This is for Criminal Law problem that can be happened during the rescue working of 119 rescue member. There are mainly 3sections can be Criminal Law Problem. At first, denying a rescue request. Second, thing that do not transfer patient or people need someone's help by their refusal. Third, emergency medical management. It can be criminal act if somebody do the 3sections thing under Law about emergency medical treatment. It also can be homicide under Criminal Law or accidental homicide, a charge of injuring a person if people need rescue die or become worse through the work. Rescuers are responsible for a criminal case by their carelessness and fault. A plan has to remain to protect them when they do violence to the life and health of a people inevitably. This paper examines the plan can protect them through the analysis and application of related Law about rescuer's work which can be Criminal Law Problem, presents rational establish plan of Rescuer Protect Law to make them their job well as a rescuer.

지난 4월 국내 도입계획이 발표 되었던 '타이어효율등급제도'와 관련하여 지식경제부에서는 6월 15일자로 '자동차용 타이어의 에너지소비효율 측정 및 등급기준 표시 등에 관한 규정'으로 입안예고(지경부 공고 제2011-303호)하였다. 동 제도는 관련업계의 의견 수렴 및 반영을 거쳐 금년 8월 중으로 고시될 것으로 보인다. 본고는 상기 입안예고 주요내용을 정리한 것이다.

표준화재실험에서 구조물의 파괴되는 시각에 의한 정규화된 열하중의 개념을 이용한 화재시험과 실화재에서 건물부재의 성능을 상호 관련시키는 방법은 실화재의 파괴가능성을 결정짓는 6개의 입력변수와 관련시킬 수 있다. 이 기술은 어떤 규정된 수준의 파괴 확률을 성취하기 위하여 요구된 내화성에 관한 정보를 제공한다.

Software Development Security is defined as a sequential procedure such as deleting potential security vulnerability for secure software development, designing or implementing various functions with considering security, and so on. In this paper, we research on domestic or international hacking cases that could damage us mentally or financially. Seventy five percent of Web-site attacks abuses weak points of application programs, or software. We also research on major issues related to software development security with these demerits. And then, we propose public and private laws, regulations, or systems and give some examples with detailed descriptions.

The command control system, like the human brain and nervous system, is a linker that connects the Precision Guided Missile(PGR) in information surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and is the center of combat power. In establishing the future command and control system, the ROK military should consider not only technical but also institutional issues. The US Department of Defense establishes security policies, refines them, and organizes them into architectural documents prior to the development of the command and control system. This study examines the security architecture applied to the US military command control system and analyzes the current ROK military-related policies (regulations) to identify security requirements for the future control system. By grouping the identified security requirements, this study identifies and presents field-specific enhancements to existing security regulations.

This research employed a comparative legal analysis to explore the rules of CISG, Incoterms 2010, Chinese Contract Law, and Korean Civil Act with precedent researches and present customs in the international sale of goods. The results of this study show that there are some differences in the provisions of seller's delivery obligation to those regulations, such as the time and place of delivery goods, the conformity of goods on the contract, and delivery of documents. Therefore, the parties of contract, especially between Korean and Chinese traders, must be aware of the differences in the provisions of those selected regulations in order to reduce disputes between them, out of or in relation to or in connection with their sales contract.

Process safety management(PSM) system was implemented in Korea since 1996. It helps reduce and prevent the occurrence of chemical accidents. There has been no review on the feasibility of the threshold quantities of the existing 21 species and the newly added toxic substances such as hydrogen bromide in the PSM system. The threshold quantities of the target toxic substances(25 species) of PSM were compared with domestic and foreign PSM systems similar to those of Korea. Also, we proposed the toxic harmfulness and hazard equation consisted of inhalation toxicity, NFPA index and others. According to this equation, high risk, medium risk and low risk are classified and reflected in the adjustment of threshold quantities. From the above research, It is expected to help to reduce confusion and burden of the workplaces due to the difference from other PSM system and improve in the threshold quantities.
