Understanding Teacher-Child Relationships in a Classroom of 4 Year Olds Through Discourse Analysis (담론 분석을 통해 살펴본 4세 반 유아의 교사와의 관계 이해)

  • 본 연구에서는 유치원에서의 훈육과정을 관찰하고, 이에 대한 담론을 분석함으로써 교사와 학생간의 관계 형성 과정 및 유형에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 미국에 위치한 대학부속 유치원에 재학중인 만 4세 학생 32명과 지도교사와의 대화 내용을 녹음하였으며, 지도교사와의 심층면접도 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 교사-아동간의 관계 형성 유형은 크게 친밀, 독립, 갈등적 관계의 세 유형으로 구분되었으며, 대부분의 아동들은 교사와 친밀 또는 독립적 관계를 보였다. 단지 3명의 학생이 교사와의 갈등적 관계를 보였는데, 이는 교사의 차별적 처사 때문이 아니라 교사가 긍정적인 상호작용을 시도했음에도 불구하고 학생들이 교사의 암시적인 단서를 놓치거나 무시함에 따라 부정적 상호작용이 반복되면서 발생되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉 학생들의 미성숙한 사회적 기술로 인한 것이었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교사가 학생과의 갈등적 관계 형성 과정을 인지하고, 그들을 위해 명시적인 훈육방법을 제공해야할 필요성에 대해 제안하였다.

A Study on the Effect of Internal and External Control on the Relational Aggression's Perception of the Elderly in Care Facilities (내·외 통제성이 시설거주 노인의 관계적 공격성 인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Objective : This study is to know how the internal and external control of the elderly in care facilities affect the relational aggression's perception. Methods : I analyzed the internal and external control and the relational aggression's perception through a survey of the elderly in care facilities. For data collection, 148 of 165 questionnaires, excluding 17 questionnaires with missing questionnaire and middle-level abandonment, were used for the final analysis. Independent variables were the internal and external control, dependent variables were the relational aggression of negative and bullying behaviors, and controlled variables were general sociological characteristics of the elderly. Results : The results were as follows: First, there was a significant difference internal and external control depending on the length of a care facility. Second, there were significant differences in the recognition of relational aggression depending on the level of education, the period of admission, the presence of spouses, and the level of economy. Third, there was a significant difference in comparison of relational aggression perceptions according to internal and external control. Fourth, internal and external control affected the recognition of relational aggression. Conclusion : According to the demographic characteristics, there was a difference in the internal and external control and relational aggression perception of the elderly living in the facilities, and the internal and external control affected the level of relational aggression perception of the elderly in the facilities.

  • Relatively little research has been conducted in relation benefits factors. Existing works have been mostly theoretical, and have focused almost exclusively on the performance implications of relation benefits factors. The current study empirically tested the relationship between relation benefits Factors, Satisfaction, loyalty, and Worth of mouth in Service firms. Accordingly, this research conduct theoretical research on Relation Benefits and offer service corporate which is not familiar with relation benefit and service knowledge practical knowledge. Further, it suggest the company's pliability through an efficient customer relationship and practical way of Relation Benefits to them an efficient customer relationship.

The Mediation Effect Verification of Narcissistic Personality Traits and Schizophrenic Personality Traits on the Relationship between Smartphone Addiction and Relational Aggression of Middle School Girls (여중생의 스마트폰 중독과 관계적 공격성의 관계에서 자기애적 성향과 분열형 성격특성의 매개효과검증)

  • This study was conducted to examine the mediation effect of narcissistic personality traits and schizophrenic personality traits on the relationship between smartphone addiction and relational aggression of middle school girls. Data from 378 girls in Kyungki and Chungchoeng areas were analyzed. Main results were as follows. First, smartphone addiction showed significant positive correlations with narcissistic personality traits, schizophrenic personality traits and relational aggression. Both personality traits also showed positive relationship with relational aggression. Second, narcissistic personality traits fully mediated the relationship between smartphone addiction and reactive relational aggression. Third, schizophrenic personality traits partially mediated the relationship between smartphone addiction and relational aggression. Finally, clinical implications for adolescent girls at high risk of smartphone addiction and suggestions for future studies were discussed.

Automatic Acquisition of Ranked IS-A Relation from Unstructured Text (텍스트에서 IS-A 관계의 자동 추출 및 순위화)

  • 본 논문에서는 의존 구조 매칭과 약한 지도식 학습 방법을 적용하여 텍스트에서 IS-A 관계를 자동으로 추출하고 순위화하는 방법을 제안한다. 텍스트에서 잠재적인 IS-A 관계를 표현하는 [관계 표현, 하위어, 상위어]의 삼진관계 리스트를 추출하고, 관계 표현과 IS-A 관계 인스턴스, IS-A 관계 후보, 사이의 상호 관련성을 이용하여 각각의 점수를 반복적으로 정제한다. 제안한 방법의 대표적인 특징은 다음과 같다. 1) 의존 구조에 기반한 패턴 매칭 방법을 적용하여 정규 표현에 기반한 방법보다 다양한 형태의 삼진관계를 추출할 수 있고, 2) 도메인 코퍼스에서 통계적으로 추출한 어휘 사이의 관련성 정보를 이용하여 도메인에 적합한 IS-A 관계 인스턴스의 순위를 높일 수 있으며, 3) 관계 표현과 관계 인스턴스의 점수를 상호 관련성에 기반한 방법으로 반복적으로 점수화하여 IS-A 관계 인스턴스 사이의 변별력을 높일 수 있다. 실험에서 순위화된 관계 인스턴스는 전문가의 판단과 66%이상 일치함을 보였고, 의존 구조를 이용한 유연한 패턴 매칭 방법은 정규표현을 이용한 방법보다 43.6%의 추가적인 삼진관계를 추출하였다.

The Pattern of Labor Migration in Ansan and Their Local-Social Relationship (안산지역 이주노동자의 노동이주 유형과 지역-사회관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to shed light on the characteristics of the social relations of migrant workers in the Ansan area and the factors for the construction of those characteristics. The social relations of migrant workers in the Ansan area are affected by the Korean government's policy of EPS, a short-term rotation policy and its ban on the settlement of migrant workers. These workers are likely to form a temporary and bounded social relationship. The bounded social relationship of migrant workers to society is one of the major factors that put them in social poverty. Ethnic communities, support organizations for migrant workers, and local government agencies have assumed the task of helping build the network among migrant workers of various ethnic backgrounds as well as aiding their participation in local social activities. The status of a temporary resident is the prime reason for spatial exclusion and social poverty among migrant workers. To prevent the exacerbation of these phenomena, this study suggests that the government reconsider its short-term work permit policy for less skilled workers.

The Study on the Antecedents and Consequences of Relationship Quality between Customer and Influencer (고객과 인플루언서의 관계품질(Hot IRQ, Cold IRQ)의 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 연구)

  • This study examines the relationship between customer experience, customer-influencer relationship quality, and customer behaviors. This study employed questionnaire survey and collected 413 data. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method is used to test the hypotheses of the study. As a result of the study, it was found that among customer experiences, emotional experience had a greater effect on hot IRQ than cold IRQ, and cognitive experience had a greater effect on cold IRQ than hot IRQ. And it was found that hot IRQ had a greater effect on relationship retention intention than recommendation intention, and cold IRQ had a greater effect on recommendation intention than relationship maintenance intention. This study provides various implications both theoretically and practically by examining the relationship quality between customers and influencers.

The Relational Role of Customer Participation in Interaction Process (상호작용과정에서 고객참여의 관계적 역할)

  • Customer participation in the service encounter plays an important role in the interaction process. In addition, customer participation is affecting the development of relationships between customer-service provider. Previous researches revealed the role of customer participation through a fragmented and cross-sectional approach, however, given the dynamics of the relationship, it is necessary to identify the role of customer participation from a longitudinal perspective. In addition, it is necessary to determine the cause of the overlap between the antecedent variables and consequent variables. This study aims to identify the relational role of customer participation by clarifying how customer participation affects relationship development from a longitudinal perspective, focusing on trust and commitment variables which are keys to relationship marketing. The related role of customer participation is analyzed through a regression analysis through long-term data. The results of the study showed that commitment(t1) directly had a positive effect on customer participation. However, trust(t1) has been shown to have a direct positive effect on the sub-dimensions of customer participation, such as personal interaction and responsible behavior. Customer participation(t2) affected by this trust(t1) and commitment(t1) again turned out to have a positive effect on trust(t3) and commitment(t3). In conclusion, although customer participation is affected by the relational variables, it can be seen that customer participation is a major factor that can improve the relational variables again through the interaction process. For this reason, a service firm can seek to develop relationships with customers by drawing and utilizing their needs to exchange information and to interact in the service encounter.

금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 관계에 관한 제도론적 연구

  • 자본주의 경제체제에 있어서 금융시스템과 기업시스템은 경제시스템의 핵심을 구성하는 것으로서 경제의 효율성을 좌우한다. 중요한 것은 이 두 시스템은 국가의 경제적 기능과 함께 상호관련적으로 형성되고 전개되어 나간다는 점이다. 최근 세계 경제메카니즘의 변화에 따라 이들을 어떻게 재편성할 것인가 하는 것이 주요 관심대상으로 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 국가-금융-기업 시스템간의 시스템적 상호관련성에 유의하면서 거시적인 신제도 학파적 시각에서 그 관계의 틀을 고찰, 그 유형을 분류하여 보고 특히 금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 상호관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 제도론적 시각에서 볼 때 이 문제는 제도적 환경과 제도적 장치간의 체계적 관계를 규명하는 것으로서 궁극적으로 경제행위의 지배조정 메카니즘을 시장, 위계(조직), 네트워크 중 어느 방식에 중점을 둘 것인가와 관련된다. 구체적으로 볼 때 금융시스템에 있어서의 자본시장중심적 체계와 은행중심적 체계, 기업과 시장의 범위와 기업의 네트워크적 전개, 금융과 기업간 규율시스템에 있어서의 관계 둥은 모두 이러한 시각에서 일관적으로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이들의 상호관계를 유형화시켜보고 그 논리를 우리의 현실에 적용시켜 볼 때 국가의 기능조정을 바탕으로 시장규율하에서의 네트워크적 관계를 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

A study on the relational outcomes in franchise alliance: based on symmetric and asymmetric relationship in education service industry (프랜차이즈 제휴의 관계성과에 관한 연구: 교육서비스산업의 대칭적·비대칭적 관계를 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the relative effect of symmetric and asymmetric relationship between franchiser and franchisee on the relational outcome of franchise alliance in education industry. To verify the research model, 240 samples, which is related with eduction service, were collected, among which 200 were used for the analysis. The outcome suggests that the asymmetric relationship in an alliance negatively influenced the relational quality, among which asymmetric alliance-specific investments had the most significant effect. On the other hand, the relational quality was positively influenced when the alliance relationship was symmetric, especially when the interactional fairness was high. Furthermore, compared to foreign franchise, local franchise presented higher level of role and responsibility imbalance, along with higher likihood of franchisees' opportunistic behaviors.
