The Mediating Effect of Social Support in the Relationship between Self-Differentiation and Interpersonal Relationship (북한이탈청소년의 자아분화와 대인관계의 관계에서 사회적지지의 매개효과)

  • This study examined the influential relationship between self-differentiation, interpersonal relationships, and social support of adolescent North Korean defectors as well as the mediating effects of social support in the relationship between self-differentiation and interpersonal relationships. For this study, the participants were selected among student North Korean defectors aged between 9 and 24 years. With these participants, a survey was conducted from November 4 to December 14, 2019. Two hundred eighteen questionnaires were used in the analyses, which were conducted with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analyses yielded the following findings. The self-differentiation of the adolescent North Korean defectors had a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. The self-differentiation of adolescent North Korean defectors had a positive impact on social support, and the social support of adolescent North Korean defectors had a positive impact on interpersonal relationships. In the relationship between self-differentiation of adolescent North Korean defectors and their interpersonal relationship, social support had a mediating effect. This study showed that by improving the level of social support and self-differentiation of adolescent North Korean defectors, it would be possible to improve their interpersonal relationship issues.

Moderating Role of Customer-Firm Relationship Characteristics In Service Failures and Customer Defection Link (서비스실패와 고객이탈간 연결에서 고객-기업 관계특성의 조정적 역할 - 가구단위의 연속적 서비스를 중심으로 -)

  • As maintaining customer long term relationship is critical factor for improving to firm value as well as customer lifetime value, the academicians and practitioners have paid attention to customer defection. It is said that service failures are key factors to customer defection or customer switching(Keaveney 1995 etc.). This study examines that the effect on customer defection of service failures is differential according to the various customer-firms relationship characteristics. We consider relationship duration, usage level, decision making influence, industry knowledge and switching cost as customer-firm relationship characteristics based on marketing literature. Predictions are developed and tested using Internet service provider(ISP) user survey data(n=212). Results show that the customer-firms relationship characteristics/above variables) play a moderating roles in the service failures and customer defection links.

  • 급속히 성장하고 있는 Web Analytics 서비스는 기본적으로 인터넷 상에서 기업간의 거래를 전제로 하며 서비스를 이용하는 고객사의 입장에서는 웹분석 분야 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 한 형태이다. 본 연구는 이러한 거래적 특징들을 바탕으로 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 Web analytics 서비스 산업에서 고객사의 지속적 이용의도와 이에 영향을 주는 요인들 간의 관계를 실증연구를 통하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 서비스를 이용하는 고객회사들의 지속적 이용의 도는 동기적 요인인 만족도와 이탈억제 요인인 의존도가 동시에 고려됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, Web Analytics 서비스 산업에서 고객사의 만족도에 영향을 주는 품질 요인으로는 정보품질만이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 셋째, 거래상대방과의 관계에서 이탈이 고려될 때 이탈을 억제하는 역할을 수행하는 의존도 에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 관계가치, 전환비용, 서비스 이용기간이 의미 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 동기적 측면에서는 전환경험의 유무에 따라 시스템 품질과 공감성이 만족도에 미치는 영향관계가 다르게 나타났고, 이탈억제 측면에서는 전환경험의 유무에 따라 전환비용이 의존도에 미치는 영향관계에서 차이가 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 산업의 공정에서 자동화를 위한 Solution 개발에 초점을 두었다. Spec-out(불량)이 발생하였을 경우에 엔지니어가 원인을 분석하고 조치를 취하던 이전의 방식을 탈피하여 Expert Knowledge Base System의 On-Line방식으로 전환하고자 한다. 이러한 시스템을 구축하기 위해 공정과 계측간에 발생하는 파라메터들의 상관관계를 수학적으로 도출하였으며, 상관관계들을 이용하여 이탈 발생시 처리를 하기 위한 Rule을 구성하였다. 그리고 이 Rule들을 바탕으로 이탈발생의 원인을 분석하는 추론 시스템을 구성하여 즉각적이고 신속하게 처리를 하기 위한 이탈처리 분석 시스템을 구성하는 방법을 연구하였다.

The Effects of Relationship Quality on Customer Defection Following Salesperson Turnover: The Role of Relational Benefits and Switching Costs (영업사원-고객 간 관계의 질이 고객의 동반이탈에 미치는 영향: 관계혜택과 전환비용의 역할)

  • This research investigates the influence of relational characteristics on 'co-defection', customer defection following salesperson turnover, in the context of salesperson-customer relationship. Based on the social exchange theory, it was hypothesized that perceived relational benefits and switching costs affect directly the customer's intentions to defect. Key constructs in relationship marketing such as customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty were hypothesized to affect the customer's intention to defect as well as perceived relational benefits and switching costs. The results of structural equation modeling using a survey sample of 503 insurance customers who purchased life insurance policies through salespersons unveiled that the customer satisfaction with salesperson and the customer trust in salesperson strongly influence the salesperson-owned customer loyalty. However, they did not have significant direct effects on co-defection intentions. All paths from salesperson-owned customer loyalty to perceived relational benefits and perceived switching costs were also significant. Salesperson-owned customer loyalty did not have significant direct effects on co-defection intentions, but it had significant indirect effects on co-defection intentions through relational benefits and switching costs. Three sub-dimensions of perceived relational benefits had significant positive effects on co-defection intentions while the perceived switching costs had significant negative effects on co-defection intentions. The significance of our research findings were verified by comparing the hypothesized model and the rival model in the past studies.

  • In this study, we investigate how churn customers (who play a central connector or broker role) affect other customers' churn in their call networks with ego-network analysis using call data of a mobile telecom company in Korea. As a result of investigating Reciprocal Network, we found a relationship of attrition among churn customers. Churn provokers who influence other customers' attrition exist in customer churn networks. The characteristics of churn provokers is that they play a central connector and broker role in their groups. The proportion of churn provokers increases and the churn provoker's influence increases because the network is a reciprocal one.

  • 오늘날의 고객은 다양한 정보를 통해 넓은 선택의 기회를 가진다. 이러한 상황에서 기업들은 고객과의 지속적인 관계를 유지하기 어려워짐에 따라 고객 유지와 신규 고객 유치를 위한 마케팅 비용을 천문학적으로 지출하고 있다. 기업들이 이탈하는 고객의 속성을 분석하고 이탈 시점을 예측할 수 있다면 마케팅에 사용되는 비용과 노력을 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 효과적인 고객 이탈 예측을 위한 딥러닝 기반의 이탈 예측 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델은 모바일 RPG 게임 고객의 시계열적인 행동 패턴을 이용하여 이탈을 예측하는 모델로, 예측을 위한 학습을 할 때 모델링된 고객 데이터를 분석하여 이탈 고객의 특성을 파악할 수 있게 한다. 실험을 통해 이탈 고객과 미 이탈 고객의 모델링된 값이 각각 특정 속성에 치중되어 있는 것을 확인하였고, 제안 모델이 합리적으로 고객의 이탈을 예측하는 것을 보였다.

  • Lower Arm은 전차축식 현가장치에 사용되는 자동차부품으로 바퀴에서 발생되는 제동력이나 코너링력 등을 지탱하는 장치이다. V형의 상하 2개의 서스펜션암의 축에 의해 츠레임에 장착되고 좌우에 있는 Lower Arm끝부분은 볼조인트 및 부싱에 의해 스티어링 너클에 부착된다. 압입부품들은 자동차의 주행중 발생하는 외력에 의하여 이탈될 수 있는 위험성에 항상 노출되어 있어 자동차에 사용하는 압입부품들의 이탈력은 매우 중요하지만 한번 이탈시킨 Lower Arm은 이탈력이 현저히 저하되기 때문에 이탈력 측정에 의한 품질관리는 전량검사가 불가능하게 된다. 본 연구는 Lower Arm에 압입되는 볼조인트의 압입력을 압입거리에 따라 측정하여 Lower Arm에 뚫어진 볼조인트 압입구멍의 크기와 압입력의 상관관계를 실험적으로 구할수 있는 크기와 압입력의 상관관계를 실험적으로 구할 수 있는 모니터링 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The Relationship between North Korean Refugee Mothers' Perceived Home Psychological Characteristics and Ego-resilience of Young Children : The Moderating Effect of Social Support (북한이탈주민 어머니가 지각한 가정의 심리적 특성과 유아의 자아 탄력성 간의 관계: 사회적 지지의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the relationship between North Korean refugee mothers' perceived home psychological characteristics and ego-resilience of their young children focusing on moderating effect of social support. For this purpose, we sampled 96 North Korean refugee mothers with 3-5 year old children. Home psychological characteristics consisting of family strength, family environment and family functioning, social support, and ego-resilience was analyzed by Pearson correlation analyses and hierarchical regression method. The results of this study were as follows. First, there is a significant correlation between North Korean refugee mothers' perceived home psychological characteristics and ego-resilience of their young children. Second, the perceived factors by North Korean refugee mothers of home psychological characteristics explained their young children's self-resilience 73.4% of the time and social support had a significant moderating effect. These results suggest that more effective social support to North Korean refugees has to be offered. Not only financial but emotional support is also needed.

A Study on the Mediating Effect of Empathetic Capabilities in the Relationship Between Attachment to Parents and Behavior Problem (북한이탈청소년의 부모애착과 문제행동의 관계에서 공감능력의 매개효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between parental attachment, behavior problem, and empathetic capabilities. For this study, the researcher chose the study participants among the North-Korean defector high school students who are currently attending high schools. The survey was conducted over the period from April 4 to June 10, 2020. A total of 257 questionnaires were used for this study. The data of this study were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings of this study were as follows; First, the parental attachment of the juvenile North Korean defectors had a negative impact on delinquency. Second, the parental attachment of the juvenile North Korean defectors had a positive impact on empathetic capabilities. Third, the empathetic capabilities of juvenile North Korean defectors had a negative impact on delinquency. Fourth, in the relationship between parental attachment and delinquency, the empathetic capability was shown to have a significant mediating effect. This study showed that, in the perspective of social welfare or psycho-therapy, it is necessary to develop various programs to enhance the empathetic capabilities of juvenile North Korean defectors while helping them form a healthy attachment to their parents in order to reduce their delinquency.
