Hot firing performance test of hydrazine decomposition catalyst used for monopropellant thruster of the satellite and the launch vehicle was performed. Test equipment for catalyst test was developed in collaboration with Hanwha Corp., reaction delay time, catalyst activity and granule stability of the catalyst firing performance were measured and analyzed with the equipment. In addition, the current development of prototype catalyst is introduced.

Recently, research and development on satellite payloads are being developed such as the optical sensor, SAR etc. Satellite image for earth observation is being utilized both domestically and abroad. Advanced satellite payload technology has led to the collection and analysis of satellite images relying on the optical sensor. Currently, related organizations such as RDA(the Rural Development Administration) are collectively collaborating to plan a national project to develop a medium-sized satellite based on Korea's domestic technology independently. This paper investigated the cases of the past research on application of satellite images for agriculture and analyzed the technical specifications for satellite payload in each area of such application. Based on the results of the past surveys and consultation studies among local experts in satellite image application, we analyzed the current trends, plans and applications of domestic and overseas R&D in satellite payloads for earth observation in agriculture, and proposed the appropriate technical specifications for developing a future medium-sized satellite for agriculture. The proposed specifications were then incorporated into a simulated satellite to examine its performance to observe the Korean farming areas. The authors anticipate that the findings of this paper will form a useful technical basis for providing the appropriate specifications for developing future medium-sized satellite payloads to be used in agriculture and forestry, and enabling the end users to efficiently utilize the satellite.

This study aims to find out that major-related voluntary services of university students have an effect on forming their community spirit and occupational value somehow. This study carried out the survey targeting students in 'D' University, which is located at Jeonnam Province of Korea, on September 6 through 13, 2017. The self-administered questionnaire was structured in questions about community spirit and occupational value. 566 copies of the questionnaires handed out were collected. As a result, participation in voluntary services makes a significant difference according to gender, grade, and departments but major related voluntary services was ignificant difference according to departments. There was a significant difference in community spirit and occupational value of participants in voluntary services. However, major-related voluntary services showed significant difference in occupational value only. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a lot of volunteer programs in order to encourage students to join major-related voluntary activities.

The purpose of this paper is to reorganize the role of ecomuseum which establishes the identity of local communities and preserve the tangible and intangible inheritance and relics of the region, and to propose the sustainable development measures of the ecomuseum. Therefore, in this paper, three factors for the continuous development of the ecomuseum are as follows: First, establishment of an ecomuseum centering on local communities. Second, research on the program development for voluntary participation of local people. Third, we proposed the construction of ecomuseum network that can help to manage and publicize the ecomuseum. Therefore, the program of the ecomuseum presented in this paper can be useful for the concrete development of the ecomuseum which is suitable for domestic reality.

This paper is about design of optimal structure of microstrip dielectric ceramic antenna with rectangular electrode patches in accordance with the cavity model and fabrication of its prototype sample operating at the frequency of 900 MHz. Results of this work can be employed as a useful too to develop and diversify ceramic antenna having superior performance and omni-directivity to that of current helical antenna.

This study suggests the conceptual basis to integrate local tourism support policy and local unification educational contents development strategy through theoretical analysis about 'Social Tourism' and 'cross-compliance'. Also the purpose of this study is to reinterpret existing tourism resources in order to apply it to the case of Busan. In this study, I investigated the data that have been studied in Pusanology and the history of Korean division. And I conducted interviews with 10 residents who have lived in Busan since the Korean War.

새만금호의 목표수질 달성과 지속가능한 관리를 위해서는 비점오염 관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 새만금호 상류 유역은 농경지 비율이 38%로서 높아 농업활동에서 유래하는 농업 비점오염원의 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 농업비점오염 저감기술의 개발하는 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 농업인과 지역주민의 참여와 함께 행정적인 지원을 포함하는 사회 경제 문화적 접근을 포함하는 통합적인 접근 즉, 거버넌스가 요구된다. 이러한 거버넌스를 새만금유역의 농업비점 관리에 적용하려는 노력의 일환으로 "새만금유역 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스구축 사업모델 개발"에 대한 연구를 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 추진하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업비점오염 관리를 위한 거버넌스 구축과 운영에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 각각의 요소별 추진 프로세스를 개발하고 최종적으로 이를 상호 연계하여 운영하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스 구축의 접근 방향으로는 신규구축형과 기존정책사업연계형으로 접근하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 거버넌스 시스템은 참여단위와 행정단위, 그리고 이것을 연계 지원하는 '중간지원조직'의 다층적 거버넌스 구조로 제안하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스는 공동체단위와 개별 농가단위의 참여 프로그램으로 설계하였다. 특히, 참여단위 거버넌스의 지속성을 유지하기 위해서 커뮤니티비즈니스 육성이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 1차년도(2015년)에는 신규구축형을 중심으로 진행을 위하여 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리를 연구대상 지구로 선정하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스 구축을 위하여 연구대상 지구에서 우리 마을과 물 이야기, 우리마을회의 등 통하여 주민이 생각하는 지역의 역사와 문화 등 잠재자원을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 마을 공동체를 마을길을 연결하여 다시 활성화 하고, 물이 흐르는 마을도랑으로 가꾸고, 단절된 이웃간 마음을 연결하기 위한 "마을길-물길-마음길 연결" 커뮤니티 비즈니스 프로젝터를 도출하였다. 이러한 거버넌스구축 프로그램의 정보의 공유와 확산을 위하여 커뮤니티 비즈니스 안내판을 설치하고, 마을소식지(청파)를 제작배부하고 거버넌스구축 과정을 담은 마을영상다큐 제작을 진행하였다. 2차년도에는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 심화과정을 운영하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 농촌지역의 비점오염관리를 위한 거버넌스구축 등 정책 및 제도개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Since the direct and indirect damage caused by the fire in the underground utility tunnel will cause great damage to society as a whole, it is necessary to make efforts to prevent and control it in advance. The most of the fires that occur in cables are caused by short circuits, earth leakage, ignition due to over-current, overheating of conductor connections, and ignition due to sparks caused by breakdown of insulators. In order to find the cause of fire at an early stage due to the characteristics of the underground utility tunnel and to prevent disasters and safety accidents, we are constantly managing it with a detection system using image analysis and making efforts. Among them, a case of developing a fire detection system using CCTV-based deep learning image analysis technology has been reported. However, CCTV needs to be supplemented because there are blind spots. Therefore, we would like to develop a high-performance acoustic-based deep learning model that can prevent fire by detecting the spark sound before spark occurs. In this study, we propose a method that can collect sound in underground utility tunnel environments using microphone sensor through development and experiment of prototype module. After arranging an acoustic sensor in the underground utility tunnel with a lot of condensation, it verifies whether data can be collected in real time without malfunction.

The Dresden Elbe Valley of Germany was delisted from the World Heritage List after a long dispute amongst the city of Dresden, UNESCO and the World Heritage Committee upon a plan to build a four-lane bridge within the boundaries of the property. The plan was claimed to threaten the Outstanding Universal Value of the heritage embedded in the view of the river landscape. However looking back on the necessity of the bridge in order to maintain the city dynamics and the needs of the local population, it is possible to diagnose that plans for the bridge had a rather different nature from the usual urban 'development' plans appearing in the vicinity of other World Heritage properties. This article examines the process that led to the delisting of the Elbe Valley from the World Heritage List and assesses the problems arising between the entities which determine the value of the heritage and the entities that implement conservation measures. Recognizing the necessity of involving the local residents, this article stresses the importance of the role of communities in heritage conservation. It is also important to set up dependable directions for establishing conservation policies which takes into account the changing dynamics of the living environment, and sound methods for assessing the impact of future projects on the heritage.

The development paradigm based on modernization theory and economic growth since the WWII reached an impasse in the 1980s. As an alternative, the new perspective on development as a whole social development beyond economic growth has emerged, and culture as an important method for as well as a approach to development has been emphasized. Post-development theories destruct the European development concept and suggest alternative developments emphasizing culture restoration, endogenous growth, diversity, and neopopulist developments movement emphasize community, gender, ownership, and participation. International Organizations such as UNESCO have also examined and developed the relations between culture and development. Although different from that of the past development paradigm, acknowledging other cultures, however, this elaborated concept of culture has some limitations and need to be reconceptualized through applying the geographical concept of 'relational place.' The concept of relational place can help recognize internal diversity within culture and community and link them to a broader economic and political contexts.
