The object of this study is to improve the police administration service and the work performance of police officers, through the analytic ground to increase job satisfaction and to solve the role conflict by setting the role conflict as a main factor among many factors to influence the job satisfaction between the role conflict and the job satisfaction of police officers and explaining the factors of the role conflict.

In this study, a teaching units for teaching and learning of secondary preservice teachers' mathematising is designed, focusing on reinvention of Bretschneider's formula. preservice teachers can obtain the following through this teaching units. First, preservice teachers can experience mathematising which invent a noumenon which organize a phenomenon, They can make an experience to invent Bretscheider's formula as if they invent mathematics really. Second, preservice teachers can understand one of the mechanisms of mathematics knowledge invention. As they reinvent Brahmagupta's formula and Bretschneider's formula, they understand a mechanism that new knowledge is invented Iron already known knowledge by analogy. Third, preservice teachers can understand connection between school mathematics and academic mathematics. They can understand how the school mathematics can connect academic mathematics, through the relation between the school mathematics like formulas for calculating areas of rectangle, square, rhombus, parallelogram, trapezoid and Heron's formula, and academic mathematics like Brahmagupta's formula and Bretschneider's formula.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between managerial system(CEO support, pay system, education & training) and knowledge management, and the moderating effect of decentralization and formalization in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data are gathered and analysed from 227 subjects in Kangwon-do province. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge acquisition, 2) the relationship between managerial system and knowledge transfer, 3) the moderating effects of decentralization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management, 4) the moderating effects of formalization on the relationship between managerial system and knowledge management. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, knowledge acquisition and transfer appeared to be positively related with CEO support and education & training. Second, education & training was verified to be more positively related with knowledge transfer in higher decentralization group than in lower group. Third, CEO support and education & training were more positively with knowledge acquisition in lower formalization group than in higher group. Fourth, pay system were more positively with knowledge transfer in lower formalization group than in higher group.

The tire inflation and contact problem has been solved by a finite element method. The finite element formulation is derived from the equilibrium equations by the principle of virtual work in the form of an updated Lagrangian formulation for incremental analysis. Then, a contact formulation is added to the finite element formulation to calculate stress state of tire in contact with flat rigid road under the load due to the self-weight of a vehicle. In the finite element analysis, equations of effective material properties are introduced to analyze a plane strain model of the shell-like tire by considering the bending effect of reinforced steel cords. The proposed equations of effective material properties produced stress concentration around the edge of belt layers, which does not appear when other well-known equations of material properties are adopted. The result from the above algorithm demonstrates the validity of the formulation and the proposed equations for the effective elastic constants. The result fully interprets the cause of separation between belt layers by showing the stress concentration.

This study focuses on finding out the determinants of relational quality between the supplier and the retailer in the Chinese cosmetics market. A total of 72 questionnaires were collected by surveying beauty shops which mainly do business with the foreign cosmetics suppliers in Shanghai area. The findings support the premise that a retailer's trust in a supplier is positively related to the retailer's commitment. Supplier's ability, guanxi and cultural sensitivity have positive impacts on trust. Formalization, supplier's specific investment and cultural sensitivity affect commitment positively. But the formalization is not significantly related to the retailer's trust. The guanxi is not found to be significantly related to the retailer's commitment yet.

2상유동의 물리적 문제는 이상화된 계면형상, 경계 및 초기조건과 연속체공식화를 이용한 지배 및 구속관계에 의해 정립된다. 본 글에서는 2상유동모델의 공식화에 대한 근거와 응용의 제한 성등이 제시되었다. 각 2상유동모델들 사이에는 많은 차이점이 존재하고 이들은 모두 주어진 경우에 적절한 평균화 과정에 의해 유도되었다. 2상유동모델링의 가장 큰 어려움은 구속관계의 개발과 관련되어 있으며 실험적 결과와의 송환과정을 통하여 향상될 수 있을 것이다. 구속 조 건의 개발과 함께 2상유동모델링에 대한 연구는 미시적인 동적해석을 위한 다차원 2-유체모델과 총체적인 계의 거동해석을 위한 1차원 2-유체모델, 혹은 단일유체모델의 분야에서 계속 진행되 어야 할 것이다.
