본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 16개 광역자치단체(시 도)별 문화시설중 도시공원에 대한 규모를 근린공원, 어린이 공원, 소공원, 묘지공원, 체육공원, 역사공원, 문화공원, 수변공원, 도시자연공원 등으로 구분하여 인구 및 기초지방자치단체 등의 규모와의 비교분석을 통해 지역의 문화시설지수를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 광역지방자치단체별로 도시공원의 유형과 면적이 인구증가율과는 다르게 나타난다는 점을 확인하였다. 인구증가에 비례하여 도시공원 면적 확보율이 비례하지 않는다는 점을 확인하였으며, 이는 향후 도시공원 정책 수립에 있어 인구증가율을 고려하여야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for the welfare in the park through the empirical test on the park facilities, which are the hardware, and the service contents, which are the software, in the urban parks of Busan. Therefore, to identify the welfare of the parks in Busan, this study took 7 urban parks as samples according to the plate method of experts, and conducted the questionnaire survey from 1,500 persons using these parks. The IPA analysis results on the importance and the satisfaction of the users on the form of use, facilities and the contents of the park are as follows. First, the convenient facilities, which are the hardware of the park, are represented as a intensive management item. Second, the importance and the satisfaction for all the facilities and the contents of each park are significant differences. according to the location of each park and the characteristics of each principal park users. Such results mean that the Busan urban park operation does not satisfy the expectation of the park users for the welfare facilities in the parks. Therefore, it implies that to activate the urban parks and to improve the quality of life than the present, the aceessibility of the local residents to the information should be reinforced through the development of contents to reflect the region and the desires of the users and through building and managing the homepage of the urban parks.

This study is to solve the problems arising from preserving the value of Bukhansan National Park as a precious tourism resource in South Korea. In order to effectively examine the value of preserving the resource, some cases of foreign countries having advanced skills and experiences in managing their national parks are examined so as to apply them to managing Bukhansan National Park. With this developed preserving method, this study mainly focuses on inducing the ways how to permanently maintain its value. Furthermore, some solutions for the problems through analyzing the current situation of Bukhansan National Park are suggested with additional proven opinions of serveral specialists interviewed. As a result, this study is expected to contribute on preserving the value of Bukhansan National Park which is one of the greatest properties in Korea.

The effects of 5day-work-week have given us strong family relationships by increasing sparing time. People who visit national parks enjoy the intimate with family. Especially, the public park has much benefits, such as people visit easily with moderate prices. This research is focused on the sign-design to increase watching effects with low price. However, there are some problems suck as assignments of sign without much considerations for moving line, unmatched with circumstances, lacking of consistency images. Thus, the effect of entertaining is decreased. For this, the paper analysis large-scale public park and large-scale private parks, and solves the several kinds of the problems. We also classify the types of sign designs and propose the sign design methods on characteristics. Therefore, we provide the objectivity of proposed sign designs by evaluating conveniences and expectations, and proposed the design methods of public parks and private parks.

This study analyzed the inflow factors of Yangjae Citizen's Forest Park using social big data generated online. To this end, the applicability of the emotional information analysis method is to be confirmed as a method of analyzing the perception of the city park and confirming the difference in the characteristics and use of the park. The analysis is based on big data, and as the core of the study is keyword network analysis, the methodology of the 'emotional information analysis method' patented by the author was applied. As a result of the analysis, among the influx factors of Yangjae Citizens' Forest recognized by citizens, the most positive emotional factor was derived as a factor related to 'park contents', and the negative emotional factor was derived as a factor related to 'park management'. These research results suggest that more in-depth program development and operation are needed to discover 'park contents' when implementing urban park revitalization support projects in the future

오늘날 산업이 제품 중심에서 서비스 중심으로 빠르게 전환되고 있는 가운데 디자인의 방향도 이런 흐름에 맞춰 변모하고 있다. 최근 서비스디자인이 이런 변화에 따라 다양한 분야에서 각광 받고 있다. 특히 서비스디자인은 공공분야를 중심으로 사건 전반의 문제를 디자인적 관점으로 바라보고 더 높은 가치를 창출하기 위해 개선을 시도한다는데 의미가 있다. 지역의 공원시설 등 공공환경 또한 서비스디자인의 과제로 주목받고 있는데 이런 활동은 다양한 지역사회 경쟁력을 제고시키고 이용객의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 가능성을 지니며 나아가, 서비스디자인을 통해 지역 공공환경을 위한 콘텐츠의 확장을 도모한다는데 의미가 있다. 콘텐츠의 확장을 통해 구성원과 방문객의 만족을 높이기 위해서는 기존의 환경에 특색 있는 서비스를 더한 새로운 콘텐츠들을 개발해야 하며 이러한 서비스디자인 활동을 통해 지역사회에 디자인이 공헌할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 대전계룡산국립공원의 수통골지역 방문객을 위한 서비스디자인프로젝트의 선행연구로 수행 되었다.

‘문화의 시대’라 말하는 21세기를 맞아 다양한 문화콘텐츠가 경제적 가치를 창출하고 있다. 150만대의 자동차를 수출해서 얻는 이익보다 스티븐 스필버그의‘쥬라기공원’이 벌어들인 액수가 많다는 것은 이미 널리 알려진 이야기이다. 최근 여성의 사회진출이 확대되면서 감성을 필요로 하는 이 문화콘텐츠분야가 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 한국여성벤처협회 이영남 회장에게서 여성인력의 활용방안과 문화콘텐츠 강국으로 가는 해답을 들어보자.

Due to the increase of the Broadband Networks and Internet users culture contents in Virtual Environment such as education entertainment and culture are constantly demanded with respect to usability and effectiveness. Mostly existing virtual amusement land$ tend to retain limitations and shortcomings caused by two dimensional interface. This facts may have users directly search amusement facilities themselves resulting in lots of inconvenience. In the work here, a virtual amusement land led by 3D characters is presented. The interactive contents which users can actively participate in is developed.

This study proposed "Reservoir Park", which added disaster prevention function to urban green spaces such as city parks through domestic and overseas related laws review, case studies, field trips. This is a combination of urban parks and reservoirs as urban planning facilities, which can provide both space for daily use by urban residents and disaster mitigation functions in case of emergency. In order to prevent flooding in urban areas due to climate change, facilities should be installed in the form of parks, etc., as the reservoir facility should be systematically reviewed together with urban planning facilities. However it was found that the reservoir park was not clear as a theme park. In this study, the types of storage facilities in urban areas were reclassified into five types of storage parks reflecting the characteristics of urban green spaces through domestic case studies and field trips. The classification of the reservoir parks is classified into 5 kinds such as ecological type, vegetation cover type, exercise facility type, underground burial type and hybrid type based on groundwater level, human use, and reservoir size. This classification system can be used to determine the types of facilities to be built after designating the location of future storage facilities.

This study was conducted to suggest new development model for national & public parks by applying fascinating theme to the existing standardized development of those park. For this purpose, YeonIn Mountain Provincial Park was chosen as object of this research, which is located in GaPyeong, Kyonggi Province. The results from analysis of demand for tourism trend and development were as follows. Most of visitors(87%) come from the metropolitan area and their age are between the ages of 20 and 30. And the visitors' preference for accommodation is the independent villa style. For commercial facility, the strong expansion for food and beverage facilities and stores was needed. The future facilities and activities which they want to experience and e are health-recreation facility and ecological experience based on nature. From these results, It might conclude that we have to develop the qualified nature park with various theme focused on experience and recreation, and that we do preserve the environment.
