Air transport industry tries to enhance punctuality, stability and amenity for customer's satisfaction. Especially airlines and airports do make an effort as the distance between these two stakeholders and passengers are close. This research has empirically discussed the relationship between duty free shop purchase of passengers and the number of flights and hours of schedule delay at the airport. According to the result, the total sales of duty free shop sales have meaningful influence on the number of flights and hours of delay. In order to decrease such an impact, close cooperation between airports and duty free shops required.

This study examines the changes in residential areas and housing patterns around Gimpo Airport, focusing on the impacts of its construction and expansion, from the establishment of a military airfield during the Japanese colonial period to its transformation into a logistics hub during the U.S. military period, and ultimately becoming Gimpo International Airport. The rural society, which had engaged in agriculture as a family and kinship-based community in the expansive Gimpo Plain since the Joseon Dynasty, gradually urbanized through repeated migrations. The changes in housing near Gimpo Airport reflect the convergence of factors such as the construction of national infrastructure, rapid industrialization, and urbanization. As a key case study, this paper traces Mr. Jeong's residential movement, offering a detailed account of how local residents adapted to evolving housing policies over time. Mr. Jeong's journey, from a hanok to a single-family home, a multi-family home, and finally to an apartment, exemplifies the broader transformation in the living environments of Gonghang-dong.

Incheon International Airport(IIA) is planned to open in about two years. Korean government has an ambition to make IIA a major hub airport in Northeast Asia. The most essential and required condition for an airport to be a successful hub airport in a certain region is to have more efficient flight service network than the other airports in the same region. IIA should compete with Japanese airports to be a major hub in Northeast Asia because Japanese government also has a plan to expand greatly the airport capacity in Tokyo area and Kansai airport in Osaka. It is necessary for both IIA and Korean national air carriers to compose efficient flight service network considering hub competition with Japanese major airports. As the liberalization of international air transport industry would give more marketing freedom to airlines, they would plan the flight service network and flight schedule based on market analysis instead of governmental regulations. In the economically liberalized environment, it is very required to analyze air passengers' flight choice behaviour in order to induce other carriers and passengers through IIA's attractive flight service network. Disaggregate model is more appropriate than aggregate model to analyze consumers' behaviour. The information derived from disaggregate choice model of air passengers could be utilized in devising efficient flight network and schedule plan. Value of travel time or trade off ratio between flight frequency and travel time which could be estimated from discrete choice model could be utilized for scheduling an efficient flight plan for airlines and composing efficient flight service network for IIA.

동이 트기도 전, 어둑어둑한 새벽 인천공항으로 향하는 버스에 몸을 실었다. 어린 아들을 두고 떠나는 걱정되는 마음과 꿈에 그리던 나라로 떠난다는 설레는 마음으로 복잡했다. 그런 마음을 아는지 남편은 아무 걱정 없이 다녀오라는 말을 건네며 인사해 주었다. 12시간 긴 비행을 마치고 드디어 네덜란드 땅을 밟는 순간 차가운 바람이 코끝을 스치며 기분이 상쾌했다. 앞으로의 일정이 기대되는 순간이었다.

현재 국내외에서 해안가에 수심이 낮은 지역을 중심으로 대규모 매립공사를 수행하여 주택단지, 항만시설, 공업단지 및 공항부지 등으로 사용하고 있다. 매립재를 양질의 모래로 사용하는 경우 매립방법에 따라 매립토의 조밀정도는 다르나 어떠한 경우든 상당히 느슨하거나 중간정도 느슨한 상태로 존재한다. 이런한 느슨한 사질토는 지진 시 액상화 현상에 민감하고, 낮은 지지력 및 큰 즉시침하를 야기시킨다. 따라서 매립된 느슨한 사질토는 향후 시설될 구조물의 중요도에 따라 개량할 필요가 있다. 본 현장의 준설 매립된 사질토의 지반 개량에 적용된 동다짐의 시험시공중 pounder에 accelerometer를 설치하고 적외선 beam을 이용, 충격시의 pounder의 deccleration과 impact velocity를 측정하였다. 여기에서는 이들 실측치를 근거로 중량물체(pounder)의 동적 거동 및 충격시 과잉간극수압 변화를 살펴보았다.

본 논문에서는 이동환경 및 이동부하를 측정하여 그 특성을 조사하기 위하여 간편하게 측정할 수 있는 휴대용 모니터링 장비를 개발하였다. 온습도 및 가속도, 생체신호를 동시에 측정할 수 있다. 본 장비의 현장적용실험을 위해 공항터미널 이용 시의 상태변화를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 이동환경에서 사용하는데 있어 간편성을 가지는 반면 추후 동잡음 제거, 피험자 편의성 등이 보완 되어야 할 것이다.

영종대교는 2000년대 수도권 항공수요에 대비하여 영종도와 용유도 일원의 간석지에 건설되어, 인천국제공항과 인천 경서동을 연결하는 총연장 4,420m의 해상교량으로 현수교 3경간(550m), Truss교 18경간 (2,250m), 강상형교 27경간(1.620m)로 구성되어 있다. 영종대교는 10개 차선, 철도 2개 차선의 교량으로 건설된다. 교량이 건설되는 해역은 10,000ton급 선박의 통행이 가능하도록 교하공간 35m의 현수교를 계획 하였으며 경제성을 고려하여 Cable을 보강형에 정착시켰다. 미관을 고려한 경간 분할에 따른 교량의 부상을 방지하기 위하여 단부교각에 Link 구조를 설치하고 접속교를 Counterweight로 이용하였으며 Cable 장력이 저감되도록 Sag비를 1/5(=f/1)로 설정하였다.

Airport railroad have required maximum design speed 120km/h and wind speed 50m/s condition as design item of airport railroad vehicles. To design and manufacture the vehicle satisfying these conditions, it must carry out the dynamic behaviors analysis such as hunting stability, ride comfort derailment ratio, unloading ratio and lateral force to meet the criterion described in Urban Railroad Act. Dynamic behaviors of vehicle have carried out using the multi-body dynamics simulation program(VAMPIRE). This paper presents the evaluation methods and criterion used to verify dynamic performance of airport railroad vehicle, and show the analysis results of vehicle dynamic simulation and the test results for vibration and ride comfort measured on running performance tests. As a results, each analysis results and test results meet the criterion described in Urban Railroad Act.

This research focused on such a passenger sample that used to fly between Incheon int'l airport(ICN) and Dubai int'l airport(DXB) using either a national carrier or gulf carriers because the route between ICN and DXB is one of the international air routes with the toughest competition under the global pressure of open air transport market. Based on the results from the empirical research, this paper proposed a competitive advantage which a national carrier must have to cope with global competition under the open sky policies and implications for sustainable strategies of them. National carrier passengers perceived product benefits had a significant positive effect on price reliability in spite of lower price competitiveness. Following the empirical analysis results, it was proven a national carrier should try to improve product benefit sought by passengers to maintain sustainable competitive advantage in the market against foreign airlines.

In this study, the system was composed of the booster chopper and the power converter, which is a pulse width modulation (PWM) voltage inverter using a hybrid power generation system solar cell energy and wind force, Furthermore, in order to compensate the PWM voltage type inverter was linked with the general commercial power source, and through a normal operation of energy storage system (ESS), the system operated the LED Taxi Light by Wavelength according to Meteorological Changes at the airport in an efficient manner. The performance of the system was compared with the solar cell characteristics specification. In addition, for phase synchronization with the PWM voltage type inverter, the grid voltage was detected so as to operate the grid voltage and inverter output in the same phase and to connect the surplus electric power with the system. Finally, by developing a control circuit at the same time from which an excellent dynamic characteristics can be obtained through applying to the airport runway taxi light, it was concluded that a variety of taxi light can be pursued.
