Fuzzy Cognitive Map, one of ways to model, describe and infer reasoning relations, is widely used in the field of reasoning knowledge engineering. Despite of the natural and easy understanding of decision and smooth explanation of relation between front and rear, reasoning relation is organized with mathematical haziness and complex algorithm and rarely has an interactive user interface. This paper suggests an interactive Fuzzy Cognitive Map(FCM) construction support system. It builds a FCM increasingly concerning multiple experts' knowledge. Futhermore, it supports user-supportive environment by dynamically displaying the structure of Fuzzy Cognitive Map which is constructed by the interaction between experts and the system.

In order to secure construction quality and safety and prevent cost disputes, the importance of calculating 'the appropriate construction period' has recently emerged. It is necessary to analyze a considerable amount of historical data to establish the standard for calculating the construction period. However, many experts are raising questions about the use of past data due to changes in the construction business environment, such as shortening working hours, reinforcing quality regulations, and changing climate conditions. In addition, the possibility of errors increases when calculating a uniform construction period using historical statistics because the work order and productivity are very diverse according to construction conditions. Therefore, through this study, a new solution to change from the method of analyzing past data to the method of reviewing current production data through an active 'transformation of thoughts' was proposed through this study. In other words, the process of reviewing and calculating 'the appropriate construction period' was institutionalized by introducing 'process management experts' and 'construction experts by type of construction' in the design stage.

Counseling in Korea has developed based on school counseling. School is the first place where counseling started in Korea. Young people in school live today preparing for the future. In order to make them be prepared so that they can function themselves properly in the future, roles of school counselors are very important. School counselors also take the role to help the young students prepare their life well. For the purpose, it is needed to find out what capabilities are required to make them prospect the changes in the future and adopt themselves well to the changing future. This study intends to investigate how school counseling reacts to the changing environment. First of all, it discusses outlook of changes in future society and future vocations, and required model human resources in future society. Then, it identifies how school counseling should be made to help the preparation and what kind of role it should take for the purpose.

This paper applies an expert independent unsupervised neural network learning-based multivariate time series data analysis model, MSCRED(Multi-Scale Convolutional Recurrent Encoder-Decoder), and to overcome the limitation, because the MCRED is based on Auto-encoder model, that train data must not to be contaminated, by using learning data sampling technique, called Subset Sampling Validation. By using the vibration data of power plant equipment that has been labeled, the classification performance of MSCRED is evaluated with the Anomaly Score in many cases, 1) the abnormal data is mixed with the training data 2) when the abnormal data is removed from the training data in case 1. Through this, this paper presents an expert-independent anomaly diagnosis framework that is strong against error data, and presents a concise and accurate solution in various fields of multivariate time series data.

판례는 일반인 또는 법률 전문가가 사건에 참조하기 위해 가장 먼저 참고할 수 있는 재판의 선례이다. 하지만 이러한 판례의 유용성에도 불구하고 현 대법원 판례 검색 시스템은 판례 검색에 용이하지 않다. 왜냐하면 법률 전문 지식이 없는 일반인은 검색 의도에 부합하는 검색 결과를 정확히 도출하는 데 어려움이 있으며, 법률 전문가는 검색에 많은 시간과 비용이 들게 되기 때문이다. 이미 해외에서는 유사 케이스 매칭 데이터셋을 구축하여 일반인과 전문가로 하여금 유사 판례 검색을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라 여러 자연어 처리 태스크에도 활용하고 있다. 하지만 국내에는 법률 AI와 관련하여 오직 법률과 관련한 세부 태스크 수행에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 많으며, 리소스로서의 유사 케이스 매칭 데이터셋은 구축되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 리소스로서의 판례 데이터셋을 위해 딥러닝 알고리즘 중 문서의 의미를 반영할 수 있는 Doc2Vec 임베딩 모델과 SBERT 임베딩 모델을 적용하여 판례 문서 간 유사도를 측정·비교하였다. 그 결과 SBERT 모델을 통해 도출된 유사 판례가 문서 간 내용적 유사성이 높게 나타났으며, 이를 통해 SBERT 모델을 이용하여 유사 판례 매칭 기초 데이터셋을 구축하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라가 글로벌 시장에서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 주도하는데 필요한 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성에 초점을 두고, 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 타특수대학원인 창업대학원과 컨설팅대학원을 비교고찰하였고, 해외 타전문대학원인 일본 회계전문대학원과 일본 법학전문대학원을 비교고찰하였다. 그 결과, 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위하여 4차산업혁명전문대학원 설립방안을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 4차 산업혁명 전문가 양성을 위한 차별화되고 융합화된 교과과정으로 2~3년제 전문대학원 석박사과정으로 운영될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 전문석(박)사 학위과정이므로 교육의 내실화를 위하여 야간보다는 주간과정으로 운영될 필요가 있으며, 트랙제를 적극 활용하여 경영학, 회계학, 법학, 창업학, 공학 등 학제간 융합적 교과과정으로 설계되어야 한다. 또한 이론교육과 실무교육의 균형적 교과과정으로 실무교육이 전체 교육과정에 30% 이상이 되도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 4차산업혁명전문대학원은 정부(중소벤처기업부)의 전략적인 재정 지원이 필수적이며, 재정 지원과 함께 교육의 질에 대한 평가인증을 지속적으로 받아야 할 것이다. 또한 장기적으로는 중소벤처기업부의 창업대학원 및 컨설팅대학원이 4차산업혁명전문대학원으로 통합될 필요가 있다.

To meet the high demand of the experts in the multimedia industry, many colleges opened the subject related to multimedia technology and pre-learning has been rapidly increasing among the students. However, most instructor is still appling the traditional teaching model rather than the one customized for the pre-learner of multimedia. This paper is to reveal the pre-learner's strong desire in detail and suggest the characteristics of the teaching model and teaching materials. We applied the new paradigm, constructivism and problem-based learning, which rising in the educational literature to suggest and design the lecture model to bring up the experts in the multimedia industry.

대학·연구기관 등이 보유한 연구장비의 공동활용으로는 중소기업의 즉각적인 수요를 해결하기에는 역부족이다. 중소벤처기업의 다양한 요구를 실시간으로 충족시키기 어려우며, 이용비용, 이용절차 복잡, 예약대기 등의 애로사항이 많아 중소벤처기업은 민간의 리스업체를 선호하는 경향이 있다. 중소벤처기업은 연구개발을 위한 자체 보유 연구장비가 부족하여 자체시험, 설계분석 수행이 어려움에 따라 R&D 초기단계부터 애로가 발생하고 있다. 또한 중소기업이 외부 시험, 검사장비 활용 시 경제적 부담, 이용절차 복잡 등의 다양한 어려움을 겪고 있어 연구장비의 새로운 지원방식의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 미국의 경우 민간 중심으로 연구장비 임대를 활성화하고 있고, 일본 및 유럽은 임대지원 정책을 추진하고 있으므로 우리도 이러한 리스뱅크 플랫폼의 구축이 시급한 실정이다. 따라서, 연구장비 임대, 공동활용 등 종합적인 서비스와 중소벤처기업이 이용하기 쉽고 편리한 전문가 시스템을 활용한 연구장비 리스뱅크 플랫폼 구축방안을 살펴보자.

본 논문은 다중 도메인 대화 시스템에서 사용자의 발화에 가장 적합한 도메인을 결정하는 방법에 관하여 논한다. 다중 도메인 대화 시스템 구축 시, 도메인의 확장성 재고 및 각 도메인 별 특성의 효과적인 적용을 위해, 각 도메인 별 단일 도메인 대화 전문가를 구축하고, 다수의 도메인 대화 전문가들을 통합함으로써, 다양한 도메인을 처리할 수 있는 대화 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 이 때, 자연스러운 대화 처리를 위해서 주어진 사용자의 발화에 가장 적합한 도메인을 결정하는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 발화의 의도 분석 결과 및 이전 사용자 발화 도메인 정보를 이용하는 구축된 분류 모델에 기반한 도메인 결정 방법을 제안하고, 실험 결과를 통해 제안된 방법의 효과를 검증한다.
