A study on antecedents of relationship strength in a B2B environment: Focusing on export manufacturing corporations (B2B 관계강화에 영향을 미치는 선행요인에 관한 연구: 수출 제조기업을 중심으로)

  • Nowadays to thrive on the intensively competitive environments based on drastic and rapid technical evolutions, exporting manufacturing companies need to keep very stable relationship with suppliers. Thus, analyzing key factors of strengthening relationship with suppliers in a B2B environment is important. In this regard, this study develops a research model to deeply understand key antecedents of relationship strength between B2B companies. Relationship quality was considered as the key factor affecting to the relationship strength. This study considers relationship satisfaction, trust, and relationship commitment as the factors of relationship quality. Moreover, technical service quality and relational service quality were considered to be the antecedents of relationship satisfaction, while communication and information exchange, relationship policies and practices, and opportunistic behavior were regarded as the antecedents of trust. The PLS method was applied for the empirical analysis of 107 companies data. The results indicated that the relationship commitment has a significant impact on relationship strength. Moreover, relationship satisfaction and trust had indirectly impact on relationship strength through relationship commitment. Although the quality of technical service quality had a significant impact on relationship satisfaction, relational service quality did not have a significant impact. While communication and information exchange, relationship policies, and practices had positively significant impacts, opportunistic behavior had a negative impact.

  • The objective of this study is to suggest the measures for providing the personalized recommendation service, by analyzing the effects of personalized recommendation service of OTT service on the relationship strength and customer loyalty, and also to verify the differences in meanings of personalized recommendation service in accordance with the type of contents. In the results of this study, the personalized recommendation service has significant effects on the customer loyalty with the mediation of relationship strength, and in accordance with the type of contents mainly used by customers, there are differences in the effects of personalized recommendation service on the customers. Personalized recommendation service could be used as a tool for strengthening the relationship by inducing the commitment, which could improve the customer loyalty. When the contents have more active communications with customers, personalized recommendation service could largely contribute to the improvement of loyalty.

  • 철근콘크리트 보에 대해서 인장강화효과의 소성힌지길이를 고려한 재료비선형 해석을 수행하였다. 비선형 해석에서 자유도가 많은 대형구조물에 적용시키기에는 많은 제약이 따르는 복잡한 층상해석기법을 사용하는 대신 단면해석을 통해 미리 구성된 모멘트-곡률 관계를 이용하였으며, 유한요소해석에서 사용요소의 크기에 따른 수치해석상의 오차를 줄이기 위해 인장강화효과와 소성힌지길이 개념을 도입하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 해석 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 해석결과와 실험결과간의 상호 관계를 비교, 분석하였다.

Effective Utilization of Domain Knowledge for Relational Reinforcement Learning (관계형 강화 학습을 위한 도메인 지식의 효과적인 활용)

  • Recently, reinforcement learning combined with deep neural network technology has achieved remarkable success in various fields such as board games such as Go and chess, computer games such as Atari and StartCraft, and robot object manipulation tasks. However, such deep reinforcement learning describes states, actions, and policies in vector representation. Therefore, the existing deep reinforcement learning has some limitations in generality and interpretability of the learned policy, and it is difficult to effectively incorporate domain knowledge into policy learning. On the other hand, dNL-RRL, a new relational reinforcement learning framework proposed to solve these problems, uses a kind of vector representation for sensor input data and lower-level motion control as in the existing deep reinforcement learning. However, for states, actions, and learned policies, It uses a relational representation with logic predicates and rules. In this paper, we present dNL-RRL-based policy learning for transportation mobile robots in a manufacturing environment. In particular, this study proposes a effective method to utilize the prior domain knowledge of human experts to improve the efficiency of relational reinforcement learning. Through various experiments, we demonstrate the performance improvement of the relational reinforcement learning by using domain knowledge as proposed in this paper.

  • 기존의 심층 강화학습은 상태, 행동, 정책 등을 모두 벡터 형태로 표현하는 강화학습으로서, 학습된 정책의 일반성과 해석 가능성에 제한이 있고 영역 지식을 학습에 효과적으로 활용하기도 어렵다는 한계성이 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 제안된 새로운 관계형 강화학습 프레임워크인 dNL-RRL은 상태, 행동, 그리고 학습된 정책을 모두 논리 서술자와 규칙들로 표현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 dNL-RRL을 기초로 공장 내 운송용 모바일 로봇의 제어를 위한 행동 정책 학습을 수행하였으며, 학습의 효율성 향상을 위해 인간 전문가의 사전 영역 지식을 활용하는 방안들을 제안한다. 다양한 실험들을 통해, 본 논문에서 제안하는 영역 지식을 활용한 관계형 강화학습 방법의 학습 성능 개선 효과를 입증한다.

  • 최근 건설현장에서는 안전사고 예방을 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있지만 전 산업에서 건설업 재해율은약 50%로 여전히 높은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 중대재해처벌법 시행(22년 1월 27일)과 4차산업 발달에 따른 IOT기반 안전관리 등 안전규제와 안전관리기술이 현장에 적용되고 있지만 건설현장 안전관리의 접점에 있는 실무자 및 근로자가 실효성 있게 안전관리활동을 하고 실질적으로 안전행동을 강화시키는 안전사고 예방적 안전관리가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장에서 시행되고 있는 안전보건활동, 안전교육, 안전행동강화, 안전성과와의 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 제시하고 관계 분석하였다. 건설현장 실무자 및 근로자의 설문조사 데이터를 구조방정식에 적용하여 관계를 분석한 예측결과, 분석결과에 의해 검증된 가설이 시사하는 부분을 해석하고, 가설검증을 기반으로 외생변수로부터 안전행동강화에 도달하는 경로를 탐색하고 주요 논점을 논의한다.

Latent Means Analysis of Perceived Stigma, Psychological Empowerment, Job Satisfaction According to the Working Hours among the Employed People with Mental Illness (취업 정신장애인의 근로시간 형태별 지각된 낙인감, 심리적 역량강화, 직무만족에 대한 잠재평균분석)

  • This study aimed to investigate the differences of perceived stigma, psychological empowerment, job satisfaction according to the working hours by latent means analysis(LMA). To get the results, a survey was conducted, targeting employed people with mental illness. Key outcomes of the analysis were as follows. First, it was verified that perceived stigma and job satisfaction, psychological empowerment had statistically meaningful direct relationships. Second, it was analyzed that psychological empowerment had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between perceived stigma and job satisfaction. Third, according to LMA, full-time group showed higher latent mean values on the perceived stigma and lower latent mean values on the job satisfaction. However, part-time group showed lower latent mean values on the psychological empowerment. Based in these results, comprehensive interventions for activating job satisfaction were proposed.

  • 섬유강화 복합재료의 계면 강도는 강화재와 메트릭스간의 계면특성, 강화용 섬유의 표면처리 및 섬유간의 거리 등에 많은 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 섬유간의 거리가 섬유강화 복합재료의 계면특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하기 위해, E glass fiber/epoxy 복합재료의 시험편을 제작하고, 섬유의 표면처리 및 섬유파괴가 이웃하는 섬유파괴에 영향을 미치는 거리에 대해 고찰하였다. E glass fiber/epoxy 복합재료의 계면 전단강도는 섬유간 거리 $0{\sim}50{\mu}m$ 사이에서는 섬유의 표면처리와는 관계없이 섬유간 거리가 증가할수록 증가하였고, 섬유간 거리 $50{\mu}m$ 이상에서는 섬유간거리에 관계없이 계면전단강도는 일정하였다.

A Study on the Empowerment Experience of Parents in Poverty -An Example of Parents Participating in the We Start Program- (빈곤부모의 역량강화 경험 연구 -위스타트 사례관리 대상 부모를 중심으로-)

  • This study intends to investigate the empowerment experience of parents in poverty with a specific focus on those who participated in the We Start case management program. Focus group and individual interviews were conducted to collect the data. Study results are as follows. First, the empowerment stages were found to be 'being isolated and powerless at a dead-end', 'solving the problem together while receiving attention and respect', 'raising children with hope', and 'actively engaging with the world'. Second, the meaning of empowerment for parents in poverty was 'actively engaging with the world by raising children with hope'. Third, the results of empowerment were improved self-efficacy, improved relationships with children, improved cooperative relationship with the service provider, and participation in self-help groups and volunteer activities in the community. Fourth, empowerment process started through the 'development of trust relationship with service provider and getting help', and 'change in children.' Fifth, active formation of relationships with help professionals and provision of correct information facilitated parents' empowerment. Based on the study results, several suggestions were made for practitioners to empower parents in poverty.

농촌관광 관계마케팅의 고객만족에 대한 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 관계를 검증하는 것이다. 관계마케팅은 장기적 시각에서 고객요구 및 필요를 충족시킬 수 있는 제품 및 서비스를 제공하고 고객과의 관계를 강화시키는 것에 초점을 맞추고 있는 개념이다. 국가의 지원에 의존하던 과거 프레임을 벗어나 농촌관광이 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 관계마케팅의 강화가 무엇보다 필요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 농촌관광 방문고객을 대상으로 설문한 자료를 기초로 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 고객만족 간의 인과관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌관광의 실행요인들 중 고객화, 전문성, 커뮤니케이션, 유대는 고객만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 표준화계수의 크기를 기초로 판단할 때 유대, 커뮤니케이션, 고객화, 전문성 순으로 중요한 것으로 나타났다.
