The Community Attachment and Attitudes toward Baekdudaegan Tourism Development: An Application of Covariance Structural Analysis (백두대간 관광개발이 지역애착과 관광태도에 미치는 효과 분석: 공변량구조모형의 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the conceptional structure of residents' perception among tourism development impacts (economic benefits, social and environmental impact), community attachment and attitudes towards the effects of Baekdudaegan tourism development. This paper was adopted LISREL (linear structural relationships) approach, covariance structural equation model, to provided some insights on tourism development. Data of 356 were collected from Youngu and Mungyeong cities surrounding Baekdudaegan in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The results indicate that perceived economic benefits are rather greater impacts on attitudes than perceived social and environmental ones directly and indirectly. Also, perceived social impacts influence community attachment, however, perceived economic benefits and environmental impacts do not influence community attachment directly. Finally results reveal that the attitudes for supporting tourism development were found positively influenced by the identity of community attachment. Differently social exchange theory, the results suggested that residents' attitudes towards Baekdudaegan tourism development perceived positive strongly even a non related tourism resident.

Income Inequality of the Aged: Trends and Factor Decomposition (노인 소득의 불평등 추이와 불평등 요인분)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to find policy implications by examining the trends in income inequality of the Korean aged and factors contributing to these. For analysis, this study used the 2nd, 5th, 7th and 9th wave of 'Korean Labour and Income Panel Study'. The findings are as follows. First, total income inequality of the elderly rose greatly after 1998 and is decreasing after 2001. Secondly, the Gini coefficient decomposition by income sources shows that earned income was the factor most responsible for the income inequality of the elderly. But its influences of the elderly income inequality is gradually decreasing during analysing periods. Third, assets income and public pensions have a great effects on the elderly income inequality. They increases the income inequality of the elderly households. Forth, interfamily transfer income and public assistance income reduces income inequality of the elderly.

  • This study investigated whether the model attributes of VR Ads (3D effect, presence, Dynamics, Amusement) affect the attitude of the advertising. We also examined the mediating role of consumer's innovation in the model attributes and advertising attitude of VR advertisements. To do this, VR equipment was used to induce real advertisers to experience advertisements. The causal relationship between variables was examined through covariance structure analysis. The results are as follows. First, all independent variables of the VR advertising model have a positive effect on the consumer's innovation. Second, the 3D effect, Amusement of the VR advertising model have a positive effect on the attitude of the advertising. Third, the effects of the VR advertising model on all variables are mediated by the consumer's innovation of the VR advertisement. The results of this study provide implications for understanding the characteristics of VR Ads.

백화점 고객의 소비자 만족에 미치는 선행 요인 및 사후 행동에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 백화점 고객을 대상으로, 소비자 만족과 관련된 여러 선행요인 및 사후 행동의 관련성을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 지역공헌관련특징에 초점을 맞추어 이에 따르는 마케팅 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 분리되어 다루어진 만족평가 요인으로서의 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징들을 통합하여 매장의 전체적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 새로운 사회적 쟁점으로 대두되고 있는 환경정책을 포함한 지역공헌관련특징이 매장만족 경로상에서 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로 소비자 만족, 지역공헌관련 특징을 포함한 선행요인 및 사후행동에 대한 인과관계구조모형을 설정하였으며, 분석은 LISREL을 이용한 공변량구조분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징은 매장의 전체적인 만족형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기존 연구와 일치함을 보여주었다. 또한 환경정책, 지역공헌정도를 포함한 지역공헌관련특징은 매장만족의 결과 변수로 사용되어진 구전의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됨으로써 직접 매장에 대한 만족을 얻지 못한 소비자들이라도 지역공헌관련특징의 정도에 따라 구전의사에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구는 새로운 경쟁관계에 직면한 최근 백화점업계의 마케팅 경쟁환경을 감안할 때 적지 않은 현실적 의미가 있으리라 생각되며, 나아가 국내 할인점과 외국계 할인점들간의 경쟁으로 인한 마케팅 전략의 수립 및 분석에도 시사하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the evaluation models of internet sites and to analyze the factors affecting the consumer satisfaction of health information sites in the Internet. Based on the covariance structural model applied to a customer survey, this study shows that among the characteristics of the site. contents has the most significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects the consumer willingness to recommend the site to others.

  • 이 연구는 경남지역 소재 무도수련장에 다니고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 무도수련장 지도자의 운동지원과 재등록의사의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위해 총 220명의 무도수련장의 수련생들을 유의표집하였다. 이 연구는 SPSSWIN 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 통계처리를 실시하였다. 자료처리 방법은 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis)과 공변량구조분석(structural equation modeling) 등의 통계기법이 활용되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 무도수련장 지도자의 정보적 지원, 물질적 지원, 사교적 지원 등이 재등록의사에 중요한 영향을 미친다.

Effect of the Interaction between Middle and High School Archery Trainer and Players to the Exercise Satisfaction, Trust and Adherence (중.고교 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용이 선수의 운동만족, 신뢰 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players to the exercise satisfaction, trust and adherence. In particular, this study was to develop and examine a theoretical model through theory trimming. To achieve the goal of this study, some of the archery trainers and players participated in korea archery championship in 2007 were selected as a collected group. Total 220 participants were selected using the purposive sampling method to analyze the relationships between archery trainers and players. The data collection method was a brochure named 'the survey on the interaction, exercise satisfaction, adherence, Trust socio-demographic characteristics' Chronbach' a was calculated to check up the reliability and was $.661{\sim}.855.$. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM were used to analyze the collected data. The results were as follows. First, the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players influences on the exercise satisfaction. More interaction gives the players more exercise satisfaction. Second, the interaction between archery trainers and players influences on the trust for trainers. More interaction makes the more trust. Third, the interaction between archery trainers and players did not influences on the exercise adherence. Fourth, the exercise satis)action influences on the trust for trainers. More exercise satisfaction makes the more trust. Firth, the exercise satisfaction did not influences on the exercise adherence. Sixth, the trust influences on the exercise adherence.

The Relationship between Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management and Organizational Performance in the Private Security Corporation (민간경비 조직문화와 인적자원관리 및 조직성과의 관계)

  • This study was to analyze structural equation modeling of organizational culture, human resource management and organization performance in the private security corporation. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, the employee of private security corporation located in Seoul, 2006 year were set as a collected group. Then, using the cluster random sampling method, finally drew out 300 peoples and analyzed 250 peoples in total. The material collection device was the brochure named . The validity of instrument was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) The result of reliability check up was here below; Chronbach' ${\alpha}=.724$. To analyze materials, correlation analysis, CFA, SEM were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are follows; First, organizational culture influences on the human resource management. Second, organizational culture influences on the organizational performance. Third, human resource management influences on the organizational performance. Particularly, organizational culture influences indirectly on organizational performance throughout human resource management. Human resource management is very important variable mediating organizational culture and performance.

Effects of University Advertising on Enrolled Student's University Loyalty (대학의 광고활동이 재학생의 학교 애호도에 미치는 영향)

  • Recently, university advertising was increasing with the educational circumstance changes. This study purposed to find out the effect of university ads satisfaction on enrolled students's university loyalty as an internal customer's loyalty not on existing external customer's perspectives. And we want to see more about the mediation effect of perceived image of the student and expected image of the student's relatives. Through the research model design and survey on students, we analysed proposed path hypotheses using the covariance structural equation analysis method with AMOS7.0 tool. As research results, all the hypotheses are accepted. University ads satisfaction was influenced to the perceived image and expected image, and finally to the university loyalty of the student. So, it is need to expand the university advertising coverage to the internal customer of enrolled students and his relatives.

Verification for Structural Modeling between Servant and Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Organizational Performance of Private Security Organizations (민간경비 조직의 서번트・변혁적 리더십, 조직시민행동, 조직성과 간의 구조모형 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural model between servant - transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance of private security organizations. The security guards working in private security companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi - do were selected as population, random sampling method. The survey was conducted from September 1, 2016 to November 30. Accoridng to the purpose of the study, this study conducted factor analysis(EFA/CFA), reliability analysis, convergence and discriminant validity analysis, and covariance structure analysis using SPSSWIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, servant leadership has a positive (+) effect (${\beta}=.406$) on organizational citizenship behavior statistically at .001 level. Second, transformational leadership has a positive (+) effect (${\beta}=.373$) on organizational citizenship behavior statistically at .001 level. Third, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive (+) effect (${\beta}=.615$) on organizational performance statistically at .01 level. Fourth, servant leadership does not affect the organizational performance statistically (${\beta}=.211$). Fifth, transformational leadership does not affect the organizational performance statistically (${\beta}=.058$). Sixth, organizational citizenship behavior has statistically positive (+) mediation effect (${\beta}=.249$) in the relationship between servant leadership and organizational performance. Seventh, organizational citizenship behavior has statistically positive (+) mediating effects (${\beta}=.230$) on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance.
