  • Concomitant with development of AR(Augmented Reality) and VR(Virtual Reality), interest in location based games and augmented reality have increased and various services have been developed. Due to this, AR, VR, MR(Merged Reality) techniques are considered one of fourth industrial revolution techniques. Oculus Rift which is representative of VR technology, and HTC VIVE need separate controllers, and don't offer service such as receiving external video information when users are using devices. In the case of project Alloy, which is a MR device of Intel, this has advantages such as controlling devices through hand signals and facial expressions, and receiving external video information. In this paper, we propose tourist guide system based on current position using MR. This system makes economical tour possible by arranging tourist attraction information which is from current position of tourists in correct places through external video information using MR, location determination using GPS, tourism information search using wireless internet.

  • In this paper, by using geofencing technology to set the area you want to move tourists. Geofence set of tourists in the region enters the smartphone by sending e-mail or SMS alarm to display a detailed map of the area to visit assistance. When you arrive at the destination of the museum exhibits or exhibits to the NFC tag attached to each corresponding to a web server for a detailed description of the exhibits from the get-down. Multimedia content using an existing exhibits described. Media of exhibition space and the interaction between the visitors tour guide system capable was built.

  • This paper introduces TIGS(Touring Information Guidance System) which provides information of the southwestern area of korea with faster access time than the human service. This system is designed specifically for a traveler. This TIGS provides tourists the informations such as destination, current map information, touring courses according to schedules, traffic information and lodging information. furthermore, this system is implemented with touchscreen for the user to apply easily. The shortest path algorithm is applied to schedule the touring courses to refute the time and the cost. The map is raster manner to represent southwestern area of korea instead of vectorial manner. If this developed system should be established in the public space such as station, airport, and bus station, touring will be more comfortable, the total income will more increase. Also, this system can be easily applied to different local area.

  • 에어비앤비, 우버택시 등과 같이 공유경제 패러다임을 반영한 새로운 차원의 서비스 비즈니스의 확산은 IT기술을 기반으로 하는 스마트 네트워크 보급에 다른 제품의 서비스화가 일반화되었기 때문이다. 공유경제라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 제품 공유와 관련된 서비스 시스템의 디자인 응용을 연구하는 것은 갈수록 중요해지고 있으며, 공유경제를 기반으로 하는 서비스 디자인이 스마트 네트워크와 융합을 통해 자원 활용을 높이고 낭비를 줄이며, 사용자의 다양한 생활 체험과 가치 있는 수요를 보장해줄 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스 디자인에 관한 문헌 정리와 디자인 실무를 통해 고찰한 서비스 디자인 개념을 바탕으로, 부산을 방문하는 외국인 고객을 대상으로, 예측하기 힘든 특수한 날씨환경에서 우산 사용에 대한 사용자의 니즈와 수요를 조사하고 분석하여, 보다 개선되고 창의적인 "공유우산 서비스 디자인 모형"을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서비스 디자인 방법과 원칙에 따라 우산을 공유하는 서비스 시스템의 목표고객, 접점을 분석한 후, 외국인 관광객을 위한 서비스 시스템의 서비스 청사진을 만들고 우산공유 시스템 구축과 실무적용을 위한 서비스 전략을 제시할 계획이다.

  • It is widely recognized that tourism information can be defined as useful and reliable reference which significantly influences the traveler's decision making. As the tourism organizations with online network, along with information system offer an array of information to the public, the passengers more frequently seek and search needed information via internet. However, currently existing tourism contents are mainly designed for suppliers, being viewed by customers perspective, those contents do not reflect the clients inquiries and needs. With the advent of consumer based technology and favorable environment, current tourism-related web sites show some changes from tourism suppliers to User-Created Contents(UCC). The major purpose of this research is to identify the tourism contents provided by both supplier and tourists themselves. Additionally, this paper also indicates research issues for further study.

  • Bluetooth 4.0 is the most appropriate technology for Internet of Things, which can be used to enhance and expand the existing areas and areas with a variety of applications. In this paper, an example of the services of the Internet of Things, we developed a tour guide system using the Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi sensor technology. iBeacon-based push service have been limited to iOS smart phone series, non-iOS family and lower version of iOS 6 smart phones can not receive push-based services. This paper proposed in iBeacon and WiFi sensor is more than tourists, while maintaining the existing system (non-iOS smartphone users) can provide the service to you. Service tourist information as well as that can provide the advertising associated with the service. With 10 kinds of smart phones used in Korea was the experiment on the MAC information collected. This experiment is to track the behaviour of tourists in history can provide customized services can be based. Tourist destinations as well as amusement parks, resorts, etc. If you want to apply this system in a crowded place for user behavior information-gathering feature views over the a prevention of a missing child features such as notifications, risk, prevention is possible for a variety of applications.

  • 도서관문화 12월호에서는 <2004년도 국정감사와 '도서관'>이라는 주제로 두가지 자료를 정리해 보았다. 첫째는 2004년 10월 4일(문화관광부회의실)과 10월 22일(국회 문화관광위원회회의실)에서 있었던 문화관광부 본부에 대한 2004년도 국정감사의 회의록 중 '도서관' 또는 '독서'와 관련된 발언들만 발췌하여 정리한 것이며, 둘째는 국회 문화관광위원회 위원들이 문화관광부와 국립중앙도서관에 보낸 서면질의와 이에 대한 각 기관의 답변을 요약한 것이다. 법률을 입안하고 제정하며 이에 따른 정책을 추진하는 국회와 정부가 '도서관'에 대해 어떤 인식을 가지고 있는지 알아볼 수 있는 자료가 되었으면 한다. 첫번째 자료는 국회 홈페이지 '국정감사시스템'에 공개된 회의록을 이용했으며, 두번째 자료는 문화관광부 문화정책과와 국립중앙도서관 도서관정책과에서 제공해 주었다. 자료 제공에 감사드린다. 아울러 2004년도 국정감사 자료집으로 발행된 '학교도서관정책자료집'(유기홍 의원과 학교도서관문화운동네트워크 공동)과 '장애인도서관서비스 관련 정책제안 자료집'(정병국 의원)도 참고해 볼 만하다.

  • Modem society is an information society. This study analyzed the present state of marine information system and the analytical framework showing the study about if it is possible to construct marine information network and marine information system service. The results of this study is as follow: First, developing and complete stage, marine informations organization must be constructed. Second, the marine information policy in future must be able to unify all the areas. Third, the marine information system in future must be able to unify all the information systems. fourth, marine information systems must consist of marine-travel area, fisheries area, marine industry area, port area.
