The Influence of Relationship Marketing in Design Companies on the Trust and Intent of Relationship Maintenance (디자인기업에서의 관계마케팅이 신뢰와 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to analyze the effect on the adherence intention of enterprise image, trust, and relationship maintenance by the relation marketing in companies, especially in design companies, to examine the relationship establishment in the operation and communication between customers (users) on using the company's service and the member working for the company, and to suggest its substantiation of the mutual satisfaction effect. The research method was, first, analyzed based on the data collected after examining the published domestic and foreign papers, academic journals, publications, books, and internet in order to conduct the theoretic consideration. Also, for objective validity and empirical proof, the empirical analysis was conducted on the survey conducted and collected over two months for the employees of design companies living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and the results are as follows. First, the result of verifying the relationship between relationship marketing and trust showed that the company's expertise does not significantly affect its trust while the company's communication and reputation affect significantly on trust. Second, the relationship between relationship marketing and sustainability has been verified that all variables, such as expertise, communication and reputation does not significantly effect the relationship maintenance. Third, the company's trust has significant effect on relationship maintenance. In addition, the implication and limitation of the study related to this were suggested in the conclusion.

An Exploration on Individual Giving and Volunteering : Focus on the Relationship with Trust (기부 및 자원봉사와 신뢰의 관계에 관한 연구 : Simultaneous Equation Model을 이용한 분석)

  • Using a national survey data conducted by the Beautiful Foundation, this study attempts to examine the bilateral relationships between philanthropic effort and social trust and between volunteering effort and social trust by using simultaneous equation model. This study also attempts to examine the socialization effect and intergenerational effect of philanthropy and volunteering in family, school, and community. This study found that both philanthropic effort and volunteering effort have a bilateral relationship with social trust. The bilateral relationship between giving and volunteering and social trust suggests that not only can social trust affect the increase of giving and volunteering but giving and volunteering can also influence social trust. Thus, by strengthening trust and facilitating giving and volunteering, we can construct and promote culture of sharing in our society. On the other hand, in the analysis on individual's educational experience in giving and volunteering during school years and individual's family experience (parental practice) in giving and volunteering during school years, it was found that family experience was statistically significant on philanthropic effort and volunteering effort. The result suggests that considering the validity of intergenerational effect in giving and volunteering, it is strategically vital for our society to facilitate and promote family practice in giving and volunteering throughout diverse programs and social marketing. Although this study has a limitation due to the limitedness of the original data, it made a significant contribution to advancing knowledge on the relationship between giving and volunteering and social trust by using elaborate analysis methods. This study emphasizes the necessity of continuous research; more advanced and systematic study based on a more elaborate model and solid data such panel data should be continued for a better understanding of philanthropic and volunteering behavior that can be an important soil for the development of nonprofit human service organizations. Finally, based on the results of the study, this study discusses research directions and practical implications to deepen and broaden the culture of sharing in Korea.

  • 연고가 소비자들의 제품구매와 점포선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 이에 대한 실증적인 연구가 밝표된 적이 거의 없다. 본 논문에서는 관계마케팅의 관점에서 세 가지의 사회적연고의 형태가 소비자의 만족, 신뢰, 압박감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 검증하였다. 대체적으로 종교적 관계나 가족적 관계는 소비자의 만족, 신뢰와 압박감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

LMX and Job Performance: Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment and Moderating Role of Supervisory Trust (리더-구성원 교환관계와 직무성과: 심리적 권한부여의 매개역할과 상사신뢰의 조절역할)

  • This study examined the effects of Leader-member exchange (LMX) on psychological empowerment and job performance, the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between LMX and job performance, and the moderating role of supervisory trust in the positive relationship between LMX and psychological empowerment. Data were collected from 290 employees in Korean Banks. Results of this study indicated that LMX was positively related to psychological empowerment and job performance, and that psychological empowerment was positively related to job performance. Results also indicated that psychological empowerment partially mediated the relationship between LMX and job performance. Especially, supervisory trust moderated the positive relationship between LMX and psychological empowerment such that the relationship was stronger when supervisory trust was high than it was low. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the risk communication of the food service industry on consumers' psychological response and attitude. The result is as follows. First, as for the relation between risk communication and information reliance, when the recognition of risk communication stability gets higher, information reliance rose; when the recognition of risk gets higher, information reliance rose with higher recognition of morality. Second, as for the relation between risk communication and risk recognition, when the recognition of risk communication stability gets higher, risk recognition rose; when the recognition of risk gets higher, risk recognition rose with higher recognition of environment and the information reliance rose with higher recognition of morality. Third, as for the relation between the information reliance of risk communication and risk recognition, when the information reliance of risk communication gets higher, risk recognition rose.

  • The study analyzes the relationship between job stress, organizational trust, and the job change intentions of beauty industry workers. Three-hundred sixty-nine workers in the beauty industry with longer than three months of working experience were chosen as this study. The study used to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor and reliability, correlation, confirmation, and structural equation model verification. The following results are as follows. First, job stress had a positive influence. Second, stress related to fairness had a negative effect on organizational trust. Third, organizational trust had a negative effects. In conclusion, organizational trust and stress related to fairness are the important variables. Furthermore, this study suggests that each organization needs to make an effort to increase organizational trust and to relieve stress related to fairness in order to reduce the job change intentions.

  • This study examined how four domains of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect the trust and distrust of corporations and contribute to their reputation. In particular, this study examined the mediation role of trust and distrust between CSR domains and reputation. The results showed that ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility had influence on trust. Legal responsibility had a significant effect on the distrust. Companies that did not fulfill legal responsibilities were more likely to be distrusted. The influence of trust on corporate reputation was significant. The results of this study indicated that trust was a mediator between ethical responsibility, philanthropic responsibility, and reputation. Economic responsibility had a direct influence on reputation. Theoretical and practical implications for strategic approach in each CSR domain are discussed.

  • This study was intended to analyze the effects of Organizational Culture on manufacturing(automobile) employees' Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via structural equation modeling by AMOS using 362 valid samples collected from current employees of G-automobile Enterprises in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. First, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Commitment. Second, Organizational Culture had a partially direct impact on Organizational Trust. Third, Organizational Trust had direct impact on Organizational Commitment. It has been confirmed that Organizational Trust has a partial mediation effect(full mediation effect) in the process of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. This study showed similar results as other previous studies.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객들을 대상으로 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성과 고객신뢰, 관계몰입 및 고객충성도와의 구조적관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 P, U광역시 및 K도에 소재한 5개 대학에서 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 최종 458명을 유효 표본으로 선정하였으며 본 연구의 자료로 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS WIN 14.0 통계 패키지와 AMOS 7.0프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 고객신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객신뢰는 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관계몰입은 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

창업 물류서비스기업의 사회적 교환행동과 경영성과에 대한 실증적 연구

  • 최근의 코로나19 사태로 관광·항공업계가 극심한 어려움을 겪고 있다. 항공업계의 대안 중 하나는 화물운송이다. 항공사들은 여객수요 급감으로 인한 매출감소 폭을 줄이기 위하여 화물운송 부문을 강화하고 있다. 항공화물운송은 타 운송과 구분되는 제반 특성으로 인하여 시장규모가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 항공화물운송 대리점(forwarder)은 수출과 수입에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하며, 중요한 비즈니스 파트너인 항공사와 수출입자와 우호적인 긴밀한 관계를 구축하고 계속 유지해야 한다. 사회적 교환이론(social exchange theory)은 이러한 관계가 구축되기 위해서는 거래당사자 간의 거래규모나 거래기간, 거래빈도 등의 유형적인 측면도 중요하지만, 신뢰와 몰입, 애착 등의 무형적인 측면의 교환이 선행되어야 한다는 것을 강조한다. 본 연구의 연구목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류서비스기업의 업무 프로세스를 규명하고 운송기업 및 화주기업과의 사회적 교환행동은 어떻게 이루어지는지 조사한다. 둘째, 이러한 사회적 교환행동이 물류서비스기업의 다양한 경영성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 분석한다. 셋째, 각 구성원 간의 관계기간에 따라서 이러한 영향력이 달라지는지를 살펴본다. 특히 본 연구는 많은 기존연구에서 구분되었던 신뢰(trust)와 몰입(commitment) 개념을 통합함으로써 연구모형의 간결성(parsimony)과 실용가능성(practicality)을 제고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 운송기업 및 화주기업에 대한 물류서비스기업의 사회적 행동이 신뢰에 기반한 우호적인 관계를 구축하는지, 경영성과에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고, 관계기간의 조절효과를 규명함으로써 학문적으로나 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있으며, 창업 물류서비스기업에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
