a significant difference. In addition, it was found that the adequacy review process or results were not disclosed clearly. As such, the study proposes various improvements to solve these problems, namely, improving standardization for the records management system, establishing detailed procedures for deliberation, and establishing evaluation standards for adequacy reviews.

Purpose: This study intends to review the procedures for the establishment of the plan for disaster mitigation activities and the system for the management of disaster mitigation activities for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard. Method: The requirements, including the activities of each stage of disaster management defined within the scope of the corporate disaster management standard, were identified, the operational cases of 'A' institution were reviewed, and the targets of continuous planning were reviewed to meet the requirements. Result: It was reviewed that the contents and procedures of each phase of disaster management, which is a requirement of the enterprise disaster management standard, are clearly defined, and a task continuity plan is established for each stage of activity. Conclusion: Conclusion : The PDCA model including the activities of each stage of disaster management activities was presented for the requirements of the enterprise disaster management standard, and the disaster mitigation activity management system model of the broad concept of disaster management including prevention and preparedness plans for disasters was presented.
