A Structural Analysis of Adult Learners' Lifelong Education Consciousness, Participation Motivation, Learning Outcome (성인학습자의 평생교육의식, 참여동기, 학습성과에 관한 구조적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural of adult learners' lifelong education consciousness, participation motivation, learning outcome. The subjects were 319 adult learners who participated in the courses of the lifelong learning in 5 districts of Daejeon. The research results are as follows. First, adult learners' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their learning outcome. Second, adult learners' consciousness of lifelong education had positive effects on their participation motivation. Third, participation motivation had positive effects on their learning outcome. Forth, participation motivation had mediating effect between consciousness of lifelong education and learning outcome. Consciousness of lifelong education and participation motivation were verified as factors that affect learning outcome directly. These results can be used to change the consciousness of lifelong education, and to participation motivation potential learners to participate in lifelong learning. Finally this process will improve their learning outcome. The study is meaningful to provide possibility to enlarge participation opportunities for lifelong learning.

The Effects of online shopping mall Usage Motives in e-commerce on Repurchase Intention: Centered on international Chinese students (온라인 쇼핑몰의 이용동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국 유학생을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the influence of online shopping motives on repurchase intentions with Chinese students studying in South Korea. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 255 Chinese students studying abroad. The SPSS 23.0 analysis clarified the structural relationship between the online shopping mall's motivation and customer satisfaction, and repurchase intentions. First, in the motivation of online shopping, product perception, customer service and shopping experience have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, in the motivation of use, product perception, customer service, and shopping experience have a positive impact on repurchase intentions. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. The results show that the motivation of using online shopping for Chinese students in South Korea is an important factor affecting satisfaction and repurchase intentions. In future research, further research is needed according to the type of online shopping mall.

Impact of Organizational Member's Positive Feedback on their Job Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Intrinsic Motivation and the Moderating Role of LMX (조직구성원의 긍정피드백이 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 내적 동기부여의 매개효과와 LMX의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how positive feedback affects job satisfaction and empirically validate, in the process, the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of LMX. For this study, data was gathered on 345 out of total 396 members of domestic organizations in various industries, on whom we conducted a survey, and we reviewed the validity of our survey by means of confirmatory factor analysis, performed based on SPSS 25.0 AMOS 25.0, and confirmed correlations, and mediating and moderating roles existing among variables using Process Macro 3.0. As a result, it was verified that organizational members' positive feedback positively affects their intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that organizational member's intrinsic motivation has a positive influence on job satisfaction and positive mediation effect exists between them. Also, LMX has a positive moderating role for positive feedback and intrinsic motivation, and organizational member's intrinsic motivation revealed that it has a LMX-moderated positive mediation effect on positive feedback and job satisfaction. The implications of these findings are first, positive feedback, an issue these days in corporate organizations, produces intrinsic motivation of organization members and raises their job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational members' intrinsic motivation is triggered by their leader's positive feedback when they are more in a good relationship. Lastly, given that job satisfaction of organizational members matters for organizational performance and human resource development, we can get a practical implication that we should nurture the capabilities of a leader through various education methods as we must provide an adequate positive feedback as one of the multiple ways that help improving the job satisfaction of organizational members.

The Effect of the Entrepreneurial Motivation in Women Entrepreneurs on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction Mediated by Entrepreneurial Orientation and Commitment to Start-up (여성창업자의 창업동기가 기업가지향성과 창업의지를 매개로 창업만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine their influential relations between the start-up motivation and entrepreneurial satisfaction of women entrepreneurs mediated by entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to start-up. An empirical analysis of the 386 questionnaires collected by the cosmetics store entrepreneurs located in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces were conducted in this study. Mediator effect use the comparison by correspondence with total effect, direct effect, indirect effect inclusive of characteristic indirect effect. To achieve the research goal, this study were analyzed on the cornerstone of combination of parallel serial mediation models with entrepreneurial orientation and commitment to start-up as mediator variable. The following is the results verified through this study. First, Rewards motivation had the significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial satisfaction in total effects of X on Y and direct effects of X on Y. Second, Achievement motivation had the positive effects on entrepreneurial satisfaction in characteristic indirect effects of X on Y. Third, Environment motivation had the significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial satisfaction in total effects of X on Y and direct effects of X on Y. Fourth, The entrepreneurial orientation and the commitment to start-up between the start-up motivation and entrepreneurial satisfaction in women entrepreneurs had the serial mediation effects. I discussed theoretical and empirical implications with these findings and described the future research.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the effect of the Culture and Education Activities on the psychological well-being Convergence Formation of the Elderly. This study is based on the quantitative research of 255 older adults who have participated on the Culture and Education Activities programs run by welfare center and culture center for the elderly at Seoul area. The results are as follows. First, social Goal-Oriented and Activities-Oriented have effect on Life- Satisfaction. Second, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Self-Efficacy. Third, Activities-Oriented and Learning-Oriented has effect on Participation-Attitude. Fourth, but relations of the Learning-Oriented and Life-Satisfaction, Goal-Oriented and Self-Efficacy, Goal-Oriented and Participation-Attitude were independent of each other. This study can be use to propose policies related to the elderly welfare promotion.

The Effects of Problem-Based Learning on Self-Regulated Learning Ability in LIS Education: Based on Cognitive and Motivational Components (문헌정보학 교육에서 문제기반학습법 적용이 자기조절학습능력 향상에 미치는 효과 - 인지적·동기적 구성요소를 중심으로 -)

  • This study investigated how Problem-Based Learning method effects on students' Self-Regulated Learning Strategies especially for the LIS education. For this purpose, the differences in students' self-regulated learning strategies were examined as a pre and a post survey using the same questionnaire. Correlation between cognitive and motivational self-regulated learning strategies was examined, and the details of the SRL's sub-components were measured to see the effects of Problem-based learning. Statistical significance using the paired sample t-test were also conducted. The results revealed that Problem-based learning is effective in improving students' cognitive motivational self-regulated learning and found out the possibilities for a follow-up study for motivational self-regulated learning.

  • In this paper, the performance of DS/SS acquisition system over frequency nonselective Rician fading channel is analyzed by means of packet loss probability. The power ratio of the fading component to the specular compnent. seccessive constant fadong chips k. and correlation coefficient among k chipe are taken for channel parameters. The false alarm probabilities and detection probabilities are derived, and packet loss probability is evaluated in terms of these probablities in the stats transition diagram. From the results of the performance test, these exists the region of packet loss probability in crease because of autocorrelation sidelobe. As k increases, the packet loss probabolotoes decrease.

  • This paper analyzed motivations of early adaptor students in using G-Learning. Also, it has tested academic effectiveness in G-Learning process. As a result, it has found that early adaptor students prefer G-Learning for social relationship, following the trend and showing off to their colleagues. Furthermore, the students showed high academic motivation, which made them taking high performance in their subject.

  • QoS(Quality of Service)측면에서 멀티미디어 응용 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 멀티미디어 통신은 여러 가지 요구사항을 지원하여야 한다. 연속적으로 생성된 미디어의 시간적인 관계를 유지하면서 재생시킬 수 있는 동기화 메커니즘은 무엇보다도 중요한 문제이다. 전달되는 매체를 공동으로 사용하기 때문에 트래픽의 폭주시, 지역적으로 멀리 떨어져 있는 경우에는 지연의 현상이 발생하게된다. 본 논문에서는 지연에 의해 발생되는 지연지터에 대하여 완충역할을 할 수 있는 최소 버퍼크기를 제시하였다. 주문형멀티미디어서버(MOS)의 경우 각 미디어 별로 서버에 저장하여 서비스하는 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이것은 네트워크의 부하를 줄일 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 이러한 데이터의 경우 클라이언트에서 어느 정도의 지터를 예상하여 버퍼의 크기를 갖고 있어야 하는 문제는 아직도 큰 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 본 논문은 버퍼의 크기 및 재생에 관한 동기화 시점을 조정함으로서 버퍼의 오버플로우나 언더플로우의 현상을 방지하고자 한다. 제안한 기법은 기존의 기법보다 향상된 동기화 기법임을 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

The Role of Motives, Flow, and Social Influence in Attitude and Purchase Intention to Emoticons (이모티콘 사용동기, 플로우, 사회적 영향력이 이모티콘 사용태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • In recent year, graphic emoticons in MIM(Mobile Instant Messenger) play an important role not as a valuable communication methods, but as main business model for MIM service providers. Although the graphic emoticons in MIM are regarded as a commercial product, there has been little systematic research reflecting consumers' perspectives. In order to fill this theoretical and practice gap, the study is designed to explore the structural relationships among emoticon use motives, attitude, and purchasing intention to emoticons in context of MIM. The results showed that emoticon use motives in MIM were composed of two main factors, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. And we also verified that both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment positively impact flow in communication with using emoticons and social influence. Lastly, flow and social influence were positively related to attitude toward using emoticons and attitude also was related to purchase intention to emoticons in MIM, positively. However, flow and social influence did not have a positive influence on purchase intention to emoticons directly. The implications and limitations of this study are also discussed.
