The Effects of Airport Passengers, CCTV, Signal Device & Electric Alarms on Export to Korea (공항 환승여객과 CCTV, 전기진단 및 의료기기, 전기경보 및 신호장치의 수출이 한국 수출에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • In recent years, the "social distance" has drastically reduced overseas travelers. On the other hand, for personal safety and security, it is expected that interest and demand for CCTV, electric alarm and signaling devices, electric diagnostics and medical devices will increase significantly. The purpose of this paper is to find out the effect of airport transfer passengers and exports of CCTV, electrical diagnostics and medical devices, electrical alarms and signaling devices on exports to Korea, and the synchronism of each variable. To this end, this study used a total of 231 monthly data from January 2000 to April 2020 in the National Statistics Service. As a result of empirical analysis, CCTV and electrical diagnostics and medical devices showed relatively high synchronization with respect to exports to Korea. Electric alarms & signaling devices and transit passengers also showed a certain level of synchronization with exports, but were relatively weak.

  • The SBD systems have made it possible that all boarding procedures are completed by passengers. With the SBD, air tickets can be issued and baggage can be consigned without the help of airline officers. This way, the SBD can improve the passenger circulation speed as well as decrease the time for passengers to wait for check-in, which is connected to the reduction of airlines' operaitonal costs. However, given that the SBD is a new technology, it has potentials to be used as a tool for air terrorism. This study purposes to determine methods to enhance the security and operation of SBD systems. With the aim, this paper investigated the existing literature on SBDs, self-check-in, airport security, air terrorism, risk management, aviation accidents, and information security. In order to compile real-time information about the SBD operations, twelve airports in North America, Europe, and Asia were analyzed based on existing studies on international SBD trends.

  • 인문 인식기술은 생체인식기술 가운데 안전성과 편리성 면에서 기능이 뛰어나고, 가장 간편하면서도 비용이 많이 들지 않으며, 다양한 분야에 적용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 적용 범위는 출입통제, 근태관리, 빌딩통합시스템, 금융자동화기기, 컴퓨터보안 분야, 전자상거래 인증, 공항정보 시스템 등 다양하다. 본 연구에서는 출입보안 및 대여금고, ATM(금융자동화기기)에 지문인식 기술을 적용을 통해 고객이 영업점을 방문하지 않고 가정에서도 금융업무가 가능한 인터넷뱅킹, 전자상거래 등과 같은 서비스에 인문인식 기술이 도입한 통합보안시템을 구축하며 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Effect of Business Resource of the Members in Airport Special Guard's firms on the Business Attitude and Turnover Intention (공항 특수경비원들의 직무자원이 직무태도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study has an objective to analyze the causal relationship between the business resource of the members in the Airport Special Guard's firms and its effect on their business attitude and turnover intention. To carry out the study, I established a population of Airport Special Guard's working at the Airport firms in In-cheon, Kim-po, Cheong-ju and Dae-gu. Then a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out for the survey using the random sampling method of clusters. The study was carried out over about four months, from July, 2016 to october, 2016. A total of 260 questionnaires were used for the final data. 40 questionnaires were excluded either because they were not returned or contained extreme value. In this study, a statistical package of SPSS WIN 18.0 were used in the data analysis and the causal relationship was verified using the multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed the business resource to have a positive effect on the business attitude but a negative effect statistical level of p<.01 on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.001 and the hypothesis was adopted. The hypothesis regarding the business attitude was also adopted because business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.01. In addition, business attitude was found to have a negative effect on the relationship between the business resource and turnover intention at the statistical level of p<.05. As a result, the hypothesis about the business attitude would function as the parameter was only partially adopted. Through these research result, it was investigated that the relation between business resource, business attitude and turnover intention is significantly effective variable in airport special guard's. Additionally, business resource is the most important.

  • US 911 incidents have changed all aviation security system in the world. Especially the US changed all existing system into new one. One of the most fundamental changes is aviation security acts, regulation and several programmes. Based on the new aviation security act enacted in 2001, several code of federal regulations have been amended to strengthen US aviation security system. These regulation also enable new aviation security programmes including several airline and airport security related programmes, K-9 programme, BDO programme and air marshall programmed. All the programmes enables US aviation security improvements. Also the creating of TSA based on the aviation and transportation security act has provided the enhancement of aviation security in US. The purpose of this thesis is studying the change of aviation security system in the US especiatly in terms of aviation security legislation perfective and comparing the system with Korean aviation security legal system and provides possible solution to enhance Korean aviation security legislation and structure.

  • 본 논문에서는 경찰청에서 제공하는 2019년 민간경비업체와 민간경비원의 현황을 통해서 민간경비의 다양한 해석과 사각으로 이론적 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 민간경비업체와 경비원 수는 총 5356개와 16만 3177명으로 나타났다. 현황으로 살펴본 민간경비업의 특징은 크게 4가지가 나타났다. 첫 번째 민간경비업체 수와 경비원의 수가 수도권으로 집중되었다. 기계경비원을 제외하고 53%~89%가 수도권(서울·경기·인천)에 집중되었다. 두 번째, 시설경비에 대한 집중이다. 시설경비가 민간경비업체와 경비원 수에 차지하는 비율은 각각 83%와 86%를 차지함으로써 경비업법에 의한 구분이 아닌 경비원은 곧 시설경비원을 뜻하는 것처럼 느껴지게 되었다. 세 번째, 비정상적인 신변보호 업체 수와 경비원 수이다. 2019년 기준으로 신변보호 업체의 수보다 신변보호원이 없는 상황이 발생하고 있고, 이는 허가만 유지, 시설경비업무와 경계모호, 신고 누락, 자체경비 전환으로 인한 것으로 보인다. 네 번째, 특수경비업의 특수성이다. 국가중요시설에서 일하는 특수경비원은 국가의 정책에 따라서 한국공항공사의 한공보안파트너스, 인천공항공사의 인천공항경비를 자회사로 하고 정규직 전환을 진행 중에 있기 때문에 특수경비업체 수와 경비원 수의 변화는 불가피한 것으로 보인다.

  • The importance of the security management system for the aviation infrastructure cannot be overemphasized. What is especially important on the security management system for it is the assessment that is detaild and systematic. This article presents a framework based on a Hanulcha-type security management system model for a Information security of the Aviation infrastructure. This system checks, estimates and analyzes the goal of security with effect, especially in case of the security-accident on the aviation infrastructure because this system model gives the integrated security assessment method.

  • 생체의료 및 보안검색 응용을 위한 테라헤르츠파 기술에 대하여 조사하였다. 테라헤르츠파는 기존의 X-선이나 초음파, 적외선, 밀리미터파 등에 비하여 독특한 특성을 가지고 있어 새로운 분광 및 영상기술을 확립할 가능성을 가지고 있다. 테라헤르츠 기술의 발전과 더불어 생체의료분야에서는 암진단, 치과질환 및 바이오칩 등에서 큰 시장을 형성할 것으로 전망되며, 보안검색분야는 공항, 항만, 지하철, 우편물 취급 등의 공공부문에서부터 군사목적에 이르기까지 응용이 가능하다. 최근 수 년 동안 소형, 경량 및 저가격의 테라헤르츠 시스템이 개발되면서 시장전망에 크게 높아졌다. 초기에는 공공시설 및 대형 병원에서 시작하여, 기술적 안정성 및 시장 활성화에 의한 경제성이 확보되면 민간 부문의 시장으로 크게 파급될 것으로 가대된다.

  • The whole world is anxious that aircraft could be used as a tool for terrorism after 9/11. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines is again adding to fears about aircraft. Because these aircraft attacks cause many human casualties, the purpose of the study is to analyze the problems in the current air security system and to present alternatives. The methodology of the study used a literature research methodology to review the current status of aircraft terrorism and related regulations, such as current aviation-related laws and anti-terrorism laws, and prior studies. The purpose of the Chapter is to present an aviation security system that promotes the safety of air traffic through the prevention of aircraft terror by presenting the roles and improvement measures of aviation security personnel, foreign police officers, intelligence agencies, and legal blind spots and flaws.

  • 오늘날 무선 LAN이 집안 또는 사무실, 산업현장, 공항 등과 같이 어디서나 무선으로 인터넷을 이용할 수 있게 설치되어 있다. 이런 무선 LAN 사용이 늘어나는 반면 보안상 결함을 해결할 보안 기능이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 무선 LAN환경에서 데이터를 안전하게 인증할 수 있는 효율적인 인증 Protocol을 제안한다. 여기서는 단일 Bit를 패킷에 추가하여 AP에서 확인 인증하는 방식을 채택하는데, 기존 방식과는 달리 AP에서 인증 스트림 동기화를 위한 작업을 수행한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이 최대 50%까지 기존 방식 보다 인증 스트림을 더 사용할 수 있게 하는 것을 보여주고 모바일 호스트의 전력 소모도 최소화한다.
