This study investigated the effects of music and actor evaluation on musical watching intention by performing a survey on 187 undergraduate and graduate students in Korea and China. Controlling respondents' gender, major, interests on arts, annual number of musicals attended and musical participation motivation grouped by music and actor, we found three things. First, a high evaluation of music and actor leads to high watching intention. Second, when a person is motivated by music, high evaluation on music increases the watching intention, but this is not the case for the actor. Third, Chinese people do not show any interaction effects of watching motivation between musical evaluation and watching intention. In conclusion, people are found to have a greater musical watching intention when they are motivated by music and evaluate high on music, rather than when they are motivated by the actor and evaluate high on actor. Also, the differential effects of evaluation on the musical do not exist in China, where a different musical participation culture prevails.

In this paper, the timing estimator based on the principle of the best linear unbiased estimator (BLUE) is proposed in OFDMA uplink systems. The proposed timing estimator exploits the phase information of the differential correlation between adjacent subcarriers. The differential correlation can extract the information about timing offset and mitigate the distortion of the signal caused by the frequency selectivity of channel. Compared with conventional methods, the proposed estimator shows more accurate capability in estimation. In addition, the estimator is hardly affected by the distortion caused by the frequency selectivity of channel. Simulation results confirm that the proposed estimator shows a small error mean and a relatively small error variance. In addition, the performance of the estimator is evaluated by means of SNR loss. It is shown by simulations that the SNR loss of the proposed estimator by estimation errors is less than 0.4 dB for the SNR values between 0 and 20 dB. This might indicate that the proposed estimator is suitable for the timing synchronization of multiple users in OFDMA uplink systems.

As the use of social media has gained mainstream popularity, concerns on the particulars of the users' motivation and method of use is on the rise. Under uses and gratifications approach, this study analyzes the use behaviors in Kakao-story, Facebook, and Twitter, and analyzes the changes in the perception of social support by the users of the media. Data was analyzed from 240 online questionnaire surveys. The study finds that the frequency of use of social media differs depending upon the personality of the users and their purpose of use, both of which also influence their type of use. It also finds that frequent use of social media increased the users' perception of social support, whereas their type of use had no effect with such perception. Communication behavior through social media seem to increase perception of social support.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and psychological well-being on academic achievement among nursing college students. The subjects included college students in various cities. A total of 199 students were analyzed in the study. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings show that behavioral strategy, a subarea of self-leadership, self-motivation ability, a subarea of emotional intelligence, and autonomy and positive interpersonal relationship, two subareas of psychological well-being, had significant effects on their academic achievement and had an explanatory power of 13.0%. The study examined relationships between academic achievement and general characteristics and found differences in academic achievement according to gender and grade. Academic achievement had positive correlations with self-motivation ability, a subarea of emotional intelligence, behavioral strategy, a subarea of self-leadership, and autonomy and positive interpersonal relationship, two subareas of psychological well-being. In short, there is a need to develop programs that help nursing college students improve their behavioral strategy of self-leadership, self-motivation ability of emotional intelligence, and their autonomy and positive interpersonal relationship of psychological well-being, for high academic achievement.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between basic self - confidence and CPR - related factors and to investigate factors affecting CPR intention in nursing college students. Data were collected between January to March, 2018. Using SPSS(ver, 24.0), independent t-test, Pearson's correlation and logistic regression were used for the statistical analysis. Among the variables related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, there was a high correlation (r = .575~.738). In the case of AED use, there was a low correlation with self-confidence of core nursing skills, CPR confidence, proficiency, and self-efficacy (r = .163~.301). A moderate correlation (r = .415~453) was found between the variables related to core nursing skills and CPR related variabls. Logistic regression analysis showed that CPR Self-efficacy (OR=1.22, 95% CI: 1.07~1.38), and AED application Competency (OR=1.72, 95% CI: 1.09~2.75) are effect factors. Since there is a correlation with AED, which is the main tool in CPR, it is necessary to include not only the self - efficacy but also the use of AED which is closely related to CPR in the actual situation as an essential element of education.

The present study examined the relationships between work related flow (i.e., absorption, work enjoyment, and intrinsic work motivation) and role conflict causes (i.e., teacher's belief, teaching and interaction with young children, comradeship, relationships with parents, workload, supervision, and social awareness of the job). A canonical correlation analysis was performed on the data from a sample of 154 childcare teachers. The results are as follows (1) there was a reciprocal-causal relationship between teachers' role conflict causes and their work-related flow; (2) canonical function 1 showed that absorption and work enjoyment are strongly associated to a teacher's belief and supervision of conflict causes; and (3) canonical function 2 showed that intrinsic motivation has a relatively strong relationship with workload and supervision of conflict causes. It can be concluded that it is important for childcare teachers to have sufficient job resources to promote their flow at work. Further research is needed for investigation of teacher's flow at various conditions of work.

본 연구에서는 직장인의 관계갈등이 직무몰입 미치는 영향에 대해 마음챙김의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 이어지는지 서울·경기에 거주하고 있는 직장인을 대상으로 800부의 설문을 실시하여 분석에 사용하고자 한다. 현대사회 풍요로움의 시대이기도 하지만 시간적으로나 경제적으로 과도한 부담을 안고 살아가는 시대이기도 하다. 개인의 영역이 보호되기 위해 그 영역을 관리보호 해주는 조직체계가 생겨나고 유지 해주며 긴밀한 상호관계적 문명사회가 만드는 여러 스트레스가 발생 되고 있다. 불신감과 긴장상태는 정신적 에너지를 저하 시키고 심리적소진과 직무스트레스로 인한 직장 내 생활과 가정 생활영역에 모두 자리 잡게 되어가고 있으며, 관계적 팽창은 기업의 인적자원 활용에 부정적인 영향을 끼침과 동시에 근로자의 직장생활 몰입 동기부여를 떨어뜨려 장기적으로 업무능력과 기업의 경쟁력이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반 성인들이 살아가고 있는 직장에서 발생할 수 있는 문제와 직장인의 심리적 취약점으로 인한 심각한 문제들이 대두되고 있어 관계갈등과 조직몰입에 대한 마음챙김의 조절된 매개효과를 확인해보고자 한다 본 연구에서는 직장인의 관계갈등이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 마음챙김의 조절된 매개효과를 진행하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 직장 내 관계갈등의 문제를 효과적으로 예방교육 하는것과 마음챙김을 통한 조직몰입개선에 대한 효과와 방안 마련에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이며, 구체적 갈등 해결을 통한 기업 내 근무환경 개선과 근로자의 정서복지를 제공하는 정책과 연구와 관련된 구체적인 방안에 필요한 시사점을 도출하여 제시고자 한다.

This study explored the relationship between Police Officer's Job Motivation and Organizational Commitment. The Police officers' Job Motivation has been measured, and then how their Job Motivation affects Organizational Commitment has been examined. So, the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the human resource management plan and then to raise the organizational Commitment. The methodology used in this study is based largely on the motivation model. A Police Officer's Job Motivation Perception questionnaire comprises 4 categories; 'Responsibility and Service', 'Job Security', 'The reputation of police', and 'Aspiration for police work'. And Organizational Commitment. In the conclusion, policy implications for developing an effective recruitment strategy and Necessity of training program are discussed.
