현재 인터넷과 스마트폰은 새로운 형태의 비즈니스와 새로운 스타 기업을 만들어 내고 있다. 그 중 최고 주목을 받고 있는 공유경제 비즈니스는 엄청난 잠재가치와 성장 가능성으로 관심을 받고 있다. 쏘카, 빌북, 등의 여러 공유경제 비즈니스 들은 활용되지 않는 유휴 자원을 타인과 공유하여 불필요한 소비 자원의 낭비를 줄이고 궁극적으로는 사회 공동의 이익 증가에 기여하는 경제활동이자 대안적 사회운동으로 정의 된다. 이러한 공유경제 사회에서 아이디어, 개발 작품의 공유, 아이디어 확장, 구현을 목표로 하는 시스템을 개발 하고자 한다. 연구를 목적으로 하는 조직이나 단체에서 어떠한 사람이 아이디어나 구현한 개발 작품 하나를 공유하면 그것은 하나의 노드가 되고 그 노드에서부터 다른 사람들이 보고 관심 있는 아이디어나 개발 작품을 가지고 덧붙여 업그레이드를 하면 트리형태로 확장하여 직관적으로 보여줄 수 있다. 또한, 연결되는 노드에 코멘트를 달아 개선 사항을 확인할 수 있고, 비슷한 아이디어나 개발 작품을 연결해 그래프(망)형으로 확인할 수 있다. 하나의 아이디어에서 여러 가지가 나가는 브레인스토밍과 같은 결과로 하나의 아이디어에 가치를 높일 수 있다.

강원정보센터는 정보의 공유를 통한 아시아 정보국가 건설에 기초를 두면서 세계적인 정보센터로 발돋움한다는 거대한 목표를 실천하고자 노력하고 있다. 지역간 정보 불균형을 해소하고자 노력하고 있는 강원정보센터를 살펴봤다.

컴퓨터 지원 협동작업(Computer Supported Cooperative Work, CSCW)을 실혐시키는 그룹웨어에 대한 연구는 여러 분야에서 활발히 이루어지고 있으나, 공동 프로젝트 수행시 참여자간 의사 소통에 필요한 정보 공유를 위해 효율적인 자료 기록 및 검색에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공동 작업시 필요한 자료 공유와 효과적인 검색을 위하여 DBMS 질의를 이용한 자료 기록과 검색 뿐 아니라 규칙 기반의 검색 엔진 설계를 포함하는 지능적인 검색기능을 제공하는 그룹웨어 회의 시스템인 IReRCoS(Record and Retrieval based Conferencing System)를 설계한다. JAVA Applet 인터페이스를 통해 공유 자료 기록 조건과 검색 조건을 입력하고 데이터베이스에 저장된 자료를 MSSQL 질의어 및 JESS의 검색 엔진을 통해 해당 파일을 추출한다. IReRCoS는 지능적인 공유자료 기록 및 검색 기능을 지원함으로써 컴퓨터 기반의 다수가 참여한 공동 작업을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 통합된 그룹웨어 환경을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.

정보통신 기술은 같은 목표를 가진 사람들의 협조를 증진 시킬 수 있는 신속하며 정확한 의사소통수단을 제공해 주고 있다. 작은 정부인 NGO 역시 정보통신 기술의 발달로 많은 사람들의 참여가 이루어졌지만 NGO 간의 정보 공유는 미흡하다. 이러한 시점에서 NGO들이 서로간의 사업 정보를 쉽게 공유하고 협업할 수 있는 웹서비스 시스템인 Smart NGO 시스템을 제안한다. Smart NGO는 현재 대부분의 NGO들이 홈페이지에 등록하는 정보를 활용하여 정보를 교류할 수 있도록 하였으며 Smart Tool이라는 새로운 플랫폼을 이용해 NGO가 쉽게 자신의 사업 정보를 등록 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또 이러한 정보들을 Smart Viewer를 통해 NGO나 일반인이 공유할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 사람들이 NGO의 활동에 협조하도록 하였다. 본 논문은 이러한 Smart NGO 시스템의 구조 및 구현을 보인다.

KISTI 정보시스템부는 개발사업을 타 부서의 연구사업으로부터 독립된 과제를 수행한다기보다 정보의 수집, 분석, 공유업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 기술적 지원을 첫 번째 사업 목표로 삼는다고 할 수 있다. 정보시스템부에서 지속적으로 담당하고 있는 “과학기술 정보시스템 개발사업”의 상당 부분은 KISTI의 과학기술 정보서비스 고도화를 위한 기술개발 및 시스템 운영지원이다. 그러나 이 시스템 개발사업은 단순히 현재 운영되고 있는 정보관리, 정보서비스 시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드하는 수준에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정보유통 인프라의 체제개편을 주도하는 혁신적인 연구개발 업무로서 추진되어야 한다는 당위성을 안고 있다.

IT project is a knowledge-based project with high uncertainty in role assignment and task allocationamong team members. This study empirically investigate steam members' interactive behavior in IT projects based on the framework of social interdependence theory. The goal and task interdependencebetween team members were posited as antecedents of project performance with communication effectiveness and knowledge sharing as mediating variables. To test the research model, a dataset was collected form IT and business professional pairs of 123 IT project teams. The results indicated that the theory of social interdependence is applicable to explaining the promotive interaction in IT project teams. In detail, task interdependence appears to have influence on both promotive interactions (communication effectiveness and knowledge sharing), and goal interdependence influences only on communication effectiveness. Knowledge sharing is found to be a significant mediator between social interdependence and project performance. However, communication effectiveness only indirectly influences project performance via knowledge sharing. Academic and practical implications are discussed.

This study analyzed global Knowledge Sharing Platforms and collected stakeholder's suggestions to develop the "Korea-ASEAN Wetland Knowledge Sharing Platform (KSP)." As a result of the analysis, ① financial support and ② knowledge outcomes are essential to maintain the KSP and conduct the platform sustainably. Stakeholder suggest three significant projects (① comparative analysis of the inventory of wetlands in the Korea-ASEAN region, ② knowledge gap analysis in wetland research trends, and ③ establishing a web infrastructure for wetlands information sharing). The "Korea-ASEAN Wetland KSP" defined to be consistent with the international conventions (e.g., Ramsar Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity) goals by comprehensively considering the literature analysis and stakeholder suggestions. Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) selected as the fundamental model of the KSP. As with IPBES, knowledge management and assessment, capacity building, policy support, communication and participation adopted as the platform's core objectives. The KSP will be able to share knowledge related to the same type of wetland ecosystem within the Korea-ASEAN region and provide necessary information for establishing science-based policies.

This study analyzed the effect of technology innovation capacity and social capital on the non-financial performance of SMEs in the metropolitan area. Technology innovation capacity is defined as R & D capacity and technology accumulation capacity, and social capital is defined as interaction, goal sharing, and member trust. The samples were collected through a survey conducted in-person and through telephone calls, e-mail, and fax. The sample data used for analysis was 223 copies. Analysis results showed that R & D capacity and technology accumulation capacity (for technology innovation capacity) and interaction and member trust (for social capital) were variables that significantly affect non-financial performance, but not goal sharing. The findings of this study were as follows. First, despite lacking sufficient technology or capital, SMEs are constantly engaging in innovation to survive in the competitive market environment. Second, the members of SMEs make considerable efforts to achieve performance based on interaction and member trust, however, they hold a negative perception toward sharing the goals pursued by their company.

ACE (Advanced Collaboration Environment) [1] aims to provide people to have remote collaboration as they are in the same Space. To provide tele-presence in remote collaboration, quality of audio and sharing of view which can show overall environment. Visual Sharing focuses on providing interactive view sharing among remote participants. A user can see remote collaboration space from any direction and can share his working screen view with others. In this paper, we summarize the development plan of Visual Sharing and relevant elementary techniques for developing Visual Sharing.

정보화 사회로의 변화는 교육부문에 있어서도 새로운 패러다임를 요구하며, 학교 학생 학부모의 교육정보 공유와 시공간을 초월한 학교교육은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 전인적 교육을 이루어주는 청소년단체는 그 중요성과 규모는 날로 커지고 있으나 교육목표 달성에의 어려움은 더욱 늘어가고, 정보화는 거의 이루어지지 못한 영역이다. 이에 여러 학교의 청소년단체의 실태를 살펴 관련 정보를 분석하고 정보화 방안을 연구하여 청소년단체의 교육목표 달성을 돕는 지원시스템을 설계해보고자 하였다.
