NTIS(National Science & Technology Information Service) provides the information for domestic research projects. It in particular has several classification schemes to classify research projects and provide better retrieval and analysis services. It however is difficult to understand the characteristic of a research project clearly since only a classification in a classification scheme can be chosen about a research project. Moreover, the classification scheme covers the high-level classification for every research areas so that it cannot cover the area specialized to the oriental medicines. On the other hand, the classification schemes for oriental medicines have recently been studied in oriental medicine field. However, it also covers the high-level classification for oriental medicine so that it may not suit to a classification scheme for research projects. Therefore, in this paper we propose a classification scheme to understand clearly the characteristic of research projects in oriental medicine and use to use them to retrieval and analysis services.

As practicalization and commercialization of the technologies invented from the national R&D(Research & Development) project has been emerging as an important issue, the need for a tool for R&D project management has been increased. Technology Readiness Levels model(TRL) has currently been used for R&D project management because it provides distinctive definition of the nine levels in the progress of technology development starting from the basic research level to the utilization level. However, it is difficult to adopt the model for a large-scale national R&D project in which multiple research projects are involved simultaneously. In addition, TRL demands evaluation of research projects done by relevant experts and offers no specific measures determining the level of technology development. This study uses Delphi method to develop the measurement system helping to determine technology readiness levels for the technologies invented in a large scale national R&D project. The proposed model includes definition and measurement scles for each level in TRL.

생산시스템에 지능을 부여하려는 기술개발을 선진국에서는 최근 IMS프로그램을 통해 시도하고 있다. 이중 '차세대 생산시스템을 구축을 위한 통합모델 기초 연구' 과제에 일본에서 많은 관심을 보이고 있으며, 이는 CIM기술실현을 위해서 중요 과제로 판단된다. 이와같이 설계, 가공 및 생산관리 정보를 통합하려는 목적을 갖는 과제의 하나로 공정설계 자동화 과제가 있다. 이 과제에서는 생산정보의 통합을 위한 노력으로 특징형상(Feature) 기술과 데이터베이스 이용 기술 등을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IMS 사업의 관심과제, 생산정보 통합 측면에서 상기 기술에 대한 이해, 그리고 공정설계 자동화 연구과제를 제한된 범위에서 생각해 본다.

협회는 제36ㅎ회 산업안전보건강조주간을 맞이하여 '소규모사업장 보건관리 국고지원사업의 현황과 과제' 를 주제로 한 세미나를 7월 4일(금) 코엑스에서 개최하였다. 중소규모사업장 보건관리정책방향(노동부 김종호 과장), 소규모사업장의 직업병 예방관리(한양대 송재철 교수), 소규모사업장 보건관리 기술지원사업 추진현황(한국산업안전공단 유기호 국장), 소규모사업장 보건관리 기술지원사업의 문제점과 개선방안(대한산업보건협회 이명숙 국장)에 대한 연제발표와 지정토론 및 참석자의 질의, 토론이 이루어졌다. 본 세미나에서 발표된 연제를 요약하여 소개한다.

The purpose of this study is to survey the problems of the record appraisal system based on value of "Business Transaction (Danwi-gwaje)" and suggest a way to solve the problems in Korean government agencies. This study begins with analyzing the many negative cases of creating wrong "Business Transaction" profiles and making discordances between value of records and value of transaction, through data mainly from focused group interviews of six record professionals in central government agencies. It concludes with suggesting a new records appraisal model that assigns the retention periods to multiple entities to solve the problems of the current record appraisal system.

The purpose of this study is the development of SPMP(Student Portfolio Management Program) to aid performance of student program outcomes related to program educational objectives. SPMP is developed to manage accreditation conditions, student materials, academic results through system database and to provide synthetic data for engineering education through statistical process. There are three functions to construct SPMP. First, the function of student information management is organized on various input data related to academic program, resume, etc. Second, the function of accreditation condition management is identified by the evaluation of program outcomes, subject grades, etc. Third, the function of course work data management is made by the operation of the academic reports and productions. The result of this study is expected to effectively provide constructive directions for continuous management in accreditation of engineering education and to support student portfolio for submission in required application.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of electronic records management in the records management field and to develop a new electronic records management system that can cope with the rapidly changing records production and management environment, which is rapidly changing because of the introduction of new IT. It is time to design the next-generation records management system in all areas of process, system, and infrastructure to meet the new government record management innovation. In this point of view, the right value and direction of the next-generation records management system are determined, and the problems of the process, system, and infrastructure are identified and settled.

BRM (Business Reference Model, hereinafter referred to as BRM) has been introduced with the objective to improve task-related information sharing among organizations, task processing speed, efficiency of organization management, and administrative services. Furthermore, a Records Management Reference Table, which is a business-based records management system, has been put in to operation. However, it is necessary to reidentify if the BRM is put into use according to its initial objectives and purposes after 10 years of its introduction based on the pending problems and matters of improvement. Therefore, in this study, the necessity for business transaction management has been reviewed based on the problems present in the "business transaction" operation, which is the lowest unit of BRM, and it proposes a business transaction identification plan through a business analysis. As a result, three major points to improve BRM management have been suggested.

지식과 정보의 창출, 확산은 국가혁신의 원동력으로 크게 부각되고 있어 선진국은 체계적이고 수요자 지향적인 과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS)을 구축하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 그 동안의 노력에도 불구하고 기관별 상호 연계성 미흡, 중복 개발 운영되어 효율성이 낮고, 연구성과 관리가 어렵고 활용도가 저조하였다. 이에 정부는 기술, 시장, 산업, 인력 등이 연계된 전주기 종합정보서비스체제를 구축하여 과학기술정보종합상황판 구축 활용하고자 한다. 언제, 어디서나 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 시스템 구축으로 하나의 창구로 종합적인 과학기술 정보의 획득이 가능하게 되고 국가연구개발 상황을 종합적으로 파악, 분석하여 투명하고 개방적인 연구관리 지원체제로 지식 정보의 체계적인 창출, 확산, 활용 및 공유를 통해 연구개발 생산성 제고 및 새로운 혁신체제를 구축할 계획이다. NTIS 구축의 향후 과제로는 (1) 연구기획 강화를 위한 R&D모니터 및 조기경보시스템 구축, (2) NTIS 표준화의 선결적 추진이 요구된다. 4가지 표준화 영역 중 기술요소표준을 제외한 3개 영역은 별도의 표준화 과제 수행을 통해 추진하되 분류표준 중 기술분류 표준은 인력, 장비, 기자재는 물론, 사업/프로그램 및 과제관리기관 등과 관련성을 가지므로 NTIS표준화의 핵심이 될 것이다.

정보통신 연구개발과정에서 사회적인 효율성이 현저하게 저하될 수 있는데, 과제선정 시 역선택 문제와 연구개발과제를 관리하는 과정에서 도덕적 해이가 대표적인 문제점이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이에 대한 문제점을 고찰해 보았다 이를 통해 과제선정 및 관리과정에서 나타날 수 있는 역선택 문제와 도덕적 해이문제에 대한 해결책을 제시하였다. 역선택의 경우 신호, 선별행위, 평판 등을 통한 해결책을 제시할 수 있고, 도덕적 해이의 경우엔 최적의 유인체계를 설계해서 이를 통한 규제 및 모니터링 등의 해결책을 제시할 수 있다. 그리고 이에 따른 효율적인 정부부문의 투자에 대한 개선방안에 대해서 간략히 언급하였다.
