Analysis of Keyword-based Content Search Service Requirements in Video Archive for Media Creation (미디어 창작을 위한 비디오 아카이브 키워드기반 내용 검색 서비스 요구사항 분석)

  • 방대한 분량의 콘텐츠 홍수 속에서 원하는 소재를 찾기 위해 콘텐츠 내용을 검색할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이 지원되는 것은 창작을 자유롭게 하고, 콘텐츠 활용도를 높이기 위해 매우 중요하다. KBS 바다 서비스의 경우 분류체계 방법을 사용하고 있으나. 최근 딥러닝을 이용한 인공지능 기술의 발전으로 콘텐츠의 내용을 인공지능 기술로 태깅하고, 태깅된 텍스트 정보를 이용하여 검색할 수 있는 기술 개발이 활발히 수행되고, 국가적으로도 해당 기술을 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술 개발의 선행 요소인 방송사의 제작과정에서 요구되는 동영상 소재 콘텐츠 검색의 요구사항을 KBS 비디오 아카이브 검색 키워드 실제 사용 데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 약 1,000여건의 검색 키워드 분석과 이용자와 운영자의 응답 내용을 고찰한 결과, 특정 키워드에 집중하여 검색할 수 있도록 보완하여 주는 것이 필요함을 알아내었다. 또한, 검색 범위를 효과적으로 축소하여 검색을 손쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있는 방법을 고찰하였다. 본 논문에서는 미디어 창작에서 필요한 소재 콘텐츠를 찾기 위해 연구 개발해야 할 미디어 속성 추출 기술의 방향성을 제시하였다.

Method of Quantity Data Analysis for Building Construction Cost Estimation : Focusing on Finish Work of Public Apartment Project (공사비 예측을 위한 수량기반 데이터 분석방법 : 공공 아파트 수장공사 중심으로)

  • Construction projects have unique characteristics that these may be carried out by contractors thus, cost should be estimated before execution. The importance of cost estimation and cost check has become increasingly emphasized in all phases of construction project that would be performed numerously. It is needed that owner have to estimate reasonable budget, and contractor should predict the bid price. However, there are lack of standard cost estimation method before quantity takeoff, cost analysis method, and cost database thus, the method of area cost, such as square foot method, is as used as ever in Korea. Therefore, this research suggested standard cost database structure CUBE, and analysis method of item quantity per one household categorized by area type. Whereafter, database of all item quantity of finish work has been built with 90 building cost data, and validated it's availability. In this respect, the suggested method and the findings from this research are expected to help enhancing the efficiency and productivity of cost estimation in Korea.

  • Recently construction environment is being professionalized. oversized and diversified. Due to fluctuation of construction environment, the demand for the project of steel structure is ieased gradually and steel construction is needed the efficient quality management. The construction of steel structure which required a variety of sub-contractors, the progress of works and technologies are comprehensive of various risks and uncertain factors. But currently the construction of steel structure is conducted the risk management by perception and experience of constructors. Therefore, the analyzing factors of the risk and establishing the device are able to manage the quality management efficiently. In this study, we have conducted the interview of experts, polls and through the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) for the scientific and systematic risk management. This paper will propose a plan for systematization of the construction of the steel structure.

  • Recently, despite a decrease in the number of working days and an increase in the number of non-working days due to an increase in the abnormal climate and the revision of the Labor Standards Act, a standard construction period reflecting this has not been established. For this reason, even if the appropriate construction period is calculated at the site, there is a situation where delays occur due to unexpected circumstances. Therefore, this study proposes a method of calculating the number of non-working days for railway bridgework construction that reflects changes in construction conditions and climate change and reflects this to railway bridgework construction, and the number of working days was calculated. As a result, the number of non-working days by region and month in Korea was derived, and through this, the necessity of regulations and standards for appropriate construction periods reflecting regional characteristics and characteristics of each construction type was presented.

  • Earned Value Management System(EVMS) has been institutionalized as an advanced management technique of construction project lately. And its research has been in the active progress in order to utilize the earned value concept as a project management tool for construction project ordered by both government and private sector. However it is necessary to test and prove the EVMS's adaptability to our construction environment by EVMS's several of operations before its introduction. Project forecasting phase of EVMS is the Estimate at Completion by utilizing earned value data. So, the purpose of this study is to propose EAC evaluation method for evaluation the accuracy of the EAC and encouraging cost realism, and to test for proving the validity of the evaluation methods through hypothesis testing.

  • From now on, the aged apartment or house is expected to increase rapidly. So, we have to build a process of remodeling and develop the new technique. Demolition work is needed for systematic plan and management. However, contractors of the remodeling project established a rough plan and did not consider recycling wastes, safety of workers and structural stability of building. Therefore, we need a step to develop a assessment system, verify and make specified. This paper evaluated how much improve on construction speed, work efficiency, intensity of work and influence with another process comparing the existing method with the new demolition method. The qualitative and quantitative assessment system are developed with these output. The case study was carried out experimental group and control group, based on developed assessment system, which have the same condition. The existing method was made up of 3 steps- 1)Demolish windows, doors and iron goods, 2)Demolish indoor and outdoor walls, 3)Drop the waste. The new demolition method was made up of 5 steps- 1)Demolish windows, doors and iron goods, 2)Demolish the ceiling and wall's finishing materials, 3)Demolish the floor's finishing materials, 4)Demolish indoor and outdoor walls, 5)Drop the waste. Work time, idle time, the character of a work unit are analyzed by mock-up test. This study's output is expected to establish a systematic process of new demolition method and based on the maximizing waste recycling work in our construction industry.

  • 통신 기술의 발달 등에 따라 소비자에게 스마트폰은 일상화되었고, 이는 미디어 생태계에 큰 영향을 끼쳤다. 본 논문에서는 급변하는 미디어 시장에서 새로운 플랫폼과 N-스크린 서비스의 중요성과 한국방송공사에서 국내 최초로 설계하고 제작한 모바일-TV 동시 생방송 프로그램 시스템에 대해 소개한다. 특히 설계된 시스템이 실제 방송 환경에서 어떻게 적용되어 송출되었는지 소개하고 현재 방송 제작 여건의 한계와 해결방안에 대해 논한다. 마지막으로 N-스크린 서비스를 실제 방송기술에 적용하고 확장할 수 있는 방법과 향후 전망, 그리고 KBS가 급변하는 미디어 생태계 환경에서 생존하기 위해 연구, 개발하며 나아갈 방향에 대해 논한다.

  • Construction concrete needs to maintain suitable environment which contains temperature and humidity etc. Then concrete shows own strength. The environment is not regular and contains many variables. Especially the climate element occupies many parts of variables. We have the climate environment which goes down to $-4^{\circ}C$. The factor that obstruct to construction is the failure at a construction progress. But it must be processed to be scheduled. Therefore we have to do the special care for factor of climate that obstruct to construction. We must make assurance doubly sure at the quality of concrete. We need maintenance of temperature and humidity for the hardening until the requirement period after a concrete pured in. We must do the care of curing sufficiently not to take the influence of injurious activity. This causes strength of concrete. Specific method of curing is according to each situation which is environment element. We wish to analyze curing course in construction of concrete at the paper. Also we wish to predict the problem as to consider curing and suggest the improvement plan through the paper.

  • Poor usage of work-continuity for planning and management is one of the leading causes of decreased productivity in high-rise and complexity construction projects. For efficient finish work, tact scheduling method needs to be implemented according to tact time. But there are the studies about zoning of work area, daily construction information and tact planning and management, there are not the studies about tact time yet. The purpose of this study is to help implementation of tact scheduling by tact time and adjusted work-plan. The main contents of this study are as follow; (1)Tact time has been calculated as coordination of work-plan between a general contractor and specialties. (2)Project-plan can be without delay by tact time calculation method.

  • 이 연구에서는 고속도로 신설 공사 건설 현장 근로자들의 소음 노출을 저감할 수 있는 방법들을 제시하며 특히 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 새로운 체계적인 방법인 "소음 주의 구역"을 제안한다. 고속도로 건설 현장에서 소음원이 되는 장비, 기계, 도구와 근로자들의 소음 노출 특성을 알아 보았으며, 개인청력 보호구, 공학적제어수단 (engineering controls), 관리적제어수단 (administrative controls)을 어떻게 적용할 것인가를 제시하였다. 개인청력 보호구만으로는 소음 노출을 효율적으로 저감시킬 수 없음을 보였으며, 공학적제어수단은 기술적 및 경제적 문제로, 관리적제어수단은 공사 기간 단축과 같은 실제적인 이유로 해서 시행 되기가 어렵다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 실제적으로 적용할 수 있는 체계적인 방법으로서 "소음주의구역 (Noise Perimeter Zones)"을 새롭게 제안하였다. 이 "소음주의구역"은 높은 수준의 소음원이 존재하는 고속도로 건설 공사 현장에 지정된다. 이 구역안에서는 근로자들의 출입이 통제되며 또한 개인청력 보호구, 공학적제어수단, 관리적제어수단과 같은 적절한 제어수단이 사용되어야 한다.
