The development of AI technology has brought about a big change in our lives. The importance of AI and data education is also growing as AI's influence from life to society to the economy grows. In response, the OECD Education Research Report and various domestic information and curriculum studies deal with data literacy and present it as an essential competency. However, the definition of data literacy and the content and scope of the components vary among researchers. Thus, we analyze the semantic similarity of words through Word2Vec deep learning natural language processing methods along with the definitions of key data literacy studies and analysis of word frequency utilized in components, to present objective and comprehensive definition and components. It was revised and supplemented by expert review, and we defined data literacy as the 'basic ability of knowledge construction and communication to collect, analyze, and use data and process it as information for problem solving'. Furthermore we propose the components of each category of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes. We hope that the definition and components of data literacy derived from this study will serve as a good foundation for the systematization and education research of AI education related to students' future competency.
This purpose of this study was to address the issue of forgiving unforgivable crimes, inevitably raised in Paul Ricoeur's thoughts. He explores the possibility of righteous historical representation of tragic events in Western history. Being aware of injustices of amnesty indiscriminately extended by the government, he studied the process through in which a genuine pardon should unfold before granting amnesty. He believes that this process called the "odyssey of forgiveness" presupposes the process of "imputability," in which the perpetrator should acknowledge his/her wrongdoing as his/her act and take reasonable responsibilities for it in a modest position. However, such acknowledgement of wrongdoing cannot be any reason for the victim to necessarily grant forgiveness to the perpetrator. According to him, forgiveness is a gift and the power of love enabled by a complete forgiver only. The initiative of forgiveness is attributable to the forgiver only. To never relinquish tension between love and justice in the forgiving process, he devises a way of planning an equation of forgiveness in a vertical scheme. Finally, he explains the process of requesting and granting forgiveness in a form of a righteous historical representation against the oblivion of past tragic events. He contends that this event of forgiveness promises a new life and a new era to all seeking and granting forgiveness, and that write a righteous history in eschatological hope.
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the reform of deadministration of universities in China by the Cooper's 4-dimension of education policy theory. Based on the theory, the reform of deadministration was analyzed in four dimensions(normative, structural, constituent, and technical dimension). First, in the normative dimension, the Chinese university deadministration policy is fully guaranteed by law, and mainly aimed at "modernization of education management system and management ability". Second, in the structural dimension, a highly administrative management paradigm of universities has played an important role during the early stages of higher education development, but it now becomes one of the main obstacle to its further development. However, the Chinese university de-administration policy is a policy that has taken almost 60 years. Therefore, this problem must be solved step by step. Third, in the constituent dimension, although there were some differences in the attitudes towards "the administration" and "the de-administration" of Chinese scholars, university presidents and the public(students), most of them agreed on eliminating "the administration of universities." Fourth, in the technical dimension, Chinese central government and many universities have accumulated many achievements of "the deadministration policies" in management and practice, while some criticisms are heard, either. However, I hope that all reform cases, regardless of their success or failure, will become a model for future administrative reforms.
This paper adopts a distributive performance process model of in-work poverty based on labor markets, households, and welfare states and analyzes the 4-11 waves of the Korean Welfare Panel Study during 2008-15. Previous studies on in-work poverty have focused on the definitions and concepts of in-work poverty by analyzing employment and unemployment persistence and repetition dynamics, but rarely paid attention to institutional distributive performance. In this regard, this study preforms a stepwise analysis of labor markets, households, and welfare states as a process of income generation in labor markets, satisfaction of welfare needs and income pooling at households, and deduction of social security contribution and income tax as well as receipt of public transfer income at welfare states. Results of empirical analysis show that in-work poverty had been on increase during 2008-11, followed by a decrease between 2012-15. At labor market stages, full time status had the most prominent impact on in-work poverty process, while status by employment and contract type have generated a huge variation as well. At household stages, household work intensity and number of earners contributed to reduction of in-work poverty, but the relations did not seen to be straightforward. However, welfare state played little role in lifting employees out of in-work poverty. In terms of institutional distributive process, in-work poverty was prevalent in either household-welfare state stage or labor market-household-welfare stage. Non-vulnerable group in terms of in-risk poverty was around 80% of the sample during the period of analysis, the size of which has remained constant.
Since the introduction of the Riester Pension Scheme, the controversy has continued in the policy studies and the political debates. This study evaluates the achievements and limitations of the German Riester pension scheme and tries to derive policy implications for South Korea. As a result of the analysis, the most worthwhile achievement of the Riester Pension is to strengthen the role of the private pension schemes. Unlike other private pension schemes, it included a large part of lower income households. It also opened a new perspective of utilizing private pension schemes to accomplish the goals of the family policy. Despite these attainments, it does not reach the promised coverage rate. It also was revealed that the higher income households have concluded more Riester Pension Contracts than the targeted lower-income households. Due to high administration fee and incomplete information problems, benefit levels are supposed to be much lower than expected. It concludes, above all, despite some achievements, the Riester Pension Scheme will not fill completely the gap of old age income security caused by the reduction of the public pension system. The German case provides fruitful lessons for Korea. The introduction of a subsidized personal pension scheme in South Korea can be realized only when some prerequisites would be satisfied such as the consolidation and maturing of public pension schemes and the strengthening of the transparency in the private pension market.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of PM consultant leadership competence on consulting repurchase intention and the impact of SME CEO participation on consulting repurchase intention. The validity of the measurement model was secured through CFA (Confirmative Factor Analysis) for the questionnaire data, and consistency was secured through the same method convenience, and significant results were obtained. In other words, not only the ability of PM consultant in repurchase of consulting is important, but also confirms that repurchase intention differs according to the participation of manager. Therefore, the performance that manager feels depends on the degree of manager's interest in repurchase and plays an important role in repurchase. As a result, it is important for PM to report to manager and / or make the manager participate in consulting process so that manager can be interested. In this study, it is difficult to generalize the relationship between PM's leadership role and manager's involvement in the repurchase intention. However, it is meaningful that PM's competence as well as management's participation are very important, and that this study figured out which drection PM's leadership should focus on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the variables on the repurchase intention.

The government is actively implementing a start-up infrastructure and start-up support policy for successful start-up companies. However, the actual success rate of start-up companies is not high. In order to improve the performance of a start-up company, it is necessary to have a strategy that has the right entrepreneurship and efficiently utilizes its resources. In particular, opportunity exploration, resource acquisition and resource reorganization are dynamic capabilities that are very necessary for the growth of a start-up company. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to verify the effects and relationships of entrepreneurship and dynamic competence of business startups on management performance. For this study, a survey was conducted on CEOs of start-up companies less than seven years old, and 361 final samples were used to analyze data. The results of this study are as follows. The innovation, risk-taking and initiative of entrepreneurship were found to have a positive effect on dynamic capabilities. Second, the innovation and risk-taking of entrepreneurship had a significant positive effect on management performance, but initiative was found to have no significant effect. Third, it was found that dynamic capabilities had a significant positive effect on management performance. Lastly, the verification of the mediated effect of dynamic capabilities showed that there was a mediated effect between initiative and management performance. In other words, this study found a significant research result that effective management of the resources of a start-up company had an effect on management performance and growth when forwardness did not directly affect management performance. This suggests that dynamic capabilities are an important factor in the management performance of start-up companies.
This study aimed to verify the effects of design thinking-based team project learning on nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. This study also examined the subjects' experiences obtained from participating in team project activity through reflective analysis. The research was a one-group, pre-and-posttest design. The subjects were 64 seniors majoring in nursing studies in N university who had attended the course of nursing management practice. During the course, they participated in a design thinking team project for a total of 10 sessions for two weeks, five times per week, and one and a half hour per day. Data was analyzed using SPSS Win 22.0, a paired t-test was conducted and Pearson's correlation coefficients were calculated. Content analysis was carried out on their experiences obtained from participation in team project activity. The subjects' empathy(t=-2.94, p=.005) and proactivity of problem solving(t=-6.23, p<.001) showed statistically significant difference between before and after the design thinking-based team project learning and had significant positive correlation(r=.634, p<.001). Analysis of team reflection revealed four themes: design thinking, empathy, problem solving ability, and critical thinking. This study verified that design thinking-based team project learning was very effective in developing nursing college students' empathy and proactivity of problem solving. In this research, there is a purpose to develop an informatics education curriculum of the general level that the preliminary teacher at elementary school prepares for information education. First of all, in order to achieve the purpose, we compare and analyze the standard CS 2013 of the educational curriculum of elementary school teacher training university, University-Level Program cooperation deepening course, higher education course, and prepared content and level. Secondly, subjects were structured in consideration of standard J07-GE analysis of higher education curriculum and cooperation with secondary education course. Third, subject names were determined by examination by experts, taking into consideration the scope of subjects, content system composition, etc. Computer Science II, Computer Science II, Data Management in the domain to understand the basic principles of Computer Science I, Computing System, in order to approach expert opinions, analysis results, problems arising in information society from the viewpoint of computer science We proposed data management and analysis to grasp the patterns and relationships involved. In this research, not only improving ability to solve problems based on the basic capacity strengthening of teachers but also presenting subjects of general level, considering continuity star of high school information subjects it makes sense.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of pre-service secondary English teachers on peer feedback in English composition. For this purpose, a total of 37 students who took the English composition class for 15 weeks participated in the survey. After completing the survey, data were analyzed to find out the students' perception on peer feedback performed in their English composition class through frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the students showed positive attitudes towards on peer feedback activities. Second, the participants had received considerable help in the content, ideas and organization of their composition. Third, noticing that they all have made similar mistakes in their writing, the subjects were relieved to know that they are not falling behind their other colleagues. Fourth, the subjects did not trust the feedback contents among the peers, which were found in both the feedback giver and receiver. In particular, feedback from peers who had low English proficiency was rarely helpful. Fifth, the students were afraid that their relationship might become uncomfortable with peers when they pointed out peer's writing errors or made specific suggestions about their peer's writing. Finally, pedagogical implications were discussed based on the research findings.
