Overloading of Commercial vehicles have been an important area of transportation as one of the main causes of pavement damage, bridge collapse, severe traffic accident, etc. In this study, we analyzed the effects of overweight prevention by analyzing overweight driving patterns and using weight sensors. First, we analyzed relevant literatures of overweight and surveyed the commercial weight sensors. Then we chose the typical type of overweight vehicles based of overweight enforcement data analysis. MEMs inclinometer weight sensor were installed to 10 test vehicles and data was collected by weight sensors and gps in real time. As a result of gross vehicle weight and axle weight analysis, it was found weight sensor could decrease overweight rate. However, since the number of samples of test vehicles is insufficient to represent the whole commercial vehicle, further studies are deemed possible through the extension test.

An on-board truck scale is an essential technical solution for preventing overload, which makes the driver aware of the commercial vehicle weight. This study analyzed the effects of the driving pattern and transportation efficiency by the IoT Platform service for an on-board truck scale. A comparison of before and after installation using the long-term monitored data confirmed the reduction effects both of the overload ratio and overweight value, and their effects on increasing the transportation efficiency. In addition, the analysis result of the driving route showed that the installation of an on-board truck scale could be a more effective way of preventing overload than increasing the weighing checkpoints.

Overloaded trucks are the main source that threatens road safety and directly affects the reduction of pavement life. The On-board truck scale is the only equipment that could prevent overloading by measuring and adjusting the loading weight before driving. Legislation is needed to encourage its installation so that the driver can prevent overloading. In this study, an on-board truck scale system was installed on 30 dump trucks for transporting construction waste, such as soil and aggregates, which are major loads of 36.55% for overloading, and the trucks were monitored remotely. The overload prevention effect was analyzed by comparing driving data for 1 month before distribution of the weight display app that can recognize the weight to the driver and 1 month after distribution. After installation, overloading could be 6.1% reduced, and the transportation efficiency could be increased by checking the weight provided from the On-board truck scale system.

In this study, On-Board Truck Scale was installed on the construction waste collection / transportation vehicles to monitor the weight of the waste at all stages from generation to final treatment. It was performed as a case study of a construction waste control technology that can efficiently manage the total generating and recycling amount using real-time weight/location information obtained by the On-Board Truck Scale device. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the total amount of construction waste can be monitored in real time, and a plan for efficient logistics transportation can be derived through the analysis of operation patterns by managing the real-time transport volume, transport distance, and transport time of the construction waste collection / transportation vehicles. It was confirmed that overloading can be prevented in advance by controlling the loading also.

후천성 면역 결핍 증후군(AIDS, Aquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome)과 사람 면역결핍 바이러스 (HIV, Human Immunodeficiency Virus)관련 질환은 1981년 처음 AIDS가 보고된 이래 전 세계적으로 인류의 건강을 위협하고 있는 공중보건학적 문제이다. 그동안 HIV/AIDS 관련 질환에 대한 치료들은 주로 감염 경로 차단 및 관련된 내과적 질환의 치료에 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 그러나 AIDS 환자 본인뿐만 아니라 가족, 치료진들은 흔히 HIV 감염으로 인한 심리적인 어려움에서부터 HIV 전파 위험을 높이는 물질 오남용 문제, 우울증, 치매 같은 전형적인 정신과 질환 및 자살에 이르기 까지 다양한 종류의 정신건강 상의 문제들에 자주 직면한다. 이와 같은 신경정신과적 문제들은 치료 결과나 예후, 삶의 질 등에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 환자의 가족들은 AIDS로 인한 정신과적 질환이나 현상들에 대해 잘 이해하고 적절하게 대처할 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 특이한 C형 치근과 근관을 가지고 있는 상악 제 1대구치의 근관치료 증례를 콘빔단층촬영을 사용하여 진단 및 치료하였음을 보고하는 것이다. 본 증례에서는 특이적인 해부학적 근관 형태가 콘빔단층촬영을 사용하여 확인되었으며 비외과적 근관치료가 시행되었다. 촬영한 영상에서 모든 치근이 C 형태로 융합되어 있으며 독립적인 4개의 근관을 포함하고 있음이 관찰되었다. C형 근관계의 복잡성을 고려할 때 콘빔단층촬영이 적절한 근관계의 확인과 의원성 손상을 예방하기 위해 유용한 보조적 방법인 것으로 보여진다.

The essential policy of suicide prevention is to continuously manage and treat suicide attempted people through data base related to suicide retry rate and follow-up study report. In Korea, only few people are allowed to follow-up by the Personal Information Protection Act. As a result, the research participation rate and the service participation rate are rather low, so that the research participants is limited to a part of the suicide attempted people. Therefore, the policy proposals to be improved in the Ministry of Health and Welfare Act were examined comparatively in order to increase the practical utilization of the suicide prevention about Article 14 and Article 20 of the Suicide Prevention Act. As a criterion for policy improvement, measures for non-discrimination of information to be considered in terms of technical and ethical dimensions and non-profit research and medical information for medical purposes were suggested. In addition to the severity of the suicide, the suicide risk was assessed and the criteria for the objective assessment of the follow-up observation were considered in consideration of the severity of the suicide.

In Early vessels did not provide an exact equation for preventig the capsizing vessels. On land, many vehicle rollover prevention technologies using the steady-state Conrning Equations were developed, which showed better performance than the exiting method at sea. For better performance, It is proposed to improve safety mangement when turning vessel using the Ackerman geometic model-based Cornering Equations in this paper.

Sexual abuse is emerging as one of the major form of child abuse. In the late 1990s, official reports of sexual abuse began to mushroom at a much more rapid rate than reports of other forms of abuse in Korea. In addition, sexual abuse can cause the most serious emotional-cognitive-behavioral sequelae to victims. Although child & adolescent psychiatrists meet many sexual abuse victims who are referred from many types of child protective services, the psychiatrists may not be likely to give them sufficient and appropriate treatment and guideline for victims and their parents. In this article, the historical concepts, pathophysiological processes, shortterm & longterm sequelae of sexual abuse are reviewed and summarized. And I summarize the intervention and outcome studies for sexual abuse victims. In the close future, the active participation of psychiatrists who help the child and adolescents will be expected in the development of nationwide preventive and therapeutic projects for victims and families of sexual abuse.
