Effect of PDA Guide Service on Users' Involvement, Satisfaction, and Reuse Intention -Focused on PDA Guide Service in Gyeongbokgung- (PDA를 활용한 안내서비스가 이용객의 몰입, 만족 및 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -경복궁의 PDA안내서비스를 중심으로-)

  • Due to IT(information technology) development, various ITs have been applied to tourism. Since June 2010, PDA guide service was launched in Kyungbok palace. This study tried to find how effectively the service is operated by comparing flow, satisfaction and reuse intention of PDA users with those of who have received guide service by professional interpreter. The result indicates that those who have received professional interpretation showed to be more involved, satisfied and have more intention to reuse. The paper explored the composing factors of PDA guide service, which are 'interpretation', 'design', 'ease of use', and 'stability of operation'. Among these factors, interpretation was analyzed to be only factor what affects users' involvement and also most influential attribute explaining users' satisfaction and reuse intention. 'Interpretation', 'stability' and 'ease of use' are shown to have impact on satisfaction, while 'interpretation' and 'stability' have significant effect on users' reuse intention of PDA guide service. The operational implications from these results are suggested.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of tourism complex and to apply IoT-based integrated management system to tourism complex to improve the utilization and management of tourism complex. Tourists need various information to take the lead in tourism activities, and all of these necessary information is collected through various routes such as information of the Internet, travel agencies, newspapers, and surrounding experiences. Recently, information provision through the Internet has taken a large part due to the development of information technology, and systems that combine IoT technology are being constructed. This is because the popularization of IoT technology improves the diversity, accessibility and convenience of information and makes it convenient to use. The purpose of this study is to suggest the importance of tourism information service using IoT-based system and future research directions. The previous studies on IoT-based system construction were also reviewed considering the efficiency of IoT technology. In order to solve the problems of tourism complex, this study improved the IoT-based tourism complex operation system and conducted operation management. IoT-based management system is expected to be improved as a tourism complex platform and is expected to be improved by overall management cases and experiences.

  • In recent years, the convergence of IT and IT sightseeing tour has emerged as a fusion of academic disciplines in the future. Convergence study of social data analysis, raising the heat. Social Network Services (SNS) being utilized in many areas of marketing and to apply the case study is also increasing. This study is based u-smart tourist information systems for mobile learning content design. This is the pattern of things in the template library for things to increase the effectiveness of the learning content to mobile learning content to be converted to a. Design of mobile learning content using u-smart things smart phone app (App) and XMI to go through the design process of utilizing the heat. Future through the design process by implementing a mobile learning content to meet information quality tourist information content to create mobile learning content and learning things that can be content to live it up advantage.

  • Recently, many interests in the economic contribution of performing arts for the city's tourist attractions have been increasing, and the policy projects supporting surtitle for foreign tourists are expanding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance process of subtitle systems using the TAM(Technical Acceptance Model) to understand the influential relations of factors affecting the viewing of the performance of subtitling service by foreign tourists. Data for empirical analysis were collected in a survey of foreign tourists who had experienced performance subtitles with smart pads in three languages. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the information system quality of the performance subtitles, the higher the perceived usefulness of the subtitles. Second, for Korean performances, the decreasing level of both the performance-based risk and the psychological risk has a positive influence on the viewing intent. But, the decreasing level of the financial risk has a negative influence on the viewing intent. Third, the decreasing level of performance risk has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness, while the decreasing level of psychological risk has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness. Finally, the psychological risk has the moderating effect of the viewing intention, which it has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness.

  • Recently, tourism industry is on the trend of expanding its activity arena, boosted by revitalization of regional economy and reorganization of urban environment, undertaken for the purpose of place marketing. However, Korea has not been able to develop a variety of tourism itineraries that can attract the interest of tourists because most tourism resources are isolated with single function. This constraint has prevented tourism industry in Korea from attaining competitiveness. In attempting to overcome this constraint, this study seeks to develop tourism itineraries by constructing and utilizing database on historical and cultural tourism resources based on the case of Kangneung City. Through the construction of information system on historical and cultural resources and tourism support facilities, optimal tourism itineraries that take into account maintenance conditions, types, values, lodging availabilities and accessibility of tourism resource areas can be developed. Moreover, it is expected that this information system will have a high level of usage in the future, for it can provide a wide range of tourism services on the internet and education materials as well as facilitate resources management.

  • A chatbot is a responsive chatting program that can communicate with people through text or voice. 'Siri' and 'Bixby' installed in smartphones are also representative artificial intelligences that use the chatbot system. With the rapid development of chatbots, users in various fields have also begun to pay attention to the food service industry. As machine learning technology developed, it became possible to use more flexible conversations, and it soon expanded to the realm of education. Userㄴs interact through conversations with chatbots, and active interactions stimulate users' desires and at the same time have a positive effect on learning motivation. Recommendation system programs using chatbots not only recommend products according to users' preferences, but also provide various additional information. This study planned a program that combined the chatbot system and tourism service. The chatbot curator will develop into a form of inducing interest and curiosity to users through learning, and then facilitating the desire for tourism. The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for a chatbot curator based on previous studies.

  • 최근 유무선 인터넷의 급성장과 유비쿼터스라는 용어의 등장으로 새로운 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 수반한 유. 무선 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 분야 중 실시간 여행정보 서비스 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 여행정보 서비스는 각 시,도 구청에서 운영하고 있는 관광안내소에서의 인적 서비스, 책이나 팜플렛 등에 의한 문헌정보 서비스, 인터넷 홈페이지를 통한 웹 서비스로 분류되어 있다. 그러나 이러한 여행정보들을 이용하려면 사용자가 스스로 여행안내 책자나 인터넷에 접속하여 자신에 맞는 정보를 스스로 검색하여야 하므로 실시간 여행정보를 받아보기란 어려웠다. 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 실시간 여행정보 서비스 시스템은 기존 여행정보 서비스의 문제점을 보안하고 통합하여 사용자의 요건에 맞는 여행정보를 정확한 시간, 정확한 장소로 실시간 서비스 해 주는 것을 목적으로 한다.
