The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences of participation in the educational community through cooperative relationships between early childhood teachers and researchers in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling, and to find out the meaning of those experiences. Reputable researchers began with the formation of the educational community on March 14, 2016, and continued until July 26, 2016, and collected transcripts of discussions of educational community meetings, reflective journal data of teachers and researchers, and transcript of individual interviews by teachers. As a result of the study, first, the experience of participating in the educational community in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling shared personal mathematics experiences and mathematical situations, understood and learned mathematics content knowledge through sharing, and communicated through the educational community. Second, looking at the meaning of the experience of participating in the early childhood mathematics education educational community using storytelling, learn together through mathematical errors and learn the direction of better instruction through sharing. Grown up as a teacher who enjoys the mathematics exploration process, and promoted joint practice through cooperation in early childhood mathematics education using storytelling.

The purpose of this study is to explore implications for intergenerational Christian education in Korean churches and families that struggle with "generational fragmentations" focusing on the conception of reciprocity and participation. For the faith community in Korea, "generational fragmentations" does not merely mean communication gaps or the disconnection between generations but also the absence of reciprocity and communal participation as a genuine intergenerational community of faith. With this phenomenon in mind, this study explores the concept of "intergenerationality" in education, focusing on reciprocity and participation. Next, this study examines the concepts of reciprocity and participation found in John Dewey's seminal works, Democracy and Education and Experience and Education based on his ideas of democracy and experience in relation to intergenerational Christian education for the Korean church and families. The present paper then attempts to find implications for intergenerational Christian education in the Korean church and family, showing the importance of an intergenerational community of faith with reciprocity and communal participation, and communal spiritual journey with children and adults.

Discussion of Economic Community in East Asia are active. This trend began in the late 20th from the EU and North America's regional economic integration is in response to the movement. East Asia in the late 1990s to the actual for the FTA, it was not very active. As East Asian Economic Community became one of agendas for ASEAN+3 Leaders' meeting since 2004. Japan has been positioned itself as a leading country in East Asia. However, the emergence of China in the East Asian economic community have been changes. Moreover, East Asian countries began concerns over regional economic community with frequent conclusions of FTAs and China is leading the discussion on strengthening economic cooperation in the region. Some of it in terms of economic community in East Asia will not be smooth. First, East Asian countries do not have a common goal. Second, East Asian countries have a lot of diversity. Third, China and Japan are expected to compete in the championship. Therefore, East Asian economic community should be approached in the long-term perspective.

The current study investigated how interpersonal trust is developed in online communities, where most of individual identities are unknown or doubtful. To better understand and theorize the underlying mechanism, a survey was conducted integrating the literature on computer-mediated communication (CMC) and extending previous research on social identify model. The findings confirmed that integrity, benevolence, and openness are essential components in the concept of trustworthiness, which is predicted by social identification and persistency of communication activities in the virtual community.

This study explores the characteristics of within-school and across-school science teacher professional learning communities (hereafter, PLC) qualitatively. In-depth focus group interviews were conducted with science teachers belonging to seven PLCs within the science core school and three PLCs across schools. Interview questions include identity and motivation, major activities, and outcomes of PLC, as well as shortcomings and support plans for PLC. The results include both within-school and across-school science teacher PLCs formed for professional development related to science teaching and learning. Both science PLCs participated in the study showed the characteristics of a 'practice community' that developed a cooperative relationship through reciprocal participation, focusing on shared issues among members. Regarding issues, within-school PLCs focused on microscopic problems such as curriculum reconstruction of subject-matter, while across-school PLCs focused on macro problems such as teacher professional development. Regarding activities and roles as PLC, within-school and across-school science PLCs shared such features as collaborative professional development, and interpersonal education such as mentoring for novice teachers. In terms of PLC's influence and outcomes, science teacher PLCs has a positive effect not only on the teachers themselves, but also on the students and the teacher culture in the school. In addition, science teacher PLCs need improvement of the physical conditions for community operation, and software support such as protocol provision for PLC operation and joint research or re-education with universities. In particular, joint research between universities and science teacher PLCs shows the future orientation of the PLC as an 'inquiry community'. Based on the results, the necessity of active support for science PLC, the necessity of developing a cooperative system between science teacher PLC and universities, and ways to spread the PLC of science core schools to that of general schools were proposed.

This study planned study model through documentary research and drew hypothesis to analyze how teamwork of servant leadership has an influence on job satisfaction aiming at full time employee under department head and contract worker of five star hotel in Busan. As a survey term, from April 5th, 2010 to April 23th, 2010, it distributed total 300 questionnaires, 60 questionnaires for each hotel, and then 242 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. It analyzed data using SPSS WIN Version 12.0 statistics package program, and verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis. As a result of verification for influence of servant leadership on interchange which is one of teamwork, it showed that community formation factor has a positive influence on interchange, and as a result of verification for influence on communication which is one of teamwork, I could find out that higher the level of bond of sympathy formation and community formation factor are, higher the communication becomes. As a result of verification for influence on interdependence which is one of teamwork, it showed that community formation, stewardship, vision, commitment to growth factor have a positive influence on interdependence. As a result of verification for influence of teamwork factor on job satisfaction, it showed that all factors have a positive influence. As a result of this study. I could find out that member' positive perception on leader in hotel organization can be a basis deriving job satisfaction though teamwork.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Accordingly, a survey was conducted targeting 267 college students attending universities in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions. For data analysis, the SPSS 21 program was used to check the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis of the main variables. Correlation analysis was performed to check multicollinearity among the main variables, and mediation effects were examined. For this purpose, regression analysis was conducted according to the three-step verification method proposed by Barron and Kenny.The results of this study were as follows. First, college students' sense of community was found to have a significant impact on their psychological well-being. Second, the sense of community perceived by college students was found to have a significant impact on emotional intelligence. Third, emotional intelligence was found to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Lastly, emotional intelligence was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Lastly, emotional intelligence was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Accordingly, we strive to find and implement various ways to increase the sense of community that is closely related to the emotional intelligence skills and social participation of college students in the special situation of college, so that college students can form and sustain a happier and more satisfying life. 가상 환경하에서 상거래는 매우 급속도로 팽창하고 있고, 또한 오프라인 시장과 거의 대등한 시장으로 발전하고 있다. 그런데, 인터넷 하에서의 상거래는 점포(Site)에 대한 충성도가 떨어진다. 또한 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 반면 쉽게 떠날 수도 있다. 따라서 지속적인 거래가 이루어지기가 어렵다. 이런 문제점을 극복하고 지속적인 거래를 창출는 대안으로 필요한 정보를 공유하고, 함께 즐기면서 지속적인 관계를 형성할 수 있는 매개체가 가상 공동체이다. 이는 사이트에 대한 충성도를 높이고, 실용적이고 쾌락적인 쇼핑가치를 매개하여 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치리라는 것을 실증하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 변수들 간의 관계가 가상공간의 마케팅 담당자에게 시사하는 점을 제시하고자 한다.

This study performed an appreciative inquiry into models of instruction for the community learning. For this purpose, this study examined the principle of learning, instruction models for community learning, and appreciative inquiry. Next, draft appreciative inquiry models were built based on the principle of instruction models for the community learning. The previously designed appreciative inquiry models were revised and complemented through expert investigation by a focus group interview. This paper proposes a process of seven steps core learning activities. The seven steps were selecting a theme, interviewing for finding success story, analyzing an organization's success stories and deriving the core values, deriving future of the organization, sharing future of the organization, designing the ideal future of the organization consist of a practice, implement, and reflect. Because the proposed seven steps process is based on the literature and focus group interview, a follow-up study will be needed to verify the result.

This study explains motivation and purpose of adolescents' game use based on Adler's individual psychology. Through in-depth interviews, it was found that the game is a field to reveal their need for approval in the social community and a means of expressing the attitude toward their life. In addition, need for approval shows a difference in adaptive/maladaptive attitude according to the social interest. This means that the role of peers, parents, and society is important in order for an individual's need for approval to produce social adaptive outcomes. It is necessary to acknowledge the game as an important area of self-actualization in which an adolescent is internalizing social interest and recognizing their self and it is required to switch from an attitude of exclusion, disdain and ignorance to an attitude of openness and tolerance and adaptive intervention.
