Analysis on the effects of the Security Awareness on Knowledge Sharing Process : Focusing on National Defence Intranet (군 조직지식 공유과정에 보안의식이 미치는 영향 분석(국방인트라넷 활용중심))

  • This study reviewed influential factors on knowledge sharing and examined to verify how attitude and recognition serve toward security in knowledge-related activities. This two-part study will dedicate to diffusion of knowledge sharing in the ROK Army. The findings indicate that trust and computer self-efficacy are influential factors which cause increase in knowledge sharing intention. Friendly attitude of the members result in strengthening the knowledge sharing in National Defense Intranet. As a result, it could be inferred that organizational and systematic efforts are required to foster the knowledge sharing in the army and policy to induce members' friendly attitude toward security is in need as well.

  • 요즈음 구축되는 지식기반시스템은 다목적, 다사용자에 의한 활용 필요성 때문에 지식베이스가 점점 커지고, 축적된 전문지식을 공유할 필요성이 점점 커진다. 따라서, 이렇게 형성된 여러개의 다양한 지식베이스를 지속적으로 관리할 수 있는 메카니즘이 필요하다. 이런 메카니즘의 구축에 객체 지향 데이타베이스 관리시스템의 기술과 지식 기반시스템의 기술이 통합 활용되어야 하기 때문에, 지식베이스의 확장과 응용 영역확대에 따른 데이타, 규칙, 그리고 지식의 공유 및 지속성을 유지하는 한편, 이에 필요한 추론방법의 변화를 분석하여 지식베이스가 분산되어 있더라도 이를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 추론엔진을 설계하고, 여러 사용자가 필요한 지식기반시스템을 사용할 수 있도록 지식베이스의 공유를 위한 지속적 관리시스템의 설계를 그 목적으로 한다.

  • KM은 조직의 지식을 공유하는 차원에서 이미 많은 기업들이 도입하였고, 현재 도입 진행 중인기업들 또한 많다. 국내 기업은 대략 84개의 기업이 도입을 시행 검토하고 있다. 지식경영의 제 과정에서 가장 중요한 단계는 지식창조이다. 지식창조는 조직 구성원 개개인의 지식함양을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 조직지(Organizational Knowledge)의 창출을 의미한다. 조직지는 지식이 쓰이는 상황에 따라 중요성의 정도가 다르게 평가된다. 또한 조직내의 지식 공유는 한 도매인내에서 뿐 만 아니라 여러 도매인에 걸쳐서 이루어진다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 KM21 프로토타입(Prototype)을 구현하여 조직 내에서 지식 공유를 활성화하기 위한 지식 평가 Architecture를 제시하고자한다.

  • 현재 전 세계 각국은 지식 경쟁력 확보에 혈안이 되어 있으며, 우리나라는 풍부한 인터넷 인프라를 구비하여 지식 강국으로 발돋움하기 위한 충분한 토대를 마련하고 있다. 특히, 인력은 인터넷 시대의 핵심적 지식 자원으로서, 전문가 두뇌 연계 망(네트워크)의 구축과 운영을 통해 해당 분야 전문가간 협력 및 교류가 진행되면, 지식 정보의 동시 생성, 공유, 활용 체제의 확립이 가능하다 전문가 커뮤니티의 구성원은 정보의 공유와 확산에 자발적으로 기여하는 지식의 선 순환 구조를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 과학기술 전문가로 구성된 한민족과학기술자 네트워크(KOSEN, www.kosen21.org)를 사례로 전문가 네트워크의 역할과 특징을 살펴보고, 지식 기반 사회에서 전문가 네트워크의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. KOSEN은 지식의 생성, 공유, 활용 등의 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하는 과학기술 전문가 커뮤니티이다. 향후 인적 자원 및 정보 자원의 적절한 연계를 통해 지식의 활용 측면을 더욱 확대하여 본격적인 지식 정보 활용의 장으로 거듭나야 한다. 컨텐트 가치증대를 통한 전문가 참여 확대, 전문가들간 상호 연계의 확대를 통한 소 공동체 형성, 전문가들간 상호 학습, 정보 거래 메커니즘 구축 등의 다양한 방안을 통해 보완될 것으로 기대한다.

The Effect of Shared Leadership on Job Crafting: Mediating Role of Learning Goal Orientation and Knowledge Sharing (공유리더십이 직무재창조(Job crafting)에 미치는 영향: 학습목표지향성과 지식공유의 매개효과)

  • Job crafting has gained prominence in organizational practice as an important factor to cultivate positive performance, the purpose of this study is to present theoretical and practical implications of job crafting by examination of the effective variables that induce job crafting. We verify the correlation between shared leadership and job crafting and the mediating effect of learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing in the relationship between these two variables. Hypotheses were established on the basis of precedent research and various theories including social cognitive theory and affective events theory. The data were collected by conducting online surveys of 318 office workers who have served in various domestic organizations. The reliability and validity of the collected data were verified by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, and the hypotheses were analyzed by SPSS process macro 3.0. The study found that shared leadership yields positive effects on the learning goal orientation, knowledge sharing and job crafting of participants respectively and that learning goal orientation and knowledge sharing have a mediating effect in the relationship between shared leadership and job crafting. The results of this study present the effectiveness of shared leadership to facilitate the job crafting and implications and future research measures for the organization to develop a system for activating shared leadership, and for strengthening learning goals orientation and knowledge sharing.

Exploring Impact of Individual Network Position toward Knowledge Sharing Intention (개인의 네트워크 위치가 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • We explore the impact of individuals'network position toward knowledge sharing intention. In order to identify network positions, we utilize three centrality measures (degree/closeness/betweenness) of individual network participants. The research findings show that the individual network positions significantly affect knowledge sharing intentions. Since an individual with high degree centrality might be the leader or the hub, one makes considerable effort to maintain the network position by actively participating in intra-team and inter-team knowledge sharing, A participant who can quickly interact with many other participants within a team (high closeness centrality) is more interested in intra-team knowledge sharing than inter-team knowledge sharing. Unlike degree centrality and closeness centrality, the betweenness centrality provides a participant with diverse resources located in multiple sub-groups. Although an individual with high betweenness centrality is not at the center of the networks, one plays a crucial role in disseminating and regulating information. Therefore, the individual is likely to have more positive intention toward inter-team knowledge sharing than intra-team knowledge sharing.

Proactive Personality, Knowledge Sharing Behavior, Job Characteristics, and Organizational Recognition: An Application of Costly Signaling Theory (주도적 성격과 지식 공유행위, 직무 특성, 그리고 조직의 인정 간 관계에 관한 연구: 비싼 신호보내기 이론을 중심으로)

  • Drawing on costly signaling theory and self-enhancement motive, this study examines the relationships among proactive personality, knowledge sharing behavior, and organizational recognition. In addition to the individual characteristic, this study considers job characteristics as conditional factors, and especially proposes the moderated mediation model in which job complexity and variety moderate the relationships among proactive personality, knowledge sharing behavior, and organizational recognition. To prove these hypotheses, empirical analyses are conducted with 166 dyad samples collected from various industries. As predicted, individuals with high proactive personality are more likely to become involved in knowledge sharing behavior, and this behavior increases organizational recognition rated by their supervisors. Moreover, job complexity and variety moderate the positive relationship between proactive personality and organizational recognition is mediated by knowledge sharing behavior. These results reveal the motive in knowledge sharing and the boundary condition that is necessary to increase such behavior. The study findings will ultimately contribute theoretical and empirical implications to the knowledge management literature.

Social Interdependence and Knowledge Sharing: The Case of IT Projects (사회적 상호의존성과 지식공유: IT프로젝트의 사례)

  • IT project is a knowledge-based project with high uncertainty in role assignment and task allocationamong team members. This study empirically investigate steam members' interactive behavior in IT projects based on the framework of social interdependence theory. The goal and task interdependencebetween team members were posited as antecedents of project performance with communication effectiveness and knowledge sharing as mediating variables. To test the research model, a dataset was collected form IT and business professional pairs of 123 IT project teams. The results indicated that the theory of social interdependence is applicable to explaining the promotive interaction in IT project teams. In detail, task interdependence appears to have influence on both promotive interactions (communication effectiveness and knowledge sharing), and goal interdependence influences only on communication effectiveness. Knowledge sharing is found to be a significant mediator between social interdependence and project performance. However, communication effectiveness only indirectly influences project performance via knowledge sharing. Academic and practical implications are discussed.

  • 협업적 제품 거래 환경에서는 제품의 전 수명주기에 걸쳐 기업들이 보유하고 있는 제품 지식을 공유, 교환함으로써 보다 적극적인 기업간 협업을 지원한다. 따라서 기업간 제품 지식을 어떻게 표현하고 공유할 것인가에 관한 문제와 다양한 정보 시스템으로부터 얻어질 수 있는 제품지식을 어떻게 통합하고, 확장할 것인가에 관한 문제가 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지 개념을 이용하여 제품 지식의 공유 및 통합 문제를 해결할 수 있는 온톨로지 모델을 제시하고 제품 설계 과정에 이를 적용함으로써 타당성을 검증하였다.
